Pawn America Rice St, Roseville

Sold both silver coins and silver bars here about 5 times. Came in to sell some collectible silver coins this time. Lady at the desk called up the manager to have him look at them. The manager just eye-balled them and said they were fake without ever even testing them. Which is kind of funny because I was willing to accept $20/oz (like they did in the past) even though these were a little more rare since they are collectables. Went across the street to Excel Pawn where they actually tested them, low-and behold, they are .999 and we're willing to take them off my hands without question. Their loss. But, very unprofessional to tell me they were fake without even trying to test them

Found some great deals on games, Jimmy helped me, also let me know I could sell off my old games and blurays. I'll stop back and see what they offer me. Edit. Asked me for a 5 star review, I did enjoy my previous visit and the store was nice. I don't like it when people try and manipulate reviews. I did give them 5 stars previously, I hope Google reviews the other 5 stars and adjust them. Seriously let people decide how they are doing.

Heck yes! Amazing store that sells nintendo video games! Omg Ya! I found some things I was really interested into buying! I've always wanted to try the mario rabbits kingdom battle on the nintendo switch. And got some other videogames that I also bought :D. I would like to some visit this store again some day! Jasmine aka jazz needs an attitude adjustment she has a nasty attitude. The store Manger has no control over the store. Jamie tells you one thing. If these people cannot conduct themselves in customer service why are they in employees. This says alot about corporate and pawn usa's upper management. The Roseville location treats you like the rift raft that comes in everyday. Jasmine treats paying customers as if they stole something and they're trying to pawn it. Jasmine, Jamie and the store Manger in Roseville need to be replaced. I don't recommend using them at all. They resale broken or barely working things and they lie in Roseville and tell you it's tested. Don't use them. Poor Manger poor service and very bad merchandise! Used or not.

I came in to Roseville Pawn America to put my PlayStation 5 on loan and I got help by the pawn broker named Ty and he was so amazing and very help I truly appreciate him thank you

I was helped by a gentleman named talon and he was very helpful and leanent to what I was looking for. He gave me a set price but when I told him what I needed he did offer me more to help me out. Will definitely be coming back.

Stole our guitar amp when they said they would hold it for us while we got the power chord it needed. When we said we had it they told us they only held it for two days and now it’s gone. Thanks, so trustworthy.

This store is run very well! Jamella and Jeff have above and beyond customer service skills. Jeff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about PS4s and game controllers. Jamella was kind and helped me look for a PS4 game that I wanted. I will definitely return to this store for PS4 games, jewelry, and musical instruments. Thank you Jeff and Jamella; you both truly made my day!

Came in today to get a metal tested, sadly the whole transaction only lasted like 3 mins. Didn’t even bother to scratch it just a bit, to see if I was sliver. Went to a different pawn shop and to find out it’s sliver. Could of had a metal sale.
