Easy to get approved and quick to hit your account. DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! It seemed great at first but then they started taking double payments, my $500 loan almost cost me 3k. I paid it off a year early so I wasn't paying $200 a month for a $500 loan. Every month I paid $200 it only too about $15 off the loan. Also it dinged my credit score hard when I got the loan but when I made payments it wasn't on my credit report it simply doesn't exist on my credit report.

Very customer friendly experience. They have an easy-to-use website that made the application and approval process easy and painless. I was most pleased with the fact that they offered the option of a reasonable one-time repayment fee rather than just putting me in a long-term repayment plan that would have me paying a ridiculous amount in return for what I borrowed.

Great to borrow emergency funds. Once you become a VIP member, they offer half off your first fee and will go out for a 2 to 3 paydays to pay in full which is the best deal you’re ever going to get in a pinch. Again, you do have to build up your credibility.

I had car problems and because of my past, No One would lend me more than a payday advance. I needed more than that. I'd really like to thank Silver Cloud Financial for giving me a loan and with a payment plan that is definitely doable. Without their help I would of lost both of my jobs. The application process is super easy and very user friendly. I had funds available in less than 10 hours and my car was back on the road the same day. Silver Cloud is really my "ACE" in the cloud. I will always feel secure with Silver Cloud.

I give silver cloud a 5, they are very helpful I feel behind on my loan and they extended the payments for me. The money be deposited right into your account the next day and the process is quick and easy. Team support are very nice and want to make sure you have the best experience.

I had borrowed last fall with Silver Cloud and was pleased with my experience. Last week I received a very nice courtesy call from them thanking me for being a great customer and encouraging me to call and see what else they could do for me. Id never gotten such a nice call from anyone else I’ve worked with—thank you! That call actually prompted me to call yesterday when I was in a bind for some funds. Louis was a miracle worker! He refinanced my loan for me, qualified me for extra funds, waived my next payment and the wire transfer fee to get me my funds the same day. Wow!! At the end of the call, I had paid off one loan, began a new, larger loan (both will look great for my credit score!) I got more than the money I asked for (and really needed!) and he got it to me the same day. Thank you, Louis and Silver Cloud—buy that guy a gift card for his favorite restaurant from me!

I really do appreciate the fact that they help me when necessary. The only thing that is a little hard is the amount of the payment they want even after you paid off your first loan early. Other then that I love Silver Cloud..

A loan was created with my information and sent to a fraudulent bank account. I spoke with an agent who was not able to cancel, but recommended I reach out to the complaints dept vis email. I did. I have not received a reply. I am BEYOND dissatisfied with how this has been handled. EDIT: The fraud department was amazing! They have been BY FAR the most helpful in this whole situation!! Special shootout to Erin who was THE BEST!!!! All the stars!!

Silver cloud financial is a lying rip off flyby the night company. Do not use them at all. They lie they steal a and try to con you into to give them more money. stay away from them I had to hire an attorney to fight this horrible company. And obviously I don’t have the money to deal with this right now. I would’ve never used them but I’m going through a horrible divorce. But it’s the principle now I will not let this lying cheating company get away with this. I Refuse. I am trying to resolve receiving the funds I was approved for. The agent that helped me apparently did not verify the my address and bank account so in her system there was old information and my deposit was sent to a old closed account . Now I am delayed getting the money I need at the proper time. I am not pleased with the results of this. If you are processing a loan for me you should always check my banking info .

I’ve only had to use a silver cloud for a short term loan twice . With that said I am very pleased with the process and most of all the fair payback terms and INTEREST RATES. Other company’s with outrageous interest rates are just plain sharks if you ask me. Let’s face it I wouldn’t be trying to get a loan if I already had money to throw away. Thank you silver cloud for you fast and fair process. I hope to not have to get anymore loans in the future but if I do you can count on it that silver cloud will be who I’ll be calling.

Thank goodness I read the terms and condition before going forward. I was approved for $900 and when I read the terms and conditions, it was unbelievable. If I took the $900 loan. They stated once I’m done paying everything my amount of payment would be around $3500. Right when I saw that. I went back and never continued with the application. Please, don’t do it. Credit score talks, like how money talks. You can’t go through life with bad credit, don’t make it worst on yourself.

Sliver Cloud is a great company! I have been a loan customer 2x with no issues. I was a little hesitant at first. But they were so easy to work with I happily returned as a customer in about 6 months! Silver Cloud was a lifesaver !

This company will RIP you off!! Do not sign with them. I got a 500 dollar loan and I've paid over what I owe. When I asked the agent on the phone why amni paying more now and she said " will we only get 25 dollars out of the payment you make and the rest goes to the interest rate" I was like but the loan is more than paid off why are you taking more money? And she said " well that's how our company works" I was like really.. I am never ever gonna sign with them ever again. Warning do not sign with this company!!!!!!

Paid back in full in less than a week. I missed the part about the monthly payments being taken from my checking account (autopay.) I decided to just pay the loan back. I don't use autopay for anything. Application process was quick and easy though.

These people contacted me by mail, stating I was past due, so I call - they won't tell me or provide any sign up paperwork which needless to say I never took out a loan with them, will not tell me the amount - nothing. I asked for a manager, nope! Cannot do that either. So I go and file a report send them all the paperwork, do everything online for fraud, they state they will not accept anything unless I fill out their paperwork also - ok I can do that - guess what?! They want my social security number first! UM NO! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! This was all in Feb - I get a call at my WORK, saying they have sent me to collections - if I could sue this company for pain and suffering I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Five minutes before I left this review I was going to leave a five star one .BUT, check this out. I got a loan for $700. First payment due November 16th. I paid it in full on November 5 because if you do that before the first payment is due, it's basically a payday loan and you only pay $50 finance fee. So $750 paid in full. Call to get another loan of same amount.... Denied. For absolutely no good reason. I was even approved for $1000. The vibe I got from the interaction was this. They make money off of their ridiculous interest so if I pay it before the due date in full they aren't making much profit. They are great for a one time advance as long as you pay it off before first due date. If not, compete waste of your money. Just burn your money instead it'll be less painless than that interest

I inquired about a consolidation loan and was approved for an amount less than requested. Next day I see an ACH deposit in my account and I have never been offered terms nor accepted / acknowledged amy terms. Call customer service and sit on hold for 10 minutes with no hold music or voice instructions just dead air and no one picks up. Shady!

They got back to me when they said the would in fact they did everything professional. O needed this one little brake and they helped me. I tried to apply on line but it refuse my application. U I supposedly am a VIP customer. Called and reapplied but t agent wasn’t loud enough. Felt like she was on speaker phone and as I think about it she didn’t give me any discount as stated in t email

Literally was approved within minutes and I don’t have the greatest credit.... And received my deposit within 5 hours. The amount of money to pay back is a little extreme but it’s understood it all comes with getting a loan. I will absolutely use this company again and the company was very quick easy and 100% real.

An easy and quick process. My situation was assessed, an offer was made and my loan was finalized in less than 15 minutes. Your customer service team has a good knowledge base. My questions were answered quickly, by a very personable, yet professional representative.

They approved My loan in less than 20 minutes which was great! On the other hand, although they advertise that money would be deposited directly into my count almost immediately if not the same day, however, this is not true. The direct deposit could take up into 2 business days to be deposited. Surprisingly, it was deposited 8 hours later and the end of day. Not bad!

Wow! I didn’t even think I would get approved for a loan, I just thought what the heck? I’ll try. My funds were in my bank account within 24 hrs of approval! The whole process was complete within 48 hrs! I applied online while I was working, completely effortless! My credit score is only Fair, so don’t hesitate!

Well first this was fast to apply for and easy to do but i didn't like the the constant text, phone calls about the loan and how to finish the process. Then after I was approved I never received another text message saying that I would get my phone in a few days. Just didn't like the way they hounded me.

Please do not go with this company.. I took a loan out for 900 a 275 service fee. I was like ok. The representative told me that there was no more fees . Just that 1175 would be what I paid back.. I called today after 3 payments of 300 and was told my payoff was975. All those payments had gone to interest .RIP off. Not even cash call was this dirty...taking advantage of people in need. I hope they get sued and bankrupt. I wish them the worst. And the people working there are a bunch of criminals..all of these good reviews are from people that work there

Silver Cloud was a great facility to use very easy and quick process, came in handy when needed. The only reason its not 5 stars is due to the interest rate for the payment terms but other then that everything was fine. Thanks!

Need to be approved for some extra cash right away and Silver Cloud Financial came through with no hassle. The approval process was straight forward and easy. If you ever have concerns it no problem to contact their customer service department which helped me every step.

Quick and easy application got back to me right away the only thing that sucks is it takes 2-3 business days to clear before it's there in your bank account to draw on. Great experience would come to them for another loan and recommend them to anyone looking to get one themselves

I have been customer of Silvercloud Financial for many years because they are the one lender that I can always depend on when I need money fast. The representatives there are friendly, professional, and so nice to talk to over the phone. I’m a working mom with 4 kids and sometimes I need cash in a hurry. It’s nice to know I can just go online and Silvercloud will have the funds in my account the next day.

So easy, friendly customer service and quick. Silver cloud saved me in a bind. I appreciate the ease of getting approved, being notified in advance of my next payment and the ability to check my loan balance online!

Application ends and suddenly there's approval without the option to review loan docs. Had to immediately cancel loan due to re-payment being too high. Never would have agreed to loan if given opportunity to review docs first. I do have to say that the chat feature was efficient and they cancelled loan quickly without issue.

This company is a scam. I had a loan approved, they never verified my routing or account number and sent the funds to the wrong routing number. A week later (after I was told to “just call back in a week”) I am told the loan has now been denied, after I have all the paperwork that it was approved. Customer service was ZERO help and just continued to both read a script over the phone and type a script when I did a chat in their website. Stay away from this company! Thankfully I didn’t need the loan in the long run and things worked out, but I feel bad for anyone that is in a situation and desperately needs the money. This company could not care less about the time they waste or the people they scam.

This was extremely easy and very efficient, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If you need a fast loan this is the place to use, all done online for your convenience. Key is to pay back loan a.s.a.p to pay less finance charges or you can take your time, you pay more interest though. It’s totally up to you!

The rates are little outrageous but they definitely help in a pinch and are easy to use. I wouldnt take out a loan unless I knew I could pay it back before all the fees and payments add up. Do not leave an application half filled out as they will call you non stop at all times of the day and night.

Love these guys! They saved me twice from some emergency situations, and although the interest is a bit high, it's not minded at all. I have painfully low credit, and trying to rebuild it is a pain, especially when no one is willing to give you a chance. Silver Cloud is very customer oriented and their service is excellent. Their technology is one of the best. They reward you for good repayment history by giving you larger loans. They are really good.

The staff at Silvercloud financial are so kind. They did everything they could to help me when I was furloughed from my job. I have always felt respected by their team and will be recommending them to others.

They aren't pushy and they fund you quickly. Not a cost effective loan by any means, but they don't hide from you how much you're really going to end up paying. Good customer service, addressed my question in one chat.

Very easy transaction however I changed my email with them and it still is not corrected. I need to go online to see what my payments are. They only tell you your initial payment. Please correct

This place just takes your money because I was behind on my payments so I called there collects and they stated that my payments are going to 160 so I was fine with that but now I find out it was only to pay my past due balance. They split that payment into two. This payday they took out 290 dollars which put me in a financial situation and unable to pay two bills with that. After my balance is paid in full I will never go through them ever again. Worst place to get a loan. I hate there customer service in which case they can all go to hell. They state they want to help people but all they do is jack people and you are in a worse position money wise.😡

I needed a loan quickly to clear up my banking due to unauthorized withdrawals. This put me into overdraft charges that was snowballing into an avalanche. Even though I disputed them, the charges will linger until settled. Silver Cloud was instantly in my account to save me from more charges.

The loan application process seemed purposefully quick. I don’t remember seeing a single financial figure until I received my loan approval with a 727% ARP. Definitely wouldn’t have accepted the loan if this was clear up front.

900 loan gonna cost me 3500 to pay back...payments 200+ and only 45 towards principal...they are a bunch of crooks out to get people. Sure they help u get the money you need at that moment but then they bend you over on payment. I wasnt able to pay my rent due to there payment and me not reading fine print. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Both reps (Terrell and Serena) I worked with were very informative, transparent, helpful, patient, and kind, and even got me a reduced first finance fee. Made my stressful circumstances a lot less stressful.
