PREDATORY LENDER ALERT!!!! Mountain Submit Financial will offer you a loan and not even disclose the interest rate you will pay until after you agree to the loan. The 5 star reviews are artificially inflated by shady business practices they use (asking customers who just were accepted for a loan to give them a review before they even understand what they signed up for.). They tried to take advantage of my wife but I put a stop to it. I gave them exactly what was loaned and closed the account so they could no longer rob us. Of course they will come on this post and copy and paste one of their 3 responses but I'm not hearing it. Con artist at work here.

Aweful!! Seems like your payment goes towards nothing and payments are very high. I was very sick with COVID and missed a lot of work and the guy was basically like sorry can't do anything for you and was very rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Just horrible.

I was in a pinch after the holidays and their process was so easy. Had difficulty with signing into my account but the agent in customer service got me the help I needed and was logged in within minutes! Great job !

They good to give you money if you absolutely need it but DON’T USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT. This company has their own holidays and don’t recognize them on the days they fall on, therefore they will withdraw the money earlier than they should even though the holiday falls on a Saturday. If your pay drops on the Friday before the holiday, they will take the money on the Thursday. They claim they send reminders but don’t. I haven’t received a reminder in a month. I can’t wait to pay them off because I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Elena Update: This company is not as bad as I said originally. Maybe I didn’t speak to the right employee or supervisor originally. Your answer can not always be, “There is nothing I can do about it”. You have to put yourself in others shoes and look at it from their point of view as well. I guess there’s more room for training. This company called me back and is going to help me due to the early withdrawal. I truly appreciate it because I wasn’t expecting it.

This company does not actually offer 24/7 account access. This is a fraud and once you get the loan there is no way to EVER get a hold of anyone. I am reporting this company to the District Attorney's office for consumer protection and the BBB for their utter lack of responsiveness to customers, outrageous interest rates, and their blatant lies about account access. No one ever answers the phone, you get a generic email back when you file a complaint or concern. They will just keep draining your bank account until you are in the negative because no one actually works for this company, it's a SCAM.

I'm glad to get the loan I needed. But have tried to login several times. But isn't working. I've even called them and still can't get in to my account. I've even to reset my password. But keep getting error really like to log in to my account

The interest rate for a small loan is criminal. I would advise anyone looking for a loan to avoid this company like the black plague . I gave 1 star just to leave a review. Their practices are or should be against the law

I never had an issue with company; have used their loan svcs for about 5yrs. No early payoff penalties and wonderful customer service support.

I got a new job so my pay day was different not the pay. they told me that my loan payments was going to be more. Unbelievable , Shelby from customer care reached out to me and was professional and explained in details as to why my loan had increased. Called because I can't make an upcoming payment and there solution was not helpful, I left a review here and sent email to the address in some feedbacks. In a couple hours time I was on the phone with Shelly she was able to make an arrangement with me that works for me and MS Financial. I really appreciate how easy it was to get my loan and more importantly when things went wrong in my life they were able to work with me on my payment schedule I'm super relieved. So many fake reviews here it's hilarious. The automated responses are classic as well. Someone opened a loan in my name and ever since then the site has been down for "Maintenance" (for over a week). I called them when it happened and they are looking into it - clear fraud. This fraudulent loan was taken out at 1am while I was sleeping and funded an account in Delaware (I'm in Illinois). Based on the site being down, I sense a massive data breach here. Yet positive reviews are still coming in since the site has been down. Obviously fake.

The application process was fast and simple. My funds were in my account very quickly after I was approved. The only improvement I think they could make is on their VERY HIGHWAY ROBBERY interest rates but when you need money they got you!

Just notified yesterday they gave out a $4,500 loan to a criminal that apparently pretended to be me. They did not request a picture ID or anything to prove the person was NOT me. Now I'm paying money to freeze all my credit reports and will probably have to pay for an attorney. Who gives out loans without checking identification????? Horrible company....ruined my credit...right before Christmas!!!!!

Tonight I spoke with several employees who couldn't process a payment. Then the website is down mean while my loan is still collecting interest. If you're a potential customer go the other way. An operator informed me that the bank declined the payment, but there is over twice the amount in my account. Honestly I will be seeking legal advice on this matter. Horrible service!

I have not received my funds yet and it has been 24 hours. You website advertises being able to receive funds in as little at 30 minutes. Also I am not able to access the company portal to look at my account, agreement, terms, etc.

Very fast decision and approvals, high interest rates based on credit. They have ability to fund in an hour. The whole process took about an hour and 15 minutes including having my funds on my card. Just assure you can pay back, no penalties for early payoff.

This company is very predatory a loan for $700 I have to pay $195 every two weeks and only $20 if for the principal and the rest is interest so I’ll be paying $400 a month on a $700 until October totally almost $3000 for the duration of the loan whatever you do do not work with them, also I was asked to leave a review on trustpilot and they keep harassing me with calls to change the review, no. You are a terrible business and I would t wish this on my worst enemy.

The interest rates are super high but they are very responsive and with in a couple hours I had the money I needed from the loan. You will want to look at paying it back with extra to the principal fast to avoid paying 3 times what you applied for. We were extremely happy they were available and will use them again.

Was in a bind and had to get money quickly for an emergency. This site was very quick and easy to work on. My loan was approved within minutes and money deposited within 30 minutes of approval. Very quick to respond with emails letting me know that funds were on the way.

So I applied for a loan for $1,000. The quote unquote deal they gave me was $1,000 at $695% interest accruing every two weeks and payments every two weeks until the loan is paid off. Wow! What a great deal! Why didn't I think to apply to these guys sooner! Just think guys, you can get approved for $1,000 and at the end of paying off your loan you would have paid $4,200 back. This is the deal of a lifetime!

This place is a joke, I got a loan and have made two payments. Now I want to pay in full now and I owe more than the original loan to pay it in full what did my other two payments apply towards?!?! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, even if you are desperate.

Loan sharks! If you take a loan with them you will be giving them your entire paycheck in interest alone each month. I HIGHLY suggest looking into other options. If you are unable to make 1 payment or ask them to delay it a couple days they are unwilling to work with you and then increase your payments even more. $260 BIWEEKLY with only $30 from each withdrawal going toward the principal? They are taking advantage of people struggling financially and making a fortune!

Mountain Summit Financial granted a loan to someone using my SS. When I called to complain and explain that my SS is locked and accounts can not be open with my SS. I was told, they don't run a credit check because the loans are for those applying w bad credit. So, now someone /a criminal has been given a loan with my info.. This is a very poor business practice and now I am responsible. I will be calling the attorney general and Federal Trade Commission.

One I am done with you thieves, I will never recommend this company too no one. Then I am reaching out too the BBB.and so on. That large rate increase you are doing. The way you have this set up is wrong. Thieves don't last for ever. If I don't get you someone will.

There service was great! It was quick simple application to fill out and within 30 minutes I got approved and fund in my account the next day. Got in a bit of a bind recently and being a long time customer, I had to merely confirm everything was the same and bingo, the cash was in my account. The whole application to approval process was less than 10 minutes! I’m not sure when my money arrived but it was within the hour. I have to say that’s the fastest service I have ever received. Let me be clear, payday loans should be used only in emergency situations and sparingly.

I have taken loans with them several times with no problem ! If you're trying to get a loan and you're planning to pay back soon this is the place for you . I have taken out a $1200 loan paid it back by my next paycheck and all i paid was $30 in interest not bad for me cuz i just need it to pay some bills before payday. If I could give this company any less of a star I would… I never signed for the loan I went thru a third party to find a loan I was automatically sent to their page by the time I got to their page it had sent me an email sayin that my loan had been funded i read the APR rates with was in the 400% rates which is insane who would pay back 4xs the amount they were loans. I sent several email about not accepting the loan. After 4 days I finally talked to someone and they were able to take the money back out of my account without any fees. I wouldn’t advise anyone to get a loan from this place unless you are willing to spend the rest of your life paying it back with those inhuman interest rates.

They were great to work with for the first couple of loans but then I paid off a 1400 loan before the payoff date and they denied me another loan when I needed it. To me that's not good business ans not a way to keep customers coming back. Well good riddance to them. I will not ever re apply with them again!!!!

I took a loan through Mountain Summit Financial to help with rent. The loan was only for $900, which I received the next day. Two weeks later is when the repayments started, which were $248 every two weeks. I completely understand that whenever you take any type of loan, even a small one, there will be interest with it. However, the interest with this loan was ridiculous. When all was said and done, I ended up having to pay over $2,000. And the last payment was $948 instead of the $248. Please avoid using this service if you possible can. If I had known it would have been this expensive, I would have just waited a few days and paid a late fee to my apartment.

It was easy to do the application on line and got qualified in minutes. Customer service was nice and patient with me while he waited while I did my application. Only thing is that the interest could be lower but its still manageable

For in the pinch moments that you plan on paying quickly this is a great option. Fast and efficient. UPDATE: The review above I gave initially was late last year (2020) before they made a mistake and took out 4 additional payments more than required AFTER payoff date, because of a technical error on their end that caused added interest on my account. When I looked at my contract and noticed, I called and they owned up to their mistake but refused to pay me back the over payments. I paid over $400 more on an already high interest situation. I was planning on paying this off early and not letting it go the full duration but got distracted with COVID going on. Make sure that the same does not happen to you. They did not honor their contract and expected to add interest on something they technically messed up on without any notification and more importantly without an addendum to the original contract, You can not have a glitch in your system and expect the customers to pay for your mistakes and glitches. You can't add hidden interest fees shown nowhere in your account OR contract either. A customer can only pay for their own mistakes. My mistake was letting the loan go to full term and not pay off prior and pay the high interest on "emergency funds" I needed at the time. But willing to pay it because I signed the contract. But I shouldn't have to pay for added interest on their mistake...and I wont. The pandemic caused much distress to many people and then you have companies like this that do something like this? It's a shame really. Watch them closely.

I do not understand how, in good conscience, a business can charge 500% interest on a loan. That is ridiculous. They also did not put my income in correctly and show me making twice what I actually do.

Its easy to he approved and get funding right away in a pinch. I am absolutely livid how many times they call when you choose not to finish these ridiculously high interest loans? I was browsing options and have been called at least 10 times in 2 days its absurd and down right harassing behavior.

Was in a jam and needed some emergency funds. They responded fast and the money was there the next day. However, Every time a make a payment to these crooks I feel like i'm being robbed. They definitely take advantage of those in jams. I took out a $1000 loan. I've already paid them over $1400 and I still owe $592 towards my principle. The last payment I started paying $300-$350 towards the principal and I STILL WILL HAVE TO PAY NEARLY $800 to pay it off in full and that's if I put the $592 in the next payment. I have a 647% interest rate on this loan. SMH Never again. It has been a total waste of money and they are definitely making out good on the downfalls of others. This company is disgusting and I can't wait to get them out of my life. You'll be better off going to a payday loan place. I was baffled to see that I had to pay $264.51 and only $8.54 went towards the principal, the second payment $11.60 towards the principal. If I didn't start dropping large sums on the principal, I would have ended up paying over 3x the amount I borrowed. Robbery without a gun and they ought to be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...UNLESS YOU PLAN ON CROAKING BEFORE YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK.

I had to give Mountain Summit Financial at least a star to write this review. This company is a totally waste of time and money. Please review their contract throughout. I got a loan 12/30/2020 for 1200 and by 03/15/2021 I paid 2287 plus nsf fees from my bank for 180.00. I don’t need a reply from the company- just stating the facts. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Totally 💯 rip off!! If your looking for a short term loan get a registration loan in your town less less less.... I needed money fast. I applied for a 1500 loan. Then, I saw how much I'm paying back. It was around 4000. That's ridiculously expensive. I was also asked if a 250/mo put was doable, but get charged about 400/mo. They even had me refinance and slightly lowered the pmts, but still added more time and payments to my loan. Once I'm done here, I will nor be borrowing from Mountain Summit again.

I used Mountain Summit Financial like a payday loan service. Took out a big loan and had the money in my bank in minutes. In 6 days I used the loan payoff feature online and completely paid off my loan. Aside from negative reviews and an exceptionally high full term interest rate (which I cut short by early pay off) I'm very happy with the experience.

Do not take out a loan with this company.. I have been trying to pay my loan in full with a different bank account for over a month but the website won’t work and every time I call I’m told their system is down! Which means I’ve paid close to an extra $1,000 in interest. This is causing my family such financial hardship. Mountain summit financial provides money without verification of anything. In my case, I did not apply for the loan and it was issued fraudulently in my name. Of course I will give them the opportunity to look into this but the really aggravating part is someone attempted to do this in August 2021 and I caught it before funds were issued but there is no checks and balances on their end and they allowed loan to go through in March of 2021 knowing 3 months earlier their was fraudulent activity. I hope to be able to update this that the issue was resolved and they placed an alert under my name so this does not continue to occur. A

After I applied for a loan. I went to the website to see the term of the loan, to my surprise the system was down for maintenance tat next day. The number that's on the site to call for help has been disconnected. Now for a week I have tried to get on the site and with no luck the system is still down. Under going maintenence. It's funny how it was ok when I applied for the loan everything was working just fine now I can't find any information on it. Has anyone had this problem.

Applied for a loan on December 4th. Was shown an "estimated" rate while apply for the loan and never shown my true rate. Ended up being approved for the loan without being shown my true rate. Got funds without seeing rate; tried to make an account on their website and get redirected to a maintenance page. Informed them of this and they said that the website should be up in a few days. It is now December 14th. I am still being redirected to a maintenance page when trying to login. I've made a complaint and got told via reply that they can't release any account information via email and that I need to call them. Mountain Summit Financial is an absolute joke. If you are hurting for money and need a quick loan there are better options out there even for those with poor credit I promise you. Save yourself the hassle that I am going through with these brain dead people.

Even though it’s all said and done, I wish I never took out this loan. When I got my summary did I realize the interest rate and how much I would be paying back. It did help during Covid-19, but the high interest is ridiculous. I decided to refinance the loan and was financed for $1500 and only got $541 (I believe), again, they explain after how their refinance works. I can’t wait to pay it off. Never again

It was really easy and quick just filled out the app and within 6 to 8 hours I had the money in my account if you need extra cash for whatever it’s a great way to go I’m really glad they where able to help I would us them again or recommend them to a friend

There is no contact number, there is no way to speak with anyone regarding your account. I felt really leary when I noticed every number listed was followed by a message stating the numbers were not valid. I do no feel comfortable with any one having my information but I cannot contact them, especially when matters concern money. I do not recommend this company, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

No way to pay online and pay off early. The rates are beyond predatory. The CS is non existent. Disgusting business model overall and hopefully no one ever has to use them.

They are not willing to work with you on anything. They are the only company I know of at this point who is not willing to work with you on changing either payment dates or quantity. Would not recommend to single parents or those who went to them because of finacial struggles because they will just dig you deeper unless your loan is tiny.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! Interest rate is WAY TOO HIGH 621.51% nor do they mention anywhere what the interest rate is they make you pay x2-x3 the amount. I needed 900 now I am paying off 3,841! Only good thing about this is how fast they can give you the money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!

I am truly very nervous right now. I applied for the loan from Mountain Summit Financial because I had a family pass of Covid and need emergency money. Also, I picked this company because I am Native. I have good credit and only approved for 1200. I can't bury anyone with that! What's the point! BUT THE THING THAT SCARES ME SO MUCH.....after I entered all my personal info and was "supposedly approved...the website went down, I haven't received the money, got an email, call, nothing!!! What's going on!? They have my bank, ssn#....I can't sleep. Don't know what to do. I need this money, actually more, what if they take my information and do identify theft. The site is still down😔 This is all too much.

Got my loan over a MONTH ago and website has been "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" with promise of "ANY DAY IT WILL BE DONE" every since..... It REALLY has me at edge! Like what kind of business has their website down for over a month for "MAINTENANCE???"

The process was quick and simple. The rep I spoke to was so polite and helpful as well. She answered all of my questions and was very nice. This loan helped me with last minute expenses. I just wish the interest rate was reasonable.

The loan service is quick and easy to apply. They are responsive and professional. The APR RATES are high but you get the loan fast within minutes upon approval. Refinancing was a breeze. Would recommend but be willing to pay high APR. Overall highly recommend.

The process was smooth. However, once you sign that agreement and as soon as they give you the loan is as soon as you begin to pay it back. The amounts they offer isn't worth the interest. I realized that if I can pay over 250 every 2 weeks, I could've saved it as well and had the money I borrowed in waaaay less time as it took me to pat it back plus the interest. There was a few things that I had with Mountain Summit Financial. First when I was looking through the site and trying to find the proper loan for myself for my emergency situation they always showed you the amounts but never the interest rates on that amount. Second I felt when the calendar appeared that I was forced to to pick first payment date that I do not feel comfortable with doing. Then the second payment calendar came up and I felt like I was forced again to pick a date that I could not really do. Other words they're asking me to pick a payment a week after the loan. Then on another note I would like to say thank you to Mountain Summit Financial.

I have used this business before and I will tell you, it had helped me. Covid-19 had just broken out, schools shut down and panic began. Great customer service worked with me, reassured of understanding my situation along confirming that communication is needed to continue mutual financial support. That alone helped me in my choice to seek help again. Continue to have great employees. I am quite sure that great customer success will follow.

I would not recommend them at all. My payments were supposed to be on the 1 and 15 of the month and they changed them so they no longer fall on those days (my pay dates). They said they would change them but my payments could change and they wouldn’t know until they changed them and they wouldn’t be able to change them back. Ummm, what?! Also they always act super annoyed whenever you call for anything l. Unless you are in extreme need stay away!

I borrowed $1200 back in January in order to help clean and boost my credit score according to Experian this would help (I was told that) However that didn’t happen. They don’t report any thing unless you default. So I have been making biweekly payments adding additional $100 to $200 principal. When you call to pay additional principal they put you on hold for several minutes in hopes you will just hang up which I did. Keep in mind that Interest meter keeps running. This latest payment was not taken out of my account so I had to call and ask why? I was told “Computer Glitch” so after that call my Payment was taking out the next day but here we go 3 days of Interest accruing. I understand these guys are a business and are here to make money but this place is absolute highway robbery. Following their payment structure you pay about $5200. My advice is stay away from this place. There are places that will help you out much cheaper. My first payment was on 1-29-21 and next week my loan will be paid off. In 3 months time I paid roughly $1100 in interest. They charge interest on interest. STAY AWAY!!!!! Thanks for taking the time to read my experience.

The process was quick, easy, and I was able to have funds deposited instantly rather than waiting 24 hours or more. As with many short-term lenders dealing with riskier clients, the interest is astronomical if you ride it out for the full term of the loan - the recommendation is to payoff ASAP and save hundreds if not thousands of dollars in interest. Not complaining, it's the game we choose to play, but something to always be aware of wherever you choose to accept a loan from.

Yes I got the money very quickly,BUT after having paid $614 I checked my balance and realized that only $23 went towards paying the principal. I thought this kind of interst rate was illegal in this country. I now have gotten another loan to pay this one off before I end up paying more than 3× what I initially borrowed. This is theft. Ridiculous !!!

I was so happy about getting accepted for a loan. However, before I had the option to take it the money was deposited into my account and I now owe them over 3500 for a 1000 dollar loan! GIVE THE OPTION TO ACCEPT THE LOAN WITH SUCH HIGH INTEREST RATES BEFORE DEPOSITING THE MONEY! That SCREWS people over!

Please read the fine print you can make payments and Nothing will go towards the principal of your loan. I am happy to say that once I wrote the review a young Lady reached out to me and fixed the problem they have a Voice of the Customer department who helped me lower my payments and avoid any further interest

I got loans from the the previous company Golden Valley Lending, and they would work with people on their balances, not this company and the interest payments should be considered loan sharks.

The process of getting approved for a loan was simple and quick. After submitting my information and setting up my account. I spoke with a representative who by the way was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional who answered all my questions and told me how and when the funds would be available for me. They were really easy to work with to pay back my loan. after i paid my first loan off I was able to get another loan very easily. They have been a big help.

I didnt even get to see the loan agreement, including how much the payments are and when they start because the site kept freezing. Now I have to call to be able to sign in. I work long exhausting hours most days and have children so its almost impossible considering wait times and having to explain the problem to 3 people before they even understand, let alone solve the problem.

This place is a joke!!! I'm not sure how they have such great reviews. I applied for a loan, got approved then nothing. Never received the funds, kept getting the run around as to why I didn't receive the funds. I was really depending on this as I had to pay some bills. They made us apply two more times with the last time getting denied. It was a waste of my time. Now I have late payment charges. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!!

I would rather pay my bank's NSF fees than get a loan with these people again. At the time, I truly had no choice as COVID-19 has taken it's toll on us financially. We took out a small loan with outrageous interest rates, hoping to pay it off at the first opportunity. When we received our stimulus check, we seized the opportunity. We scheduled a payoff. Weeks went by and finally they chose to pull the funds. Only, life was chaotic and we didn't realize they hadn't bothered to take it yet, so we had dipped below the total of the loan. BAM. NSF fees from our bank, and added fees to our loan. Of course, we should have been paying closer attention, so it was our problem. But still, it felt like it was planned that way, as no other business takes that long to accept payment. Three months later, we have a credit card paid down enough to pay off the same loan. However, when I called them, I was told they don't accept credit cards. Not for debt consolidation. Not for any reason. The only way to pay of that high-way-robbery loan is to hand over a pile of cash (via debit card or bank transfer). We will never have that much at once again, so we are trapped. Every two weeks, they draft a large some of money from our bank while we tread water. I absolutely, unequivocally regret getting this loan. Don't be me, people. It's a trap. Run the other direction.
