Excellent Service! I was Surprised of the Customer Service I received. They actually took time out and listened to what I had to say. At first, I said no because of the Holidays coming up and the agent that was working with me moved the first payment out and lowered it. He explained how the system worked. If I could pay more on the first payment, it would make the second payment less. I got it! I’m looking forward to adding more to my first payment and paying off my loan sooner. “MAJESTIC” IS THE LOANING PLACE FOR ME!

The experience is fast and seamless. The person I spoke with was very professional, accommodating and gave me a very good customer service experience. The APR was high but ask for options. The key is letting them know what you need and they can work on it. And I will give them 5 stars for that.

It's a good place to get a loan asap. However pay it back with the first installment. If you don't it'll snowball. I would recommend for a short term loan. (Like 2 weeks) anything longer than that. Prepare to pay a lot for interest. The process was fast and simple.

Please safe yourself a headache and do not use this company. The "gentleman" I spoke to told me one price and the amount of money they take out of your account is a different number. Called spoke with a very apologetic person but it does not solve the issue of being lied to. So this was really no help at all.

Do not use this company for a loan! They do not make anything clear to you making most people pay more in the end. If you don’t have the money to pay back your loan in the next payment DO NOT DO IT!!! The interest rate is out of this world. They’re not clear about their policies and I feel it’s just a big scam. I took out a 300 dollar loan and ended up paying thousands. I read reviews and didn’t not listen and wish I would have. Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I am trying to build my credit. And apparantly no credit is just like bad credit. So I have been applying for loans from everywhere to start building my credit. I have a full time job and work at least 35 hours a week. No one would help me and give me a loan. EXCEPT Majestic! And the loan was all online I didn't hafta leave my house and the pay back rate is awesome!! Thank you Majestic!!

This would be a great place to do business if the interest rates weren't so high. On a $600. loan the 1st payment is $206. and only 35 of that goes to the principal!! And it doesnt matter the amount of the loan. Only 35 goes to the principal and the rest goes to interest! Its highway robbery but whatcha gonna do?? Other than that they're a great company!

Twice has Majestic Lake Financial provided a bridge loan that just about saved my house, my family, and my life. Too many people want something for nothing. This companies rates are fair, they have been very flexible with my previous payment schedules and their staff is friendly and responsive. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company.

I refinanced my first loan with them, and was able to get a second one in an emergency situation (medical costs) - their customer service is fantastic! They are super easy to work with, I love that they have customer chat and can do so much with that - it makes it easier for me as a Deaf customer to conduct my business with them.

Amazing company! BAD credit or no credit?... You will get at the very least $1k within 2 days & directly to your bank account, with hardly any questions asked! Only downfall is if you don't plan on paying it back on your 1st bill (within a month) or don't think you'll be able to pay it back that fast then your basically screwed because the interest rate is an outrageous 675%! Otherwise, extremely happy with the company, efficiency, and quickness of recieving the personal loan!

A customer service rep was very sweet and friendly over the phone. I was approved immediately, direct to the point, asked me personally what I was doing for the holidays which I thought was a very nice touch. Got the money the same day as I put the request early in the morning

I must say that I’ve never experienced such an easy, customer friendly, quick process to obtain a small “Emergency” loan needed for a serious dental problem that needed immediate attention. The process is short, they walk you through step by step and before you know it the money has been transferred into your account ready to use. I highly recommend Majestic Lake Financial for any or all of your financial needs.

This company is good in a jam. They are quick to fund the money and very easy to work with. Make sure you read all of your loan documents, their APR is very high and thus you should only use them in case of dire emergency!

I never got the opportunity to review the payments nor the amount of intrest. I was told in writing that I would be able to view such details before signing which I did not electronically sign for. Also I was informed that someone would be contacting me in a few minutes, that never happened. I would have never agreed to paying 3 times the amount I was looking to borrow. Bad business!

Do not borrow from these people! They only apply $25 of a $150 payment towards principle. I borrowed $500 and paid back nearly double in less than 90 days. Your "account balance" is fake and will never reflect what they actually have you owing. Also during pandemic they made no concessions. Other lenders were much nicer. Never using them again!

Funds were sent to the wrong account. I thought something was weird when I was told my account was approved without anyone confirming my bank information. Now I'm told I have to wait until you guys get your money back when Bank of America says they instantly refunded you guys. Now I have to call back everyday to check and see if they have the money back so I can get it sent to me once again and wait another two days before I’m funded. I talked to someone over the phone and the woman couldn’t give me a time frame on when everything will be situated. Now I being told I still owe them for this loan even though they messed up and sent it to an old closed account that they didn’t get from me. Now a week later this problem has not been resolved. They told me i need to get on a three way with a bank and so i called yet again and spent 30 min on hold without getting helped. So Far no matter who i talk to I don't get anyone who can handle this situation. Even the supervisor wasn't able to do anything. Seems like this situation isn't being handled unless i call and push them to do something. Now i'm being told that i need to call and talk to this bank that i haven't banked with in 6 years and see where Majestic sent the funds. Why am I the customer jumping through all these hoops. Update: after talking with BOA Majestic Lake sent the funds to some random account that doesn't even have my name on it.

I would highly recommend Majestic Lake Financial for any financial assistance. They came through when mostly needed hassle free! Customer service representatives are fantastic as well.

I applied and never got terms and conditions. All of a sudden the funds were in my account. I intended to pay it right back. Ut had no idea where the loan came from. Their interest is rediculous and I would never have agreed! Stay away! They are sneaky and not up fro t!!!

Wasn't sure I would get approved so I filled out the application anyway. By the end of That Business day my loan was Deposited into my account. I am Pleasantly SURPRISED AND WILL recommended Majestic to friends and Family. 😊

Whoever the underwriter is for this terrible, horrible, incompetent company is the most idiotic person to ever work. They have single-handedly ruined my loan for my first ever home. DO NOT use this company whatever you do. I lost my dream home because they managed to drag out my loan process for 3 months and that ended up causing the seller to pull out. I hope this company sinks. They will screw you every step of the way.

I am a return customer because Majestic Lake Financial is a great company to get a short term loan. The payments are reasonable and the people are very helpful and friendly.

After seeing true colors I would definitely recommend searching a little further. After explaining to them I became I'll with carona virus they started pushing their way into my account. My account was already in jeopardy in the negative and there still gonna take money that's not available. I've explained that I could get help from family member but only enough for my medications. They still won't stop! While everyone else is giving they are taking!!!

I have always been sceptical about on line pay day loans and my personal information being out there on the internet. I received an email yesterday from them about a loan. So I applied for it. They asked just for social number and name and birth date and that's it. They said I was approved and money would be on my card no later than 48 hours. I was sceptical so I contacted them. They already had my card on file and all I did was verify routing number . Still I was sceptical . But I woke up this morning and had 300.00 dollars in my account and don't have to make first payment until January 31. This was awesome to wake up and see it there and it was a legitimate loan. We knew exactly what we were getting into when we signed up. The interest rate is 325% You can pay the loan off early and this will reduce the interest to zero. Anyway, they helped us out of a serious bind and they were kind, compassionate and very easy to work with.

Majestic Lake offers quick loans and their agents are very efficient. If it takes more than a few weeks to pay back it is very expensive, but very helpful in a pinch.

Worse experience ever. If you plan on paying the entire loan back all at once it’s great. If not look forward to them taking $300 from your account each paycheck with only $45 going towards your loan :(
