I am very pleased with the service they have provided. They made it very hassle free. After my bankruptcy, I had received many offers, but so far I am glad I chose them. I was skeptical at first because they were out of state and couldn't test drive the vehicle. Upon delivery I was reassured! I am very happy with my 2020 Honda Passport. I appreciate thier professionalism and helping me to rebuild my credit. They also were able to get an interest rate much lower than expected after a bankruptcy. I would recommend them if you are recovering from a bankruptcy.

Through the advise of my Attorney I was directed to a friend of his named David Roberts in Jacksonville Florida at Automotive Fresh Start Center. I spoke with them on a couple of occasions and they started looking for a vehicle in Jacksonville and located a vehicle at Kia Of Orangeburg in Jacksonville. We had asked for a small SUV but was told there were none available but they had found a 2019 Chev. Malibu which was in great shape. After discussing the car with my wife we agreed on said vehicle because we had been without transportation for a month, we are both in our 70's and although it was not what we wished for and it was delivered from Jacksonville to Tampa. When it arrived the 1st thing I noticed was 2 tires needed replace and after contacting an employee he said that they would be replaced. After signing the papers the person that delivered the vehicle left assuring us the car was in great shape. The next day my wife left to run an errand and when the car was put into drive it would not move, she backed up 3 times before it would go into drive. I again contacted Fresh Start and was told to take it to the Chevrolet dealer as it was still under warranty but by just under a 1,000 miles. We took it the next day and was told the Transmission had to be replaced, that it was totally burned up and was told that it would be 4-6 weeks before they could get one. When we asked the Tech. if that car could have been driven from Jacksonville to Tampa with the transmission in the shape it was in he stated , no way unless the person driving it was an idiot or knew nothing about cars and shouldn't be working for a Dealership other than washing cars. When the tires were changed the check engine light cam on and it showed the battery was almost dead and would cost$185 to replace. There is something wrong with the fuel system because it only gets just a bit over 10 miles to the gallon and just recently the car will just click after I replaced the battery and some times when put into park the engine will not turn off, the inside of the vehicle is totally filthy which they claimed they would pay to clean until we submitted an estimate for cleaning. I have tried to speak to Mr. Roberts the owner but he refuses to talk to me or return my calls. There is one employee there that has tried to help but to no avail. We have been trying to return the car but all we get is a run around and reasons why they can't or won't do anything. My suggestion to you is that if your Attorney suggest this company run, they are disreputable, dishonest and in my opinion a total rip off that takes advantage of people in need. Let the buyer beware but if you can't trust your own Attorney then who?

When you don't have hope this company came to our live. Andre was the contact person and his service and care was outstanding. He got the car we were looking for with a great offer. He was kind and work with the best rate and model that we are looking for. He had answer all our questions. We applied and in two days they delivered our Sorento to the front of our doors Andre is and excellent contact, please don't hesitate to contact him and his company. If you need help to buy a car, please contact them for the opportunity you are looking, Andre will put all his effort to help, no hazzels like dealer ships and very easy. My initial conversation with this company left me feeling uneasy. My husband and I felt dismissed so we decided not to move forward with the application. The person we spoke sounded like he was rushing to explain the loan process. Coming off an already bad experience with a lender we're are very skittish to get into another loan with really high car payment and interest rates. UPDATE: There is no reason to for us to be in your database. We started the process through TIDEWATER and was transferred to this company. I find it funny the response from your company over a month later. I wasn't looking to name anyone but we spoke with Andre initially on Feb 12. Like I said in my first post he rushed through explaining process and he didn't bother to ask us any questions. He came off dismissive over the phone. So we didn't bother to finish the application. Seeing the response from your company I'm glad we didn't. I at least gave you guys two stars but based on the unprofessionalism of the response I'll change it to what I wanted to give your company in the first place.

I have to give Bobby a 5 star! If I could rate him higher I would. He went above and beyond to get me In the car I wanted! I was on a time crunch and Bobby made sure to make me feel like a priority and feel like I was the only customer he had. VERY PROFESSIONAL. In my situation I was concerned that I would be met with judgement, disappointment and not treated as a priority but Bobby begged to differ. Bobby treated me with respect, was very straightforward with everything and went above and beyond to get me the excellent APR, low miles, 1 owner, newer technology and safety features i needed ... thee perfect car for me and when I say with the quickness and no pressure!. Bobby was absolutely amazing. I am currently in the process of bankruptcy many dealers told me it did not matter, but wasted a lot of my time. One dealer even approved me knowing I had an open bankruptcy case, I put $3,200 down and not even four days later asked me to return the car. I am going on three weeks and no refund. Due to all my bad experiences it was very hard to trust and I was very picky. Bobby did not give up, almost a whole week later with him checking in with me almost every day and sending me different options he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. This company will definitely find you a vehicle but if you are not local meaning not in Jacksonville FL please go and see your vehicle personally. I know from this experience that I will not purchase a vehicle with trusting a local dealer at this location to sell me a car and make sure it’s going to be what pictures show or that it mechanically working right. I’m just going to say thank goodness for Nissan for stepping to help remedy this situation.

All I can say is wow Andre was amazing and efficient in getting me in a beautiful Lexus I can’t lie being out of state had me nervous but the process was smooth no hiccups at all and David the manager actually helped in making my life experience well worthwhile it’s one thing to get a new car but to get one delivered to u 2 days after initial contact via ph and might I add no money down and no paymnt due for 3 months wow wow and wow is all I can say thank you guys for everything I look forward to doing business with you all again

After bankruptcy getting a vehicle gets very hard to acquire. I tried several banks and all flat rejected all offers. But thanks to these professionals they helped me acquire a very decent used vehicle in a matter of a day. Delivered it to my front driveway the same day.
