Was kinda skeptical about the buy here pay here lots. Had spoke with a few dealerships in the area told them my situation as far as credit, down payment and finances. I would be told "oh yeah we can totally work with you until I made the trip with public transit which anyone whose taken the bus in Jacksonville knows is an hour or better, just to be given the run around once I arrived. Totally the opposite here. Spoke with Jimmy before I ever went told him my situation and he assured me he could work with me and he was a man of his word. Was upfront about everything as far as payments, helped with some gas before I drove off. 2 weeks after purchase my alternator went out,. No BS,. They sent me straight to mechanic and had it fixed at no charge. Truly what used car lots should strive to follow. TY Jimmy and all

Gotta Car through these people. 6 days later i get into a accident. My tires LITERALLY had no traction. They just take advantage of people with bad credit. Don't come here. Im carless after paying them twice last week.

The staff was very helpful and made the process easy and quick, got more for my trade in then expected. Definitely a great place to buy a used car or truck from , the finance part of business is also excellent ,they worked with me during my hardship and did it with out all those daily harassing calls ,love you hope your just awesome !!!

The sales people were great and the payment team is top notch. They have worked with me every step of the way. I bought a 2011 dodge grand caravan in 2018 and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. It has ran smoothly. Only one issue of a door window actuator and I replaced that myself. Great service and help. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I love cars and credit... The sales guys are awesome. when ever I have any issue with my truck they make sure it’s taken care of . Their mechanics are awesome has well. Only think I would change about my experience is the person whose over my account....NICOLE.... she’s very nasty to talk to. She gives incorrect informations. I requested plenty of times that I do not want to speak with her regarding my account I would rather someone else. But unfortunately I’m stuck with her. So I avoid calling their I rather pay online because she’s Just not a person I would like to deal with. Other than that I would recommend cars and credit to EVERYONE!

Cars and Credit gave me my first vehicle, they were very friendly back then, were willing to work with anyone and was understanding of every situation. Fast forward and now I would not advise anyone to go to this car lot. While I am not sure if they have changed management but they are no longer flexible, they no longer work with people. You could be a customer for years and the deal you may get..well if I had to say it you might as well go to another car dealership to get a vehicle if you are planning to trade in or get another car. Their car payments have gone up. You will be looking at 350 or more no matter how much you put down. That is a brand new car note they are asking for on used cars you can find for cheaper somewhere else. Sometimes you can find a 600 down car. But otherwise leave it alone or make sure you know what you are getting yourself into when you take on a vehicle from them.

This has been the best car lot I've every dealt with... They are easy to deal with and have a great accounts staff..

Really great people here. Ii got my car here then came back for a 2nd car. I'm about to come get a 3rd for my son. They work with you to get you the best deal for you. They're very helpful & very friendly. I highly recommend you come here & no you don't have to have great credit, they'll work with you to help you.

So far best experience I’ve had with a dealership. My previous cars were from buy here pay here lots as well but none of them top this one. Smaller down payment here and paying your car note actually benefits your credit score. Also very friendly and understanding people. I can’t complain much at all!
