Wells Fargo needs to have ATM that takes out more than $300 at all locations not just selected few cause I’m tired of waiting in line at the nearest one I’m at. Annoying as heck. Phalen location is always busy so it would be a good idea to your customers and employees to have an easy assess to bigger withdraws without lines 🙄

Been waiting in line for about 40 minutes inside the bank. 17 parties in line. 2 tellers serving the in-bank line around 4 pm. Glad I have the afternoon off otherwise would never get they'd through this line.

This brand has the worst service I’ve ever countered. I have three accounts, one business and two personal, with you guys with thousands money for you to loan to others for big bucks. I asked to print me a copy of my statement it costs $5 per copy. I asked to cut me a cashiers check it costs me $9 just to use my own money. This is ridiculous.

You either like it or hate it. I personally like it even if it’s the busiest bank in Minnesota lol. Staffs are nice and don’t discriminate between races. I been to other branches where the staffs doesn’t want to talk to you if you’re Asian so it gets frustrating dealing with humans like them. But in this branch, you have nice Customer services and understanding staffs that will apologize if they’re in the wrong. The only down side is waiting times and parking lots.

I've been banking here for over a year. Never had to go inside so I'm not sure what it's like. I always just use the ATM and mobile app, which is just fine.

Made an appointment to meet with a banker and walk through different options regarding savings, investment and retirement plans. I have never been more disappointed. The banker did not seem to care about and seemed bothered with my questions...I was to the point where I didn't really know what questions to ask and wish he would have helped guide me into different avenues...... I walked out more confused on my options than when I went in. The banker I sat down with didn't really give me any guidance on what was best for my situation and just assumed that I knew what I wanted to do.... I truly wanted to be advised and slowly walk through different options. I basically told him I guess I need to do more research on my own cause idk what do do (which i thought thats why i was sitting down with someone) he told me the account info is online and he gave me his card and i left. I talked to this banker for 15 minutes and felt very frustrated and didn't understand anything I was being told.

Absolutely no motivation by staff, it takes 7- 10 min for just one deposit. Long lines with total waitime 45 min plus. No time of day is better than another.

I can hear feedback of other people's conversations quietly in the speaker and the service is painfully slow, I'm not sure if they are under staffed or what but it's very frustrating. I like wells fargo normally so that's why I decided to give 2 stars instead of 1 I really hope they fix the speaker issue because that could be really serious. This is a BANK after all
