I’m going to be completely honest guys, I’ve been to about 17 different pawn shops here in Jacksonville, I have never been so happy and satisfied with a pawn shop until I walked into this Value Pawn. I have to say, their whole staff is amazing. But I’ve got to say, the wonderful lady, Annie, is absolutely the most best person I’ve ever dealt with in a pawn shop. She treats everyone like family and like you’ve been her friend for years. She’s amazing. If you decided to pawn, or purchase something at a pawn ship, chose this one.

Jordan,Annie,Katie,and Bonita are amazing ..They treat with so much respect and they care about there Customers..When u walk in the store you are greeted with smiling worker ..I say that if u are looking for a pawn shop then Value pawn on edgewood is the one to go to..That the best pawn shop in town ..You get the whole 9 yards respect, treated right and the best customer service.. Raced across town from orange park, got there at 6:50pm, just for them to close early, doors locked, and they close at 7:00pm, knocked on the door, lady refused to make eye contact 😳 why does the store close early every time knowing that it closes at 7pm
