My computer screen broke in the middle of a very important job so I was very stressed out when I came in. I was greeted by Christina who helped me find the correct screen I needed. Once we got to the register I had trouble with my credit card and she was so patient and worked with me until we could get the purchase right. She was always respectful and polite. And to top it off she carried it to my trunk and put it in for me. Great service!

I was having a terrible day as my car broke down. So I came into your store to buy a wrench. As I entered the store I was given a bright and HAPPY welcome by Christina. I visited Value Pawn & Jewelry located on Normandy blvd recently and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Phil. He was very helpful in helping me find what I needed(laptop for school) and helped me find it in my price range and it was in great condition. He has very good customer service skill and I would highly recommend anyone that shops in that location to ask for him when you need help!
