    While I am aware of the dirty deeds Wells Fargo corporate has committed, I have been banking at my local Wells Fargo for more than 20 years and am perfectly happy with the service I receive. Occasionally, getting to a teller is a slow process and I'm elderly and find it difficult to stand for long periods; nevertheless, that's my problem, not theirs. I know they have a lot of turnover of tellers (is this location a training site for new tellers?). And sometimes the new people are scruffy or gloomy (not my idea of a good public interface), but the service has never been less than efficient and correct. I don't understand the one-star reviews. It's a shame that people can affect the overall rating of a business just because they had an incident that caused them aggravation, but there it is. The computer age. And everyone has an opinion.     I know this is a bit awkward, considering all of the recent revelations about Wells Fargo's misdeeds on the corporate level, which I'm as disgusted by as anyone, but I wanted to remind people that our little branch here in Fort Bragg is still an incredible asset to our residents. They work in an area barely bigger than my bedroom, are open more days than any other bank in town and for longer hours, and have to overcome the ignominy of being inside a grocery store, and yet they never behave in anything less than an exemplary manner. I opened my first account there over 20 years ago and while I've tried several other banks in town, over time I've always ended up back in their queue, waiting to have Marie or Jessica or Alta help me tend to my finances. Some of them have been there as long as I have or longer, and whether my accounts were flush or barely in the black, they always treat me with the highest respect and go out of their way to help me accomplish what I want. It's easy in the social media age to only speak of companies when we feel aggrieved, so it only seemed fair to take a moment to recognize them today for a simple deposit and transfer that was done 30 seconds after I stepped to the counter, because that's what they've done without fail for me for more than two decades. Thanks Wells Fargo of Fort Bragg, my life is easier because of you.

    I wouldn't give much heed to Sarah Donovan's review. She is obviously depressed. She parades around town in her pajamas and looks as though she needs psychiatric care. Appears as though all she can do is focus on trifling things and misconceived grievances.

    Very unprofessional customer service. I go in for a new card to replace my damaged one that doesn't work at gas stations and some grocery stores. The employee wasn't taking me serious and was ignoring me. So I left. Probably going to bank somewhere else

    This may be the worst bank location I've ever been to! Levi really messed up our account. My father in law is a disabled vet, and it's REALLY hard for him to get out of the house. He added his son (my husband) to the account, due to his health deteriating, and being home bound. The account was set up wrong, and now they will not give us a new card after fraud. They BOTH have to be there. So we've been waiting MONTHS for him to be able to get down there. It's a HUGE inconvenience. Do they care? NOPE! And Levi's attitude let's us know he couldn't care less. Customers are not valued, since they lack proper customer service. Not a single apology. Just lame excuses. Oh it was a computer error. NO! The computer does what you tell it to do. It was human error, and by a less than caring human! Not to mention, this branch NEVER has someone that can help with anything. They have A few teller, who, none of them have ANY customer service. But if you need to change your pin, etc, GOOD LUCK! We will be switching banks very soon. Not that they care. But it will be MUCH better for us. So glad we didn't refinance our car loan with them. We were just about to before this nonesense!

    I've never had to wait longer to take my own money out of my account. 2 people in front of me and I was there for over 10 minutes waiting in line. If i didnt need coins, i wouldnt have bothered.

    The ATM at this location is broken or not accepting deposits 95% of the time. Worst Wells Fargo ATM ever.
