I love Victory Auto! If you want a reliable, courteous and professional mechanic, this is the BEST place to go! I want to give a big shout out to Lorne for his courteous, caring and excellent customer service and always kept me up to date with what was happening with my car and he gave me an approximate ETA of when my vehicle would be done and this time, it was done a day earlier than projected! The service was terrible. I spent almost $1000 for a replacement window and regulator plus an oil change. The technician left broken glass all throughout my vehicle. Manager said it was not their responsibility to clean it up. In addition the oil change technician had oil all over my engine. Which caused my starter to get soaked with oil . Now I have to pay more somewhere else. Because they refuse to credit me or fix it.. this shop has poor service and respect for their customers and is overly priced. Don’t not do business with them.. truthfully they need to fire the manager.. if he thinks this type of service is ok!!

I came here because someone suggested this place, and it is so great. The people are there are so kind. They checked my tire pressure and filled it up for free. The gentlemen was informing me and i appreciated it. Will definitely come here when needed.

Bought a battery, sales guy added on a warranty without asking and without me telling them to. They acted in a big huff when I told them that this was a shady thing to do. Took them from a 5 rating to a 1 and lost my business forever, grats!!

I’ve checked off all the different services and repairs that have been provided by Victory Auto mechanics over the years: 30 years at the Fridley location and after I moved, the last 6 years at the a Maplewood location. Highly recommend both locations. Quality customer and mechanic service. As an only parent often on a limited budget, they’ve been great over the years by honing in on what needed immediate attention and what could wait, and what to be aware of in the coming year so I could better plan and save. As a loyal customer I’ve been treated well - many discounts and deals over the years. I’ll return to Victory as long as I have a vehicle and can drive!

AAA brought my car here after it was in a minor accident, sliding into a ditch. After not hearing from them for 3 days I called and they listed $1000 in repairs that I needed. I obliged and later found out from another mechanic that they did not replace the parts they claimed they did, and on top of that I noticed right away that they completely missed the air intake that was disconnected, cracked, and hanging off the underbody. EDIT: area manager Jordan kindly reached out to me after this and has offered some solutions, so perhaps this kind of service was a location specific issue. More updates to come

Victory Auto is seriously the best. Trustworthy. Quality service. How’s this for looking out for the best interest of customers: there was a time they actually talked me out of getting a service because I didn’t truly need it. I’ve NEVER had that happen when it comes to car repairs/maintenance. Saved me $ and they earned a loyal customer. Also, they’re great about sending out coupons/customer appreciation deals. I recommend them to all my friends.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Victory. I was an hour early for my oil change appointment and they got my car in immediately. They were friendly, fast, efficient, and conscientious. They gave me the information I needed in terms I understood without talking down to me. The price for my exhaust system repair was nearly half that of what I was quoted at nearby shops.They were the only place willing to tell me about a 'universal' style muffler for my vehicle that was nearly half the price. They have great service. You get all that, a can of pop, and a ride home if you need one (conditions apply on the rides I'm sure). I highly recommend Victory Auto Service Glass.

These guys are very reliable. My whole family go to them. They also have a AAA discount, which is SO helpful. They’re honest and upfront about all costs. There have been a few cars that we’ve had that were unsalvagable. They were upfront about it and didn’t charge. They’re rental cars are free. They even sent my family a gift for the holiday. They’re great 👍🏾

I always enjoy visiting this business and I've done so with two of my vehicles. I made my appointment on the website and got a text confirmation that it was set up - super easy! I called to ask if I could bring my own oil and talked to Rick. He told me that I could absolutely do that; he was very accommodating and also funny! Chad was working behind the desk when I arrived for my appointment. He was ethical and down-to-earth when discussing my vehicle and oil change, with the perfect amount of friendliness and enthusiasm. Chad provided EXCELLENT service! While I waited (not long at all), I enjoyed all of their amenities. I love that they provide coffee, popcorn, soda, candy, and cable or a computer with Internet! The waiting area is very comfortable. My oil change was a great price and quick. I highly recommend using Victory - FANTASTIC all around.

First time customer and even if I move away from this area, I’ll make a point to drive to this location for future auto services. I checked out Victory as a recommendation, after being fed up with the "service" at local car dealerships. My experience from beginning to end was as good as it could have been! I felt like they were really listening to me (I had a number of issues to explain to about my vehicle), they quoted an accurate price, and they treated me like I was the only customer that they had that day. Steve and Mat handled the issues with my car well, and took the time to explain what they did afterward. I HIGHLY recommend checking these guys out with any service needs you have!

Victory Auto has been taking great and honest care of my vehicles for over 10 years. Steve is all about service, not taking advantage when most others would. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate honest folks in the auto repair industry, especially as a woman. I have never felt taken advantage of with the guys at Victory. I've always been treated with respect, and kindness. Today for example, I thought I needed a routine tuneup, but Mike M. checked the manufacturer's recommendation, and found out that I was way too soon for it. He also took the time to go over all of the recommended maintenance schedule for my Jeep, at no charge for his time. This is my 3rd vehicle I've had serviced with these guys over the last 10 years, and it will continue to be this way. Thank you.

My car broke down when I was on the freeway able to get off the freeway and just happened to find this place. I’m so glad I did! They diagnosed all the problems, fixed them within 2 1/2 hours, and I was on my way. They were very straightforward and showed me under the car exactly what was wrong and then told me what else I should fix down the road . A very satisfied customer! When I’m ready I’m going to drive the 17 miles just to see them…

I have been to Victory Auto Service on Rice St. a few times. They are always extremely nice and professional. My concerns are addressed and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. The pricing seems reasonable and the quality of work is as well. I will continue to go to Victory Auto on Rice St. and would definitely recommend it. Steve (manager?) is very nice as well.

After a 10 minutes diagnosis, I was told its because of the error codes P0441 & P0455 both are related to faulty fuel cap or the fuel was added when the vehicle was running. So they suggested there is no fix needed now. NOTHING WAS FIXED. I am heavily DISAPPOINTED with the labor cost of $144.83 for a 10 mins diagnosis. Should have stayed with good year. Regretting now.

I had major car trouble when I was visiting family in the Twin Cities for my birthday and Victory Auto Service was recommended to me by a family member. Not only did they get me in unscheduled on a Saturday, but they fixed my car that day and I was able to get back on the road and home as scheduled! Great service, very flexible and a total lifesaver.

I discovered Victory Auto Service and Glass about year after I got my recent car. Pistons were misfiring, and they dealt with everything with my warranty company, and I also was provided with a loaner vehicle. Ever since that experience, I will not take my car anywhere else. I trust everyone that works here. I have never been over sold on anything, and as a woman, I appreciate that greatly. The staff is always extremely friendly, and I never feel apprehension bringing my car in. Every single experience that I have had with Victory Auto has been positive even if the reason I am coming is not positive. I would recommend 12/10.

Made an appointment. Provided vin number and all the information they needed. Waited for a week to hear they can’t remove back glass on my f150 They said it’s hard to remove and it will take about 4 hours. Question: so what ? Just remove it lol After tons of excuses I can just say they didn’t do it because they didn’t want. For business EXCUSES SUCKS Auto service & glass company can’t remove a glass 👏 Worst thing lady on a phone said I told her I need to remove windshield or smth and she was rude Lied and didn’t apologise

I just took my car here and the price was great and they got me in and out quickly. I will be back.

UPDATE: Contacted by staff and given complimentary oil change to try and make things right. Appreciate the service of this establishment. At first glance, this would have been a 5-star review. However, as I dug deeper, I am disappointed with Victory. I was in the process of purchasing a used car and was limited to the area for a pre-purchase inspection due to the dealer's insurance, so I looked on Google and saw good reviews here. I was pleased with the service and decided to purchase the car. The mech said the tire pressure light was on and it would need to be diagnosed, which the dealership fixed by filling a tire with air. I cut them slack on that one because I don't expect them to go and check each tire pressure. However, they said that the wipers were good to go with a check in the "green" box for that part on the sheet. I didn't need to use the wipers so I didn't notice that they streaked until after the purchase, but was disappointed that I found the rubber had separated from the wiper and I could only infer they didn't even look at them, simply checking the box. While this could be something I looked at, I should not expect that I need to as I am paying them to do it. I don't know what this is other than just being lazy. I did return for service for a serpentine belt replacement but will not be returning after this discovery.

Brought my vehicle in for free maintenance. Bought a car threw carhop, found out the brakes needed attention 3 days after and these guys took care of it had it ready before the end of the day!

I had a smashed window on my truck and filed an insurance glass claim and personally chose Victory because of all the good reviews and doing business with the Ham Lake location before and being satisfied. But after dropping it off for the window replacement, i was told the window regulator had a plastic piece that was broken and would cost $250 to fix. I declined the repair because it doesn't make sense that the regulator broke from a smashed window so I picked it up and took a look at it myself because i know how to work on cars. Upon taking my door panel apart, i noticed the tech had broken one of my door panel hinges and now my door panel is loose. I see he tried to fix it with some screws, but screws dont hold to well on the foamy material. And nobody said a thing. So I proceed onto the regulator since there's nothing I can do now about door panel. 6 bolts takes the regulator out, after I got it out, the guides were off the tracks. I simply put the guides back on and it was good as new. Any window tech should know the window stops the regulator guides from going all the way up. Sure, maybe it was a mistake that happens, but imagine if I knew nothing about cars, and they charged me $250 for a regulator that was never needed in the first place. So with a broken door panel and a NOT broken regulator, i was not pleased and decided to take my business elsewhere. I did not ask for replacement or payment of door panel because it'll probably be more of a headache for me and i dont have time to deal with that and bring my truck back again. Maybe I could just be the unlucky one, but i probably wont try again with Victory.

Great service again. Thank you Corey and team. I was having some issues with my Nissan versa and wasn't sure if it was something serious so I brought it in on Friday and left it for the weekend. They let me use a loaner car. Corey called me Monday afternoon and let me know that it was only minor repairs and was covered under warranty. That was great news to hear. These guys take really good care of me and my vehicle. Sure glad I found victory auto service. I will keep bringing my car to them. Thanks again.

I have had the pleasure of getting my car fixed at Victory Auto a handful of times, and the professionalism and quality of service is unwavering. They consistently go the extra mile for their customers. My car was going to take between 1-2 hours to finish, they were kind enough to drop me off at a local breakfast establishment while I waited and even offered to pick me up once the car was finished. I live a little over a half hour away from this shop, but their service is worth the drive! You guys are the best!

We recently switched our fleet maintenance/repair to them from another larger competitor. I have been impressed with the service, timeliness and price of Victory Auto and don't see ourselves switching anytime soon. It would be nice if they were open on the weekend but they make an effort to make repair work as easy as possible - from offering loaners to picking up and returning vehicles for you. On a larger repair we did with them, we were quoted half of what it was going to cost at our previous location. It seems we've been paying far too much with our previous service shop. I would recommend them

I was in recently for an oil change and had a great experience. The shop was really busy but my vehicle was ready in the exact time they said it would be. Everyone was really nice. I even had to call several hours later when I had a question about one of the notes on the inspection, and they were able to take the time to go through it with me. We have had both of our vehicles serviced here and will definitely continue. (Bonus: cold beverages, popcorn, candy are in the clean and comfortable waiting area)

I needed an urgent repair on my tail light after a minor collision just to keep driving legally. I called and asked if Victory could help and they told me to bring it in. They ordered the correct part (brake/turn signal socket and bulb) from the local Ford dealer and within 15 minutes of the part arriving I was back on the road. Helpful, friendly, courteous and smart. The labor charge was fair and the job was done right. Update: I just took my truck in for a routine oil change/lube/tire rotation. Service was quick, professional and reasonably priced. They are conveniently located and much closer than the Ford dealer where I bought the truck. Clean waiting room with nice amenities. No-nonsense estimates. Highly recommend.

They were AMAZING! We traveled 2 1/2 hours from home to go to a DIFFERENT mechanic shop in burnsville that said they could fix our problem then turned us away at the door-thus wasting our time, money and leaving us that far from home with our car having the same problem. I called victory trying to find SONEWHERE in the cities that would help us. They were so kind and caring of our situation. They not only fixed our car very quickly! But also gave us a great deal on the service! I would drive the 2 1/2 hours back to the cities just to give them my business again! Victory showed us the compassion the other place should have and they didnt even need to. 100 stars!!!

I was very surprised with how good the service was. They were working with staff from other locations and they were doing a great job. I came in without an appointment and I got out of there in a relatively fast manner. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Went there for an inspection for lyft. Worked with Mike, he was awesome. I found out the car needed some work done before the car would be ready for business. They gave me a loaner car so I could get the work done that day but not have to wait around with my year and half daughter that was getting ready for her nap time. Service was speedy everyone there made the whole experience fantastic. I would recommend victory to anyone looking for a place that will take care of them and a place they can trust.

Phenomenal! If your looking for excellent customer service and reliability this is the best place to go for your auto needs. My car was towed to Victory late at night. The next morning I called at 8:10 am. Steve picked up, without me repeating myself he already knew what I needed done and was already looking at what needs to be fixed when he came into work. By 9:46 am I received an voicemail that my car was ready to pick up. I took off work just to get my car fixed. Talk about excellent service. Thank you so much Steve and the technician for fitting me in the schedule when it was full and for this amazing service. I can't ask for more.

Good customer service is so rare these days. Not only does Victory Auto do great work, they have a wonderful attitude and are very professional. I first came to Victory for a simple vehicle inspection. Being relatively new to the area, I decided to give them another go when I needed new tires and a new rim. They absolutely bent over backwards to help me out. I set a specific dollar amount that I needed to stick to, and they not only got everything together in just a few days, but came in UNDER budget, as well! And to top it all off, they have never been anything other than remarkably courteous, professional, friendly, and amazingly helpful. Mike M. was the particular person who helped me, and I can't recommend him, or this shop, enough. Great staff, great attitudes, great service!

We got a flat on hwy 36, did an emergency search on the web and found Victory Auto nearby. The owner happened to be working that day and was very helpful, personable, and professional. I have since gone back and found the rest of the staff to be equally good to work with. Their facility is clean and well organized. They were timely with their work and didn't try to sell me on extra services. I would recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Love this place! I started coming here a few years ago and now I almost feel like family; they know me by name, know my child, and are always friendly and knowledgeable! As a woman you never know what you will get when you go to a repair shop however they have been wonderful to work with, never push anything, and even when I had a huge issue with my transmission they helped me contact a dealer to get it fixed for free! They also stand behind their service as I had something not work quite right, almost 8 months after the service was completed and they replaced it for free. I can always get an appointment when needed and their waiting area is comfortable for me and my son as they have toys, TV, popcorn, and beverages. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs routine maintenance, a simple oil change, or any other car repair completed!

I really appreciate their auto service! They are always so efficient, honest, upfront and helpful. Even when the news is bad I know that they are doing everything they can to make things as painless as possible. I truly feel that they always try to get me the best deal possible while still offering thorough service. And the amenities they have such as, a loaner car when you need to get to work, coupons on upkeep services and the soda/Keurig in the waiting room are great! Outstanding customer service. I have gone here twice now. The first time I went to Victory, the latch on my door broke. They fixed my door the day I dropped it off, then also serviced the other 3 doors without being asked just to make sure they would continue to work correctly. The best part was, then they didn't charge me for the time spent servicing the other 3 doors because I didn't ask them to do it, they just did it as a courtesy! My second visit was equally great. I have officially changed where I take my car. These guys give great customer service, do quality work and make you feel like they care about taking care of your car.

He has always been a reliable and honest person, and made sure that whatever was being fixed in all of our cars, that it was done the right way, (and may I add at a price we could afford). Victory Auto Service and Glass is an excellent place to get service for your vehicle. They are honest and try to keep repair cost as low as possible. They give excellent discounts on repairs. One time they discounted my repairs by $200 which was so helpful to me. They give excellent referral bonuses on your repairs as well as giving you coupons on your next service needs each time you come in. they also give you a free loaner car while your car is being repair at no cost to you.

The customer service was great! They answered any questions I had and checked everything I requested while they did an oil change. They came back telling me I needed to rotate my tires, told me what it would cost for them to do so and asked if I wanted that done as well. I've been coming here for years. Its great customer service every time. If there were anything they missed or happen to make a mistake on, they resolve the problem right away. In the past, I scheduled to have my brakes and rotors done along with an oil change. Once they wrapped up, brought the car around I was made aware they did not do my oil change. To resolve the confusion and mix up they went ahead and did my oil change for free as a courtesy for great customer service! Thanks Victory Auto for being a trust worthy auto shop.

I have been taking my car to Victory Auto since they bought the old shop I went to and turned it into Victory Auto. They have kept my 2006 Toyota running smooth. I have never had such good customer service. They repaired my windshield, put new tires on my car, do my regular maintenance on it. At one point my car was running very poorly and shifted roughly and they changed my transmission fluid and the car has run like new since. It is nice coming to a place that I trust to do the things that need to do to keep my car running great. I highly recommend them!
