Austin was amazing throughout the entire process! He made us feel so comfortable and answered all of our questions as first time buyers. He was super easy to reach and super quick to respond. I was struggling for another mortgage broker for 3 months (Sept - Dec) because they could not understand my paperwork (I am self-employed with rental properties and other investments). I am a real estate lawyer and the other company could not understand my role as a land trustee or how my trusts accounts worked, and wound up explaining this over and over and over. Additionally, the amount of request, despite being repetitive, also seemed irrelevant, as I was borrowing 10% of my net worth. Austin was able to get the whole matter wrapped up in 3 weeks time - telling me "keep the other one going, and let's see who finished first." My refinance is now complete - I should have started with them.

Austin made the unthinkable possible, when other companies turned me down for a manual underwriting situation, Austin was helpful and great at communicating with me. To include documentation needed and what I needed to do on my end to close the deal. Without the help of him and first look I do not think I would have a mortgage!

Exceptional service! Austin was very thorough, very informative through the whole process. We were kept up to date almost on a daily basis and didn’t have any problems getting what we needed and vice versa. Documents were easy to sign and it just made the whole process stress free.
