4420 Blanding is the best location in Jax., Michelle, the Assisted Mgr. provides excellent customer service and will make sure you get the best deals available. This is the only place I visit when needing to purchase stocked items or receive a personal loan. Ask for Michelle.

Was here 5-10 and looked at a gun was told 480 plus tax and wanted to think on it. Came back 5-11 to buy it and the manager comes over and says no discount on guns its 600 or nothing. And i asked him why since i was literally quoted that the day before with the guy Will standing there saying yea thats what i quoted him and he has the balls to look at me and say you should have bought it yesterday. Screw you homeboy!!!!

The entire staff is great!!! They are always welcoming and everyone is always in a good mood! Thanks Phillip, Mateo, CeCe, Laurie and Alex. On the other hand, the air conditioning at that store is always broken. If it wasn’t for the staff, I wouldn’t go there for that reason. Keep the AC fixed, the workers deserve to work comfortably.

We've been doing business with this company for almost two years. We met Phillip at the other store on Blanding and when he left that store and went to the store at 4420 Blanding, we followed along. Phillip is great, and the rest of the staff is awesome as well. If Phillip leaves the company or gets fired, I hope you can find someone else as good as him and his team because if not, I won't be doing business there anymore! Phillip is very helpful, kind, considerate, and knows he stuff! He will bend over backwards to help his customers! Kudos to team Phillip! Give them all a raise!

I would like to let you guys know that the staff youhave at this location are awesome. They actually took the time out and set me up with the Lana so that I won't have to come into the branch to pay my bill. And they also took the time out to assist me my payment. They all was great and they all deserve the credit and there names are Kenny,Alexis, and Ce-Ce. If you guys have many more employees like them you will have a great staff. And they all were team players with a great attitude

I have used this place to pawn a few things and I always make this my last stop after 2 or 3 because they always give me the best deals. I have night a few electronics from this place as well and they always work great. The TEAM is very professional and polite. I recommend this place to everyone!

I came in about a week ago and was greeted by the lovely Ms.CeCe! She was so friendly, had great customer service and showed many jewelry pieces from the case. We chatted and laughed like we were old friends!! Because of my interaction with CeCe I decided to return again on Fri 5/28 and my intent was to simply browse. I was yet again greeted by CeCe with all smiles and a warm welcome. I found something I liked and purchased same day. The others were pleasant as well, but CeCe stood out with her bubbly personality and great customer service skills. I will continue to stop by and do business because of it!
