Lasheena was amazing and made the truck buying experience super easy. I bought the truck online and flew to Jacksonville from TN to drive it back. I had called about 10 dealerships looking for this particular truck. All others either didn’t have the truck or was charging $5k extra up charge. When I arrived they had the windows tinted and had a staff member go over how to use all the fancy new options on it. Nimnicht has a huge selection, fair prices and everyone we came in contact with made it their mission to make us happy. Would def use again despite being over 500 miles away!

Overall good place! Receptionist Eileen was fantastic and super sweet. She was very helpful and positive the whole time I was there. My salesman Charles was helpful but not the most attentive. They left me along in an office for an hour without any updates on my offer. Had to ask Eileen to page him. Not sure if that’s common practice or the time of day I was there (Friday afternoon). Overall good experience, I did buy a car there. Not the highest trade offer I had received for my previous car but they were willing to work with me some. Would recommend this dealership but be willing to speak up for yourself.

I absolutely love the team at Nimnicht! Charles is my SA , he helped me with my first car at a major dealership. Being that my credit wasn’t that good it took a little while but Charles got me into the car I wanted with reasonable payment. They even accepted my old trade in. I was so happy with the service, I went back yesterday to replace my first car and the process was way more smoother. My children even remembered him from before! We were very fortunate, we had been looking at different dealerships and the inventory is very low everywhere. They had 1 Tahoe coming in within a few days, and we were able to secure it. Luckily I loved it. I had been 2 weeks without transportation. The sales person was very quick to secure the car for me, the financial guy was easy to work with and the guy that showed me the car when it came in was very good. He walked me through setting up my On Star and set up my phone. The entire transaction from beginning to end, went very well.

Great experience with Howard Roberts. My own personal car salesman of the year. He takes care of me even after the sale. Makes sure I get my truck serviced and oil changed when it's time, and makes sure that I was taken good care of. He even sent me happy birthday wishes that made me feel like I was not just a "sale" for him but a friend. Hans was my salesman and he did an amazing job at keeping me up to date with my car. I purchased it through him prior to the vehicle arriving on lot. He sent me daily updates on the arrival of the vehicle and called as soon as it arrived! The day I went to pick up my car he experienced a family emergency and STILL went out of his way to take care of me and have someone waiting at the dealership with my car. He didn’t make it feel like a regular day at the dealership he was genuine about getting me the best deal and following through! I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone.

Salesman was great. Went to look at a used truck but did not like it once I arrived. Salesman was able to put me in a brand new 2022 Silverado with payments I was comfortable with. Even during a rainstorm my salesman showed me every vehicle that I wanted to look at. Highly recommended.

If I could give this dealership a lower rating, I would. The service department specifically as well as other departments have 0 customer service skills. After you purchase your vehicle from the sales department, you won’t get another smile from anyone. They’ll take your money and give you their behinds to kiss thereafter. Sales is nice because they clearly need the sale but the after sale experience is absolutely HORRIFIC. Take your money elsewhere! They don’t care about you or your experience with their dealership once they’ve been paid. I wouldn’t recommend these clowns to my worst enemy. Condescending, rude, unapologetic is the theme here. I will NEVER spend another dime with these people. I regret every walking into this dealership. They need a serious overhaul of their customer service training because clearly either the training never happened or everyone outside of sales slept through it. Save your time and money unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter after you purchase your vehicle.

Quoted me $3,000, stating all 4 of my brakes needed to be replaced. 3.5hours of service fees just to replace the front brakes equaling $350... that doesn't even include the brakes! Brought to two different mechanics who both stated that all four brakes were still serviceable. Will not be returning for any service ever again.

The service technician was very friendly and helpful. The service was completed in the time she estimated. The waiting area and the restroom were clean. I would recommend Nimnich Chevrolet to any of my friends and family. Hans, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and found exactly what I wanted . I ended up with the Chevy Trail Boss and love it. The only minor issue I had was Hans kept flurting with my step brother during the process. I did not mind, but it was a small distraction. All in all it was a great experience.

We recently purchased a 2022 Tahoe from Howard and it was a wonderful experience! Purchasing vehicles is usually a stressful process but at Nimnicht Chevrolet it was easy and stress-free! Negotiations and terms of the deal only took a few minutes thanks to a wonderful manager, Jose Montlouis! Usually the back and forth at a dealership can take hours but Jose cut through all the back and forth. He was straight to the point and put together a great deal for us immediately! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening for a Wednesday 130pm appointment. Around 4pm on Wednesday I started calling to see if they were able to find the problem, no one in service was answering calls, I continued to call all day on Thursday, left voicemails for everyone the receptionist transferred me to. I found a ride up to the dealership Thursday evening to be told by a manager that he would have someone call me in an hour, he did call me in an hour only to tell me that someone would be driving my car the next morning one last time and he would call me after that and send someone to pick me up. That phone call didn't come until 330 that day and I had missed 2 days of work and they couldn't find the issue with my car. The whole process was not professional.

Took car for oil change and differential fluid change. 1 hr 45 mins later car is ready, but they didn't do the differential fluid change because they were out of fluid. No offer to rebook to get it done or anything. Just a whoops we should have more fluid tomorrow. Doesn't help me since I booked 2 weeks ago and rearranged my day to come in to have it done.

Earlier in 2021 we had the body shop do some work on one of our vehicles. We were so impressed with the work and professionalism. So when I got in a fender bender with my GMC Terrain, we knew where we wanted to go for the work. Although the insurance company recommended another body shop, we chose Nimnicht on Cassat Ave. Again they did a great job and very kind and considerate. I will recommend them to anyone. The body department does not follow up as far as updates on your vehicle. I have called numerous times and have her different responses every time I have called in. It is very upsetting because all they have to do is reach out and make a phone call but they do not do that. Instead, you have to call every single week to ensure things are being done when they are not being done. This location is terrible simply because they do not follow up and inform you as far as what is going on and take more than 3+ weeks to fix issues without giving you a single car. Pick another body shop.

The inside of the building had a bad odor. I don’t feel like I was listened to and was pressured and rushed to get the deal done. I got a very uncomfortable work truck, I was looking for a bigger truck to pull my RV across country and this vehicle will do that but it’s gonna feel like riding a park bench. I should have walked alway from them. They could all tell I was not happy because they kept asking me what’s wrong you’re getting a new truck. They sent me to the insurance dept and title work before I even saw what my pymt was gonna be. My wife kept nudging me that she wasn’t happy I should have listened to her. :( I will probably never deal with these people again.

We contacted this dealership last Friday after it appeared on the Costco Auto Buying program website for certified pre-owned vehicles (Chevy Tahoe). After discussion with a salesperson by the name of Nick Everhart, we were told there were no certified pre-owned Tahoes available, but two new ones would be arriving, and the Costco Auto program would apply. We spent the next two days researching and confirming this is where we wanted to purchase from. We reached out to Nick this morning to finalize a deal. After providing all information we received a call back from Nick stating that the Costco Auto program offer would not be honored, and the price would now be almost $7k more. I have submitted a complaint to Costco about this dealership’s violation but would like others to be warned about the bait and switch tactics that occur.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Lance "LT" Tunsill and everyone at Nimnicht Chevrolet! From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and attentive. I never once felt pressured into a deal I didn't want to make and I walked away with what I felt was a very fair deal on a 2022 Silverado. LT started by gathering a clear understanding of what it was I was looking for and what my budget was. He never pushed me out of my budget and did his best to find me the best fit possible within that budget. I really appreciated that with him. I always felt like my satisfaction came first with him. Great salesman and representative for Nimnicht! Additionally, he was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling and provided white glove service throughout the entire process. I can't recommend him high enough! The entire process took about 3 hours from the second I walked through the door to when I drove off in my new truck. Nice to know there are still dealerships that know how to put the customer first and place the value of long-term customer loyalty over a short-term deal. I will be back for future purchases based on this experience.

Traditionally I’ve always enjoyed my experience with Nimnicht. The service department was friendly and I always felt that they went out of their way to help and get the job done. This time was a little different; I’d originally scheduled my appointment for an oil change for early February. Due to a schedule conflict, I missed my appointment but also, not once did I receive a confirmation text or email reminding me of it like I had in the past. The earliest I could make it back on the schedule was for three weeks later and that day they made no attempt at getting me on for an oil change…something that would’ve only taken about an hour to do. When I showed up yesterday, I was greeted by an unfriendly woman who seemed to have a little attitude instead of realizing I was showing up a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment. In the past, Joanna A. was fantastic about greeting and communicating during my entire process leading up to and including the day of, I wish I’d had the pleasure of working with her again. I also recall having received a complementary car wash after the work was done and this time there was no mention of this. I can understand that Covid has changed things everywhere, but good customer service and little details that show above and beyond service (like car washes and good communication) make all businesses shine. Maybe it’s a lack of staffing, cost cutbacks, or a change in leadership/management but what I experienced yesterday was not the dealership I bought my truck from and I will likely not be returning for future service. I wish you all well and hope that you can bring back the place I once knew.

I took my current vehicle in to get a trade in appraisal with the intention of getting a new car for myself and enough to put a down payment on a new car for my daughter. I couldn't be happier with service, I had been in an accident where my truck was totaled. I didn't want a brand new vehicle. I wanted my truck! I'm also a loan officer, I didn't want pressure about financing or 4 hrs in a dealership, and Craig listened to all of my requests, completing all communication by text so I could continue at work undisturbed. When I actually came to pick up the vehicle it was quick and painless. Then I was supposed to have the vehicle detailed, but detailing isn't done on the weekend when I couldn't schedule during the week Craig brought someone in on Saturday after the purchase just for my schedule. I truly appreciate his professionalism and how he went out of his way. I dropped my car on Thursday night 5/12 with a full report why I was dropping the car and my phone number. The appointment was actually for Fri 5/13, I heard nothing till I called on 5/17, Evan said I called you on Friday because we needed to know why you left your car, he called my husband's phone, I called back on Tuesday 5/17 and Evan advised me that the mechanic had started someone's car and would look at mine next. I received a text on Friday evening 5/20, to review the report of what was found. I denied repair and asked if I could come pick up my car. Evan advised me my car would not be available to pick up until Monday, 5/2. My husband and I drove by on Sat 5/22 and the car looked ready for puck up. Workers were walking around and was not concerned and offered a what do you want until my husband reached the mechanic's garage parking lot. My husband was the led to the office to pay for the diagnostic and given my car. I feel lied to and miss-represented and if my husband had not been there I would still be waiting to get my car, I am now the 3rd female family member to be treated will ill intent by Nimnicht and you have struck out. It felt all wrong and all the sings where there, and I should have listened to my family. By the way, that new transmission replacement was a lie also. the miss fire was the fuel pan that you were willing replace, which I was willing to do. You almost got me. Whew, Farewell!!!

Terrible sales experience. My wife and I with our 1 year old went here to look at buying the 2022 Traverse. Upon getting here we were immediately attacked by sales. The sales man that got to use first didn’t even bother to introduce himself just went straight into what do you want. Now the car we were looking at was for my wife but he would not even want to talk to her even though she was the one buying the car. After explaining why we were there he took us right to his office and sat us down and offered us water. He then tried to get as much as he could out of us on what we wanted. He left and came back with another man a few minutes later wanting us to buy a used infinity. We politely said no and our salesman disappeared and said that he now had a new client and that he will get someone else to help us. A girl came out with a key a few moments later and walked us out to a new traverse unlocked it and asked us immediately if we liked it. No test drive no one showing us it’s features no information not even starting it. When we asked to test drive the car the girl made such a big stink and said that she would have to find the keys to another car. Now it was a warmer day than normal this time of year and my wife is pregnant and we had our 1 year old with us. The sales lady literally walked away and did not offer us anything in way of cooling off. We waited like 10 minutes and no one came back so we left and went like 15 minutes down the road to Gordon Chevy where we actually got treated nice. P.S. after actually getting good sales service my wife decided that she didn’t want the traverse instead we got the blazer and she is in love with it.

I was lied to by the finance manager who signed us up for a new truck when my company was in dire need. My team(3 people) was explained a payment plan program that we will be able to take advantage of if we bought a certain warranty. The guy lied to our faces and even showed us on the calender when our payments would drop so we can prepare for the winter time. Of course the bank has no recollection of any programs like that and I've left multiple messages. They don't really care. Not only that our sales person Romeo sold us the truck for over $9k more than what they had it listed for. I will never trust another car salesperson and will never get honest with them and ask for help. I got shafted by these people and it disgusts me that I even tried to establish a relationship afterwards so they can help me build my fleet. I have bought 5 new trucks in the past 5 years and never felt as bad as I did after this transaction. Shame on this business.

Service department needs better management. Went in for an oil change......technician stated he topped off all fluids. Started my road trip to find out windshield washer fluid wasn't topped off. Things that are mentioned that they checked. They really aren't checking. When I purchased my car it also came with a wash during every oil change. That hasn't happened either since 2018.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership . Joanne my service advisor mis quoted service pricing and diagnostic fee. I also provided her with a list of things I needed quoted for to be fixed on my car. My quote was very vague and did not show everything that I asked for. My service advisor also stated that she would type an estimate up and send it to my email which I did not receive. I had questions on all of these issues when I went in to pick up the car but my service advisor was not there. Then after paying a ridiculous amount of $500 for an oil change and a non-completed diagnostic fee, I walked out to my car and noticed that there was Grease on both fenders of my car and no wash which infuriated me even more ,also plastic wrapping and paper still inside of my car. I went back in and asked if somebody had a rag so I could clean the oil off of my fenders and another service advisor came out with a wet wipe and wiped off some of the Grease from my fenders and said have a nice day without even apologizing. I was made to feel as if it was my fault that nobody cleaned up my vehicle after they got it dirty with grease! It doesn't seem fair to own such a nice car and to support Chevrolet and yet to receive the poor level of service. This will be the last time that I ever step foot on Nimnight Chevrolet property. I will also be letting people know not to do business at this establishment because it seems like midnight Chevrolet is more after the buck then taking care of their customer.

Must of the employees were friendly and attendant. Experience issues with the dealer network when I was in the process of closing my financial contract. This lasted about an hour or longer. The financial advisor was very apologetic for the issue that was out of his control. The individual showing me the truck technology was a bit in the rush and fail to show me some of the futures of the key fob and other accessories.

Beware of the so-called $2k market increase that they are trying to get people to pay. I can speak from experience and tell you that all dealers are NOT charging that. This dealer actually quoted me the highest price out of 4 different Chevy dealers and tried to guarantee me that they were the lowest. Search around and don't fall for their greed.

Service was great. Only issue was we waited for our vehicle and were never. Allen when it was finished. We waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and took our kids to walk around the lot. Upon walking we saw our vehicle. It was finished and parked. We have no idea how long our vehicle was done.

Had to replace the ignition module on Malibu 2015. Rodney Aile customer service person was very helpful and knowledgeable about what happen to the car. Next day he had my car ready to go home.

After weeks of looking for a 3500 truck with no luck. I called the dealership and they advised that they did not have anymore 3500. A week later the dealership remembered me and contacted me to advised that they are getting one in. They went out of there way to contact me. I was looking to order a new car from factory back in May, declined to order here due to their (un)fair $2k market adjustment and additionally $2k forced mandatory add-ons (highest in the area at the time.) I was later contacted by Travis with some high promises and suckering language. Right when I thought we were having good conversation about ordering he dropped out of communication. Other salesmen continued to call /text me about buying other cars though. Pretty annoying experience all around.

Was scheduled for a 9:30am appt wasn't aware my car wouldn't be looked at until after 4pm it was very inconvenient for me to have to pick my car up at 6pm barely making it because my car was going to be kept overnight without any notice from anyone in service I had to call in to find out my car is just being looked at and also was told the mechanic wasn't able to diagnose anything except for the block testing but sumhow my brakes are significantly in worse shape than they were than when I dropped my vehicle off the brake fluid was full at the dropoff but completely empty at pickup I m really not a happy customer at all Im very unpleased with this dealership. However I do want to say Ms.Joanne was very polite and helpful and her service was the only thing good about my experience yesterday. To whomever it may concern.

I dealt with Cameron Morgan....It took me over 3 weeks to finally clear up my work schedule before I coukd make it to Nimnicht. When I finally made it after 4-5 canceled appointments truck I was interested sold the night before. Cameron and his Managers literally walked me through the inventory, I had never experienced customer service like that when buying a vehicle. I ended up leaving in my 1st brand new truck. Needs to be a ZERO option The most horrible experience I've ever had with any dealer, extremely unhappy customer, the service department is a joke my vehicle was held there for 3 entire weeks with absolutely no work done to it and part we were waiting on could never be found I received excuse after excuse after excuse and disrespectful attitude not only from one of the girls who answers the phone (not lisa) but also the service associate Joanne was just rude dismissive and acted like she had a hair stuck up where the sun don't shine, and they will give you every excuse in the book to avoid allowing you to speak to a manager or supervisor will never be using this dealer again nor RECCOMEND it to anyone Update:!!! Got to be Careful with reviews the associates will literally call you in the day to call you nasty after you've already picked up your vehicle and are no longer they're customer off theyre personal phones ( Breach of customer confidentiality )
