Great experience. Very easy to do business with. I opened an acct, got set up for online and mobile banking, signed all my docs, got my debit card and was out in 40 min. For any financial institution, that is fast.

My experience was great! Upon arrival, I was greeted and helped. I did not have to wait long to talk with manager Patrick. Patrick was amazing and very conversational. He answered all of my questions. Thank you Patrick!!

Nice, friendly and knowledgeable !@! is a great choice, we have been with them 22 yrs for our personal and business accounts. (when we fist started they were Fla Telco Credit Union...but when they rebranded, they did not miss a step...they only improved.

Geez! Can't go into the lobby without an appointment. Called to get an appointment. Long on hold wait time. If you select the call back option it's min 30 minutes. When you do finally get through it takes days to get get an appointment. First attempt to get a hold of someone failed. Days later second attempt was successful. Length of time to get appointment over a week. Then when you get there you HAVE to wear a mask even if you have a medical condition. Credit union policy apparently but they did offer curb side service which I gladly took.

This branch did a great job of serving my the needs of my accounts. I have been a member for a few years. I appreciate the help I received at this branch. I can say I have not had a good experience with all branch’s. But this location is very good because of the people. Thank you.

The online banking app is great, til you go inactive, then it takes an act of congress to get help. Was on hold long enough to drive to a branch, not joking, actually did it. Tried to make a deposit at an 🏧 so I wouldn't have to go to a branch, Feature Unavailable. Once at an actual branch, the people are wonderful. Couldn't ask for better. However, this is Jacksonville and their motto is: "Eh. Good enough." Jacksonville is CHOCK FULL of people that do the minimum requirement to get things done. It's evident in their transportation system, their response to 911 calls, and their passive/aggressive treatment of the homeless community. They're a town for meandering. They hobble about like teenagers on their way to a haircut or detention. I've quit a few jobs here because the owners, OWNERS, of certain establishments tolerate tardiness and absenteeism. If you're an adult with a any self-respect that has a decent work ethic, you'll have the slackers' work dumped on you and they'll wonder why you quit. In Jacksonville, nothing is your fault! It isn't YOUR fault you missed a shift, the bus was late, or your probation officer was running behind! It wasn't YOUR FAULT you were arrested, that cop was a RACIST. Your chemical dependency isn't YOUR FAULT, you have a disease passed down from your relatives in the Civil War or the band Lynard Skynard. (Yes. All white trash in Jacksonville think they're related to that band.) So, it's no surprise that calls to your banking establishment take hours to get answered.

Do not join this so-called “Credit Union!” Can’t speak with anyone in regards to your account other than the tellers. Good luck trying to call, they never call back! And I’m still waiting on my personal banker Krystal to call me back and/or and email, it’s been a month! You’re better off with VyStar, First Community, Sun Trust, or your Mattress (at least you can get access when you need it), cause 121 is anything but One to one with their clients!! Oh let’s not get on all the fees, from ATM to Wired Transfers, the limitation on how much of your money you’re allowed to spend a day, rather it be debit card or atm withdrawals; to some Right Choice credit monitoring that doesn’t even work! It’s all a joke, but that’s just my experience.

I had a great experience with Ms. Denison, she was easy to work with and made the process seamless.
