Worst customer service I have received at any value pawn. I have spent over $2500 on jewelry at various value pawns in the past two weeks. I go in, try on a ring and am unsure if I need to buy anymore, the lady says you can just put it on layaway. I am unfamiliar with their layaway plan so I ask if there is interest to which she replies no. However after making a small payment I get home review my receipt and it says $9 layaway fee. Let’s call a spade a spade a layaway fee is the same thing as interest. I call the next day explain I was unaware of this and if I can come in and pay for the ring in full as I have the money and to get the $9 reimbursed or a discount taken off the ring to compensate for the $9 I paid on the layaway fee. The manager says no unfortunately there is nothing we can do. I express my profound disappointment and he says “thank you for your call.” I find this absolutely ridiculous as I mentioned before I really enjoy most value pawns and the way they run things. I will never be going back to this store, you’ve lost a good upfront paying customer. I hope the $9 was worth it!

Mjchelle always goes above & beyond. If you ever want a good deal go see her. I always walk out of there happy with my experience shes the only i will deal with.

Michelle @ Value Pawn was sure a great help she took her time assisting us with choosing our wedding rings . She was very thorough with showing us the clarity of the rings and was very patience. She deserves a raise or bonus and the other staff Tammy where very nice and helpful.

Very disrespectful staff, and a rip off of a pawn shop. After visiting multiple pawn shops in the area I went in to pawn my my engagement ring and a bracelet, both with gold and diamonds. The Person who attended me told me my diamonds didn’t pass the test and that the gold on my ring was wearing down even though the ring was 100% gold. He then proceeded to insult my authenticity by saying he would “Give me a dollar” for both while laughing. I took my business to Jax Pawn where their customer service and gold value were much more favorable.

My husband and I visited the shop 12/29/21 and we bought a men's and a woman's wedding band from Michelle. She was super sweet and really helped us make a good decision on 2 beautiful rings. We are so very happy with our choice and I would definitely ship here again😊

Michelle was wonderful. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve lost my items at the pawn shop…thanks to her and the wonderful people at Value Pawn I still have my items. 👍👍

Michelle is the standard of customer service. If you go anywhere else you're losing. She's made a longterm customer out of me
