Hanania Collision was absolutely amazing! Not only did they have my large repair finished by the promised date, they kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I am super thankful for. Communication is key to great customer service and they are definitely on point! The repair they did is amazing, I was really worried about the paint match because it’s a special edition matte paint, but they matched it perfectly. The body repair is great too (my car was hit 3 days after I bought it! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️) and they made it look like it never happened! Hopefully I don’t end up in another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service! I cannot recommend this shop enough. I am eternally grateful, especially to Mike. I was confident the entire time they had my vehicle. Mike even advocated for me against the insurance company of the person who hit me to make sure I had my rental and repairs paid for. Very kind people, very professional, and amazing work. Staff is very attentive. They check in on you to let you know how your car is doing and what problems they have if any. My baby looks brand new. Love the attention to detail. Prices seem fare given the quality of work done. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I was involved in an accident with my Acura RDX and I immediately knew that Hanania Collision Center was the place to go. Mike T. was absolutely fantastic! He assured me that he would take care of everything and he really did. He kept me informed every step of my repair. I was worried that he would not be able to get the parts needed for repairs but he moved mountains to make sure that they came in, in a timely manner. I would recommend Mike and Hanania to any one who need repairs. The workmanship on my car was outstanding and I fell in love with my car again. Ten stars to everyone who worked on my car. It was so reassuring to know that I and my car were in great hands from people who care and take pride in their work. JOB WELL DONE!!

If you are looking for a repair shop in Jacksonville this is the place to go. Great staff and great communication throughout the process. Jessica is usually the one that handles my claims and its never a hiccup with her she stays on top of everything. I've been in too many accident to remember lol but I remember one where my insurance was not trying to pay for the repair and they fought on my behalf to force the insurance to pay for it. I love this company and what they stand for. Each time my car looks brand new. Highly recommended.

We had an accident last February and we brought the car to this Collision center. For almost 2 months they have our vehicle. They told me that they have an excellent quality control. First off when we picked up the car the badge were not installed. The TPMS sensors are not functioning. The door in the rear passenger was not function and cannot be locked because it's not balance. The SRS airbag sensors are not functioning and giving me a warning message. The battery died suddenly due to electrical problem. The roof liner is not properly fitted. Avoid this collision center at all cost. They don't do the job right.

Absolute pleasure getting our Honda Accord (brand new) touched up here due to some door dents and dings. Berry and Matthew are patient and courteous professionals! The entire team is wonderful.

Hananiah worked with my vehicle when no other shop wanted to take it. I suffered from bumper cover damage along with front crash bar damage. My main concern was my 2 snapped motor mounts caused from the accident. Hananiah said they would replaced the broken motor mounts as well, and they held up their word. Great work 5/5

Top notch customer service and craftsmanship! I was involved in a rear-end collision by an individual who had sub-par insurance. The process of getting the necessary repairs was delayed for months because of the insurance company’s lack of communication and inability to send an adjuster to inspect the vehicle in a timely fashion. Mike dealt with the frustrations of the insurance agency to get the necessary monetary adjustments, which allowed the technicians to restore my vehicle to pristine condition. I want to thank Mike, Jessica and the rest of the friendly staff at Hanania Collision Center for helping me through a long and difficult process. I highly recommend them for anyone needing collision repair or body work done on their vehicle.

Had to take my wife’s car in for a couple of scratches and got the estimate and was able to drop it off the following day. Dealing with Mike Towns was a great experience and he had to put up with me calling multiple times needing an update but did finish on the time frame he had given me. I want to thank Mike Towns for being very professional and with the help of a tech saved me from going back another time. This was the second time we had used them and will recommend them to any body who has auto body needs. The whole staff there is great and the manager Matt has help out in the past and it shows in his staff. Great Job and my wife is thrilled to have her car back looking great again.

** Update ** I have had nothing but a horrible experience after being struck by a truck tire. I had initial issues from Hanania Collision Center and then the dealership. The Hyundai dealership was nothing but a mess which I will cover in another review. Despite differences in opinions, Mike from this collision center stepped up and really helped me out! The body work was very well done, and thanks to Mike, I feel better about this situation as a whole. This is the first business in the Jacksonville area that has actually treated the customer first!

So I took my truck up here and they took it all apart to do an estimate and just let it sit after 2 months of them telling me my parts are going to be in I go up there and they say again they are still waiting on parts they originally told me a week my truck had minor damages then as I am leaving he tells me that we have had cars here since November mind you it’s June I took my truck back and just got the parts myself it only took me 3 days to get my parts so if that tells you anything about this place they will make you wait Don’t go here unless your ok with your vehicle sitting for months token apart

This company has competitive, affordable prices. However it seems that their customer service is not included in these prices. Maybe I was the wrong skin tone but there’s definitely an undertone of whom gets better customer service and who doesn’t. I would recommend taking your business and money elsewhere.

Awesome experience! Very professional and excellent work quality. Can't say enough good about Matt & Mike. They kept me informed along the way and delivered more than I expected. I had to have my bumper repaired from someone backing into my car. Mike Towns did a great job of keeping me updated on my car repair & quickly responded to any questions I had. There were also some issues that I ran into with the insurance company that he was helpful with having resolved. I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

These people are awesome . I would send my Mom to Hanania Collision on Wells Road . I had my car fixed there and found their work to be exceptional and they are 100% honest and saved me money . On two separate occasions they openly gave me a lower bill than they originally thought once they knew the true cost of the work. I wouldn't go anywhere else, hard to find a good honest body shop . Matt treated me right and deserves 5 stars.

Had Hanania install my aftermarket grille onto my Ford Fusion. Came out awesome. The transition was fast, easy and with great customer service. I’ll definitely be going back for any future work needed. Highly recommend

Mike was very professional to work with. When other collision centers turned me away, they took the job after checking the estimate and towed my car from my house the same day. It was very easy to work with them and they always had someone to answer the phone. Although my car was declared total loss and they couldn't work on it, I'll definitely do business with them again.

Amazing experience after a collision in my new truck. Not only was Mike professional and knowledgeable he actually followed up with everything including calls. I worked with Jessica Carey. Even though the repairs took more than three months (parts delays - new truck) she kept me up to date and informed on the whole process. Vehicle looks 100% better than when it got there on a tow truck. Minor issue with paint - corrected quickly and efficiently without any hassle. I would recommend this place for repairs.

He was very personable, thorough, and always updated me on my car when being repaired. We needed a power window replaced and a dent taken out of the back of our van. We went to Hanania auto body shop. It took a few days for them to get the job done, but boy, what a good job they did! Our van looked brand new. They cleaned the interior and exterior and we were super happy. Their pricing was fair. They didn't gouge you. I highly recommend Hanania for any auto body work that you need to have done.

If you care about your car or truck in anyway I would never take it to this place. It’s been a little over a year and my paint is getting worse by the day minus the obvious poor quality from the day I got it back

Great customer service despite the un-avoidable delay for parts. Jessica and crew went out of their way to help me get my car back on the road after an accident and made sure I was up to date on the status of the part needed and delayed due to (you guessed it) shipping labor shortages! ;{ I highly recommend and will take my cars there again when needed!

Needed to get a ding and scratch fixed on my driver door. Between Matt and Berry I couldn't have had a better experience out of what I thought was a bad dent. Came out perfect and I can't even tell where it was before
