Wong was super helpful in getting me information on the car history. He went out of his way to call and talk with technician about the issue and patiently explained the next steps to me. Lou (?) was a great mechanic walking me through the status of the vehicle and the work he did today. I'll definitely be back!

The service team at Maplewood Toyota is fantastic. I arrived slightly early for my appointment and they got me checked in right away. I enjoyed the new iService system that allowed the technician to walk me through the initial inspection by video, noting what was good and where there were issues. Chris the manger and his team and Joey also Wong are like the Top gun ‏Mavericks. You can rely and know the job will be done, with care And passion, professionalism all I can say is amazing I couldn’t be more pleased with these guys and their team. They fixed my car and found exactly what needed to be done and did it with kindness and respect and Patience.

Service is great as always! The iService was pretty neat and I appreciated the video with Brian going over the details on my car, but next time I'll bring headphones. I felt bad turning the volume on my phone so loud in the waiting area.

Always a good experience bringing our vehicle here for scheduled maintenance. Everyone is super nice and the service is fast. Purchased the car here, so returning for all maintenance builds a complete record when it comes time to sell.

I signed up for an oil change online. My wife brought the Highlander in and they did an oil change and tire rotation. Called to say I specifically did NOT sign up for a tire rotation and wanted my money back. Technician couldn't help. Manager didn't call me back. Called the next day manager give me a hard time. They seem to be scamming people with oil changes every 5K when Toyota says you need it 10K and then they add on extras. I'm not sure I'll be back. Bought two cars there. Not sure it's a good dealership to do business with.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, offered other services without forcing it on you, and their new iservice was really easy to use and informative.

I had a very pricey repair of getting my transmission replaced. The service technician, Johnnie, was sensitive, knowledgeable, professional and very patient with us. He kept our expectations balanced and was very good with stepping in with good recommendations when we needed. Haven't driven the vehicle long enough but drives like a charm so far.

They were fantastic! I dropped my car off due to battery trouble and they diagnosed and fixed it right away without charging me an arm and a leg. They were very courteous and able to work with my schedule for pick up and drop off. Will absolutely be coming back!

The technician gave a video tour so I could remotely view and understand brake condition. All questions answered. Great customer service as always. The garage pull-in area was very clean too!

The whole thing was easy and up front… from a truly online scheduling process, and the video inspection, to the work performed. My service advisor was knowledgeable and attentive to my service concerns. My only minor complaint is that my vehicle wasn’t washed after the service. I’m normally reluctant to use a dealership service department, but Maplewood Toyota has again put my hesitation to rest.

Service on my Prius was exceptional! Customer service, technician, everyone we interacted with, were all friendly and helpful. Even calling on the phone and not getting into an extended menu system was amazing. Highly recommend choosing this dealership over their Brooklyn Center neighbor.

My recent repairs on my 2009 Toyota Sienna at Maplewood Toyota went very well and I am pleased with the work and the high level of personal service that I received. From my own career, I know what good customer service is and I am happy to let people know that I received it here. I have owned a number of cars over the years and dealt with a number of repair places. This is one of the best car repair experiences that I have had and they did quite a bit of work on my 12 year old Toyota Sienna XLE. When I arrived for my appointment, I had excellent drive up service writing help from Tom and he entered the list of repairs into the computer system. I was then assigned to Cody, who kept me updated via text message, on the initial inspection by the mechanic and the estimated cost for each of the repairs I had requested, along with the repairs recommended after the overall inspection was completed. Cody was also very good at giving me additional options to consider on several of the repairs. Cody was an excellent facilitator and explainer of what the mechanic was recommending. Cody (as is the standard practice at this service department) texted me a video link that was an actual walk through of the highlights of their inspection of my vehicle and the mechanic pointed out specific things that needed or were recommended to repair. My Sienna minivan is now 12 years old and both front brake rotors needed to be replaced, along with the brake pads. I also had 2 cracked springs in the rear, and a leaky strut in the front, so I replaced both rear springs and both front struts. I also decided to have all 4 tires replaced and they had their tire specialist call me and review various tire options for replacement. The tire replacement and alignment cost appeared to be right in line with what other competitive tire shops were charging for the same tires and service. This Toyota dealer is very organized and professional in their approach and that applies to all of the employees that I came into contact with. I can see why other people are praising the service department at Maplewood Toyota and I am glad that I took the effort to drive across town to get my service done here.

There follow up is pretty good and they are making some nice improvements to service with technology. They still have a few bugs to work out but I give them a A for effort.

Maplewood Toyota performed an inspection on my vehicle BEFORE I officially purchased my 2014 RAV4. The entire process was easy and quick!! The Service department went above and beyond to make me feel confident with my new purchase and also made me feel like I was the most important person in the room!! I have been bringing my car here for years and they keep outdoing themselves time after time!! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and I have!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I asked them to check my electronic hatch because it was not opening and closing. The man that helped me was very nice and tried it and it froze. I agreed to pay $150 to have it looked at, but the mechanic had no trouble putting it up and down. He sent me the video. He said it was just from the cold? However, Because he looked at it ,I had to pay $150., Just to find out it’s acting up from the cold. That doesn’t seem right to me. Toyota staff is always polite, but if there’s no problem and/or repair, or they can’t re-create the issue, I don’t feel they should charge you for just trying to open and close the trunk and saying that the slides are dirty. Just saying. Otherwise the deal ship is clean, polite & prompt.

I have been dealing with this business since 2004, and they have been unfailingly good. Never a return visit for the same problem. Always courteous and professional. Plus, now that I need to use crutches, they bring back the car inside for my comfort and convenience. Hope I never have to switch dealers.

Wheel bearings. Expensive but I think that they did a good job since the car drives a lot better. Best part is that they were able to shutter me to and from work. Great customer service
