I wish I could give them less than one star. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with a representative stating the method of my dispute and the documentation that I sent in. He tried multiple ways to debate and tell me that they sent no documentation to my house although a dispute is showing in their system. He also informed me that no investigation into my dispute would be taken as they did that request any information from the bank. Clearly that makes no sense. Overall the list continues of this horrible service.

Go to this company and FREEZE your account immediately. They stopped me from opening a savings account with an online bank and I have a high 800 credit score with the 3 credit reporting companies. They can't explain why I have a low score with them! TERRIBLE this awful company can do this!!!!!!

Many ghetto and or unprofessional workers here, getting paid by commission. If you don't sound like you have money for them their customer service is trash and they will code you in their system to not receive standard service.

I sent in all the proper documents showing payment and account#s called here so many times it is a shame true Customer Service with knowledge understanding and CLEAR communication is not part of this companies concept. The worst level all around. Your rating I am sharing really should be "0" star Not even an 1 star.

Deplorable. This company should be inspected by the OIG. It's a scam. They say my SSN doesn't match my driver's license. Well it fn does! And HAS for 39 fn years. They apologize Everytime, pledge to fix the issue, AND NEVER FN HAVE! Causing declined purchases my entire life for No Legitimate FN Reason!!! Shut it down, This company is a scam and not a Real business!

The chex system agency needs to be shut down. Their system is a biased based system in which banks should not use their system at all.
