Every time I go to VyStar it is a pleasant experience. One employee stands out among the rest. Rob Herring is friendly personable and always smiling. I had multiple transactions due to closing a home loan. He is more than professional. Completed all my transactions in a timely manner and all with a smile on his face. He should be employee of the year.

Ms. Kay Williams was of great assistance. She is very knowledgeable of her job and how to help you when you cannot find the words that you are looking for. Her customer service was excellent. As she was taking care of my situation , she spoke to others and helped them too!!! Thank you Ms. Kay!!

If your company is already experiencing several problems with online banking and your lobby is filling up with customer, there should be a process of customer care first. I walked in advised I needed notary service, I was greeted and sent to wait in a long line only to find out you can not assist me. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

Today I had a what I believed to be an error with the balance on one of my accounts. I called Vystar and spoke with Jasmine Faison who spent quite some time identifying the problem and resolving it. Jasmine had to contact some other departments and called me back three times with updates. I appreciate her time and dedication in this matter.

I just opened an account with Vystar and Kay Williams assisted me with opening up a new account. I was impressed with seeing the coin counter, no more rolling no coins that have been saved over the years. Kay was so patient with me sometimes I have a tendency to talk too much, but she was so patient and she just rolled right along with me. I am closer to the Dunn Ave branch, but because of her exceptional service, I will make a trip to the Normandy branch for my banking needs . That’s what I’m right for him to help me it was so nice riding no no no no😊

Went into the Branch on Normandy Blvd, just needed to get a new debit card due to chip issues and encountered a wonderful representative by the name Kay Williams. Kay assisted me with my new card needs as well as looking at other options of assisting me with needs of credit lines and refinance. Switched over to Vystar a few months ago. Every time I have to go in the building, normally the one on Normandy, I always get the best service. Today Rob H was helping me out and his customer service is phenomenal! It was slammed and he had customers being pretty rude to him but kept his grace and professionalism then greeted me with genuine joy! What an asset to Vystar. Thank you Rob!!

Had an issue with my car payments with another branch. So I went to Normandy and Debbie Roger's and her team fix the issue. Been with them since 2001....love them:)
