Pawned my ring , got a message that it'll be forfeited a certain day , I showed up that day to pick it up and it was already in the case with a price tag on it . So if you do get a pawn here just know to pick up your item before that day and early, I assumed the next day they would put it out for sale…. But nope , my ring could of been gone before I got there. Also could find better prices elsewhere.

By far the worst pawn shop in the cities, customer service is at a all time low here and not one person working there is on the same page smh brought a TV In I bought from them a year ago same remote, it only worked for volume brought it bac they say it's not the one they gave me because it would have matched tv and I said y'all gave me anyone because y'all never had a remote for it In the first place !! Real goofys in here for real do business anywhere but here

The guys at the oakdale location were so personable, helpful and kind! My son loves football and playstation and they gave us a great deal on a jersey and a ps4 game. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know how important each guest visit is from start to end and these guys (ray, Tony and mussa) were all about making our visit great!

Great pawn shop. I’ve been shopping at pawn shops for 10+ years & this is the the most professional shop I’ve came across. Staff is great and the items are priced generously. I felt like I left with a new friend in Louie Pearson (staff member). Highly recommend!!

My experience couldn’t have went any better. I went in to sell something before closing time and I thought they would get upset because it was right before closing. Instead they greeted me and was happy to assist me with my needs. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the service was above and beyond.

Very dissapointed with lcustomer service. They obviously don't care to let customers fully inspect/test the electronics and things that any customer would want to ensure is in working order prior to purchasing. The cashier would not allow an amp to be fully tested, to ensure everything worked properly on it. He asked it to be turned down several times because there were other customers present, even though the volume level was very low to the point that he might as well have asked it to be turned off since it couldn't go much lower . However, if I am going to make a $400 purchase, I'd like to make sure I get what I'm paying for, especially since the man also said that the sale would final and I would not be allowed to return it at all after taking it home. Needless to say, due to this they lost a potential sale today and I am not planning to revisit this store in the future.

My 1st time ever as a seller today. Customer service was nice, courteous & respectful despite other google reviews I had read ahead of time. Twin Cities Pawn gave me a fair price for a custom made fine necklace. I price checked my items at another shop. A competitor gave me the best price for a ring & slightly higher price for scrap gold. I would sell here again & recommend others try this place out when price shopping to sell.

Same experience as another recent reviewer. Was offered a laughable $150 for a MacBook Air with an M1 chip, barely used in Mint Condition.. I could sell my 2011 MacBook Air for that price.. Was told that the value on eBay was $300.. went to check myself, and you can buy literally a broken in half one for that price..Guy "helping" me was beyond thrilled when I told him I was considering pawning it. Was also theatrically shocked when he said the value on eBay was only $300.. Extremely taking advantage of people. Can't imagine how many people they must steal from making over $1000 on their $150 investment....

Went in there to try to get a loan on my Movado Vizio Chronograph. Like new! I was offered an insulting $300! When I asked why the low offer, I was told that's what they're selling for on ebay. So i just left. I decided to check ebay myself and found a totally different story. Yes, there were vizio chronographs on there for 700. But nothing like mine. These were heavily used leather band movados. The ones like mine were selling for $1299 and way up. Totally insulted. I'll never go back!! I do not recommend!!

I've been here a few times and the manager Tony is A+ Best help and service from any pawn shop I have ever been too. I leave here happy and I always feel treated with respect. I will be back. Thanks Tony!

The Brother's up here are very nice, respectful, and very outgoing.and also I must say they have good customer service skills. they do their best to give you the best deals possible.

I was looking to sell an item and got offered a ridiculous offer. I was told by a merchant eBay was selling the same item for about what i was asking for. My item was in mint condition, not like what ebay was selling. The merchant didn't even look at the condition of my item.He just assumed ebay was correct. I knew my worth and so I was declined sale. I went to another pawn the same day and was literally offered 60% more. No joke. I accepted and left there satisfied. I am happy i didn't sell here. I also had a bad vibe walkng in, as the employee's were hanging out with friends cussing and acting like children.

I've been dealing with this shop for years, they have always been there when I've needed some quick cash for unexpected life events. Most recently, dealt with Andy, and he went WAY above and beyond normal customer service to make my experience good enough to share here. After all the hardships people have been through in the last year, this store, and especially Andy, were a ray of sunshine in my world. I will keep coming back because this is the base line for all my interactions at this store, high quality individuals making up a high quality team.

One guy working there smelled of mary Jane and another guy working there acted like it was a pain to do his job. Also was dressed unprofessionally. No greetings and no thank you's. Won't ever come back to this place. I also would never transfer a firearm here.

Horrible experience went there with Apple Watch, tv and something else they tell me I need stand for the tv ok so I go home and get stand and return then after I return they now tell me need charger knowing that when I came in I didn’t have charger for watch and they tell me I need things for one item but not the other telling me it’s not their job to tell me what I need to bring think it is if they are wanting the additional things. Now they wasted over an hour of time and everywhere else is closed and they will be too. Worst experience ever pawn America way easier and better to deal with.
