I have been insured with Almeta Monroe for more than 10 years. I'm the type of individual that buys and sells cars frequently, over 20 in the past 10 years. I've gotten to know the staff extremely well. They treat you like family and I consider them family. Throughout my time with them I've always been treated not good but absolutely FANTASTIC! Brooke DeLauder is our main agent from this office, and I can tell you that she is an outstanding agent. We just love her! I was looking for a lower rate for my homeowners insurance and after researching in Google for best/cheap homeowners insurance in Florida, I found that StateFarm was a favorite for most people. So I searched for a StateFarm agent near me and selected Almeta Monroe-Turner (I’m so glad I did). Brooke was the agent that answered my call. She was very nice and eager to help me. I gave her my home information so she could work out a rate. She promptly called me back with a homeowners insurance quote and thoroughly explained the coverage. The quote was not only lower in price, it was also better in coverage than what I was paying with a different company. Brooke told me that she could give me an even lower price if I insured my cars with StateFarm too. I was interested in that offer, so after giving her my family’s cars information, Brooke quoted me a significantly lower rate for my homeowners insurance (if a 4-point inspection/wind mitigation was passed) and also a better rate than I was paying for car insurance for the same coverage. The cost of the inspection was worth it for the savings I was getting. I feel lucky to have called StateFarm Almeta Monroe-Turner and that Brooke was the agent that answered my call. She was a pleasure to work with throughout and she helped me save a lot of money while getting better coverage.
