    I would like for the SOP to be consistent throughout the company. I went to the Oakleaf location and could not get a letter written but I went to the location on 103rd and did not have an issue.

    The ATM took my money and my card right before they were about to close. I didn’t panic I just walked inside and everyone was so helpful and empathetic. They immediately helped me and not only gave me another card but the funds were put into my account sooner than expected! The young lady that first told us to come in from the window was speedy in getting someone to help me. Stephanie was amazing and her ring was gorgeous (🤗) The manager was super sweet and recognized my positive energy! I love this branch and i wasn’t even in there for 15 mins before they quickly fixed what could’ve been a highly stressful situation. I would give them more stars if i could but they only allowed 5. I speak blessings over all of them and they will receive it quickly. ❤️❤️❤️

    I have been banking here for 20 yrs. I recently applied for a consolidation loan and was denied. My credit score is average and all my bills are paid on time 100%. I wanted to consolidate my credit into one loan instead of 10 payments on cards and one loan and they denied my application. My sister-in-law who has almost perfect credit and only has two credit cards was also denied and she had been baking with them for 13 years they also denied her. So if you have decent credit and you have a 100% pay on time with your bill collectors seek a loan elsewhere because you will be denied and it will put a hard hit on your credit. The funny thing is my husband banks at VyStar we do not have a joint account. I applied for a loan there and got up to $20,000. With no help from my husband. I will be seeking a different financial institution probably VyStar because community first is not there to help people just take your money. Also a fraudulent charge popped up on my debit card and I waited and heard no return. They advised me to swap debit cards which I did. Less than a year later the same charge popped up on my bank statement I called to dispute it and let them know this is the same one that the prodded my card earlier that year and they did not stop the charge. They have nothing to look out for you when it comes to Fraud charges. They let it happen again with proof and still did not reimburse me my money or do anything against the company that Fraud my car twice. Your money is not safe here. I don’t understand why a bank approved fraud the first time and then wanted to conduct another investigation on the same charge a year later and do nothing about it.Go to VyStar because they do have fraud reimbursement they do not argue with you they will approve you for a loan if you have a 100% payment history and the people there are a lot nicer than the people that you deal with in the branches and on the phone when it comes to community first

    Not sure why the 103rd location has Liza as a teller. SHE ABSOLUTELY DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!!

    Just opened an account with Community First and I am thoroughly impressed. Ms Sharon Perry was very cordial and professional. She answered all my questions even before I asked them which was refreshing and tells me that she knew her job and what the customers expectations are. Atmosphere of the bank and the other staff members was also pleasant and inviting and very respectful to their customers. I say all of this, because I went on a Friday at 11am. In other banks that I have gone to, it is the complete opposite during this time period.

    I love my new bank! We have a car loan & now it's so much easier to go thru the drive thru & be on your way. They're also open later on Saturdays until 3. Everybody is kind & helpful.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Over 90% of the time I can't deposit checks in the atm or in person. They also put unreasonable holds on deposits. And BOTH of these issues are unacceptable. The only reason I have not canceled my account yet. Is because I have direct deposit. As soon as that is taken care of. This account will be closed.

    Love the experience! It was bright, warm, welcoming and Courtney was Extremely helpful! Super excited to start my new account with Community First credit Union! I’ve been looking for something new and my friend referred me to them! And on top of that, she and I Both got credits for her referring me! Super awesome, And they help he Community. I can’t wait to start using my account!

    Excellent service! Manager Sharon was very helpful and informative. I even got a bonus for opening both a checking and savings! I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby. Very pleasant experience. 10 out of 10
