LISTEN, the two ladies in this establishment are awesome. In these times borrowing money may not be easy but they did their jobs with empathy delight and much knowledge about what they offer. THAT o can absolutely appreciate. Even if I would not have gotten approved I still feel that the impression, the FIRST impression, they left of me would have impacted me greatly. That’s just the staff! The fees are not outlandish and you can pay online because let’s face it, ITS CONVENIENT. Thank you thank you and thank you times a million for simply just being decent human beings. You ARE appreciated.

I really appreciate Ms Lakita😊 located at the store on Normandy Blvd. She's the best & definitely knows the true definition of quality customer service! I was turned down twice by Kyle located at the 103rd location...the first time he told me he wouldn't be able to service me because it was about closing time(which I understood because I wasn't there yet). But the next day, I ended up arriving 20 or 30 minutes before closing time and I was told that he will NOT be able to help me and I was still turned down. No matter what I should have been serviced because I walked in those doors before closing time it was very unprofessional thing to do and he lacked customer service. But as I mentioned Ms. Lakita was a great help at the Normandy store ...she was very fast, she's polite & a very friendly lady. I will definitely be doing service with Lakita again, thanks for everything.😊😊

I found this place on the internet and filled out an application, talk to a representative online and was told to contact the business. I did and was told the documents to bring in. I said I’m on my way, and when I get there 20 minutes later at 5:21pm, the lady inside going to tell me she can’t help me because it’s to close to 6pm and she about to close. It gonna take more than 40 minutes to help me? There was 1 customer inside. I said I wish you would have told me before I waste my gas and time coming here. I was there well before closing time, she just didn’t want to help me. I brought everything she told me to bring. Not cool at all, I wish I could give a half star. Then she gonna say I can come in the morning. I don’t think so, I went somewhere else who closed at the same time.
