Ok so I never leave reviews but this is well worth it BIG ups to us auto sales and Danielle. I financed a car from them today the process was super easy and great price for my credit which is in horrible condition but she worked with me and she kept her word! Absolutely amazing customer service! I’m very grateful. Now I’m just praying to God the car last and it’s a good car for me and my family seems as if it will be I will keep y’all posted🙏🏾

From start to finish my car buying experience was great. I filled out the form online and someone immediately contacted me. I gave them a few details about myself and they connected me to my salesman Matt here in Jacksonville. He called me and asked me a few questions. I sent him over my pay stubs and he called me back to tell me what I was approved for. I was already online looking at their inventory and seen what vehicle I wanted. I screenshot it and sent it to Matt and he told me he would work on it. Bout an hour or so later he told me he had got me approved. I was ecstatic with the news. Went to the dealership after work to test drive my new vehicle and instantly fell in love with it!! I will definitely recommend them.

Yea they will get you in a car fast but it will be a LEMON. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The warranty company is useless. They do something so that no maintenance lights come on while you’re there and as soon as you leave everything falls apart! Battery died one week after purchase and brake lights have been on since the second day. Huge regret.

Please do not go here. They sell you over priced cars that have issues with a smile. Please there’s no point for me to elaborate specifically. They will not make sure you can afford the payments. They finance with payments every two weeks. Please do not be fooled by the low payment, if for example they have payments $249 every two weeks you are paying $498 a month for a used vehicle Please don’t.

The first week the front panel was broke, tire blew out, electrical problem and oil light came on had to add oil. Spoke to Manager or Assistant Manager at Dealership said that she would look at prior picture to see if panel was broken to this date no contact by her or Sales Agent. Call DOWC and gave me repair shops, that was good. Also spoke to main Office said would replace car, if I continue to have problems. Took car to RPM said all tires were dry rotted. Which was said I would pay for, which I will not. Have appt to have car checked on 5/13/2022.

I was nervous and wasn’t sure I would even qualify for a car. I just completed my bankruptcy 3 months earlier so I was worried. Something happened in my life to where I needed a car fast. They made it quick and painless and I was instantly approved. I was able to defer part of my down payment and pay a small portion up front and biweekly payments until the down payment is paid off and drive off the same day. My payment is lower then my previous car. The customer service was great and friendly. I will be sending everyone here.

Got my vehicle 11 day ago 2014 Hyundai Sonata 96,000 miles that vehicle is currently at aamco with bad engine and they are telling me that the car is no longer under warranty..This place take advantage of us struggling people knowing that we may need a vehicle for work or whatever the case is the use that knowing we’re just trying to get in a vehicle fast …PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from this location or else you would be going through the same thing

This company is the worst to deal with when you are facing hard times. First off, I was given bad information concerning my loan. I was making serious decisions based on that bad information. Then when I called them to make a payment arrangement so that I could move into a place for me and my kids they told me something completely different which lead me to having to choose between paying my move in fees or the car. I told them I have documentation and I’m a single father with two kids I care for in my own and haven’t made a late payment yet. All they care about is getting their money. No heart or compassion for their customers. Now I can’t move with the possibility of sleeping in the street with my kids all cause a supervisor won’t even get on the phone. Soon as I can I will get refinancing with another company. Please don’t finance with these people. I promise you’ll regret it if fall upon hard times.

Payments: You will have to chase them down to make a car payment. I’ve set up auto pay. Called any and every number given to me by the dealership NONE OF THEM WORK! You literally have to Google and pray someone cares enough about your business and time… Would not recommend.

So far im not a happy customer. Ive been paying on a car that ive settled for to begin with just to build my credit bc I have none and its been less than 2 months now with 2 strikes against them in my book. Sure great customer service to begin with anyone with be sweet as pie when they want your business but once you sign the contract it all changes. First strike was when I would make a payment and was getting their insurance added on $50/mo extra to have the necessary full coverage I needed along with mybown insurance and every 2 weeks when I made a payment I was told I was current. But then when my next payment came up I was told I was behind 2 weeks on that added insurance payment. That happened twice. I cancelled their insurance real quick. Im not going to play that game or argue with ppl everytime I call in to make a payment. Thats not the kind of experience I wish to have. Second strike is in the contract it says you haveca 5 day grace period to make a payment. On the 5th day in the am my car was turned off. No warning beeps just turned off. I expect when it says you have 5 days grace period you actually get a full 5 day grace period but the rep said you get 4 and then on the 5th you get turned off and a code you can use. Thats not what it says and its not right to change the rules AFTER someone signs a contract. You say 5 day grace period so give a person a full 5 day grace period. The end. I really regret hoing through this dealership and the sooner I get this car pd off the better If i could give it back without it being on my credit repirt I would. So far I would not recommend i hate to say.
