    I absolutely love this bank! I’m so glad I made the decision to open an account here and the people have been great. I was even approved for a credit card to help build my credit and I was approved for a refinance on my car. I’m saving so much money. I had applied for the refinance about a month ago and I didn’t hear back for weeks and Emily reached out to me and apologized that I wasn’t contacted sooner, not only was I approved but she got to work on it right away before the loan approval expired. I went in to the branch to finish up the refinance process and it was wonderful to put a face with a name. Emily is a sweetheart and she went above and beyond for me. Thank you again for everything and I’m so happy!! :)

    Went into the Fleming Island Branch recently needing statement copies which were not available online. I had a time frame -2 hours- to get these copies. Nikki Taylor assisted me and when she was not able to see or print the statements herself, she quickly called on her back office team to assist. She understood the sense of urgency and fulfilled the request within minutes where she could have easily told me it could take up to 24 hours to obtain. I appreciated her willingness & pleasantness with taking the extra steps to accommodate my request. I will not hesitate to seek Nikki's assistance again in the future. Also the branch's recent remodel looks fabulous!

    Came in with our club to change signatures on our multiple accounts, Lori Wagner was very helpful and referred us to Relationship Specialist Emily Spence, who was fantastic. It was amazing how organized and efficient she was, all the while maintaining a friendly, playful attitude toward all of us. Both of these ladies deserve the highest accolades.

    I had reason to seek an older car loan recently and could not have had a better experience than the one provided by Emily Spence at the Fleming Island branch. My purchase involved wiring funds to an out of town dealer and Emily stayed on top of the entire process to ensure my purchase was as seamless as possible. I have since followed up with her on other business and she continues to provide 5 star service!

    I want to thank Vystar and recommend it for excellence in service. My appreciation goes to Rehia, she has been an incredible professional. Since the loss of my spouse, she has been the guiding light to solve all my banking needs and supports me every time a service is needed from the bank.     I have been unable to receive a text when mobile banking. I've tried numerous times to resolve this, and was always assured I wouldn't have this problem anymore. I tried to make a deposit with my mobil app on Jan 25, 2022, and still couldn't receive the text or a phone call, so I drove to the Eagle Harbor Vystar. I was waiting to see a customer rep, when Sharonna Duncan came over and asked could she assist me, all reps were busy and she didn't want me to have to wait. She called the technician and sat with me while the problem was finally resolved. She also got me back into the youchooserewards app that I have been unable to use. Ms Duncan went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use all services that Vystar provides while being friendly and professional. I seriously had been considering to try another bank, I've been with Vystar for over 33 years; so she unknowingly has kept this customer at Vystar.

    Marcella was excellent help. The location is very nice, clean and well kept. Excellent atmosphere and environment inside the building that radiates professionalism with a personal touch. Very friendly and helpful staff like Marcella.

    Bryan at the VyStar bank is Fleming is amazing! I had a lot to get done and it was nearing closing time and I had to have everything resolved because it was time sensitive. He went above and beyond and made sure I had a better understanding for the options available and services. Most people today are in a such of a hurry that they don’t take the time to listen to the members or customers he definitely understood the assignment and because of him it made life so much easier for the next time I need to stop at VyStar.

    Lori Wagner, VP, is exceptional in her role, going out of her way to ensure that every transaction feels personable. I had the pleasure of working directly with Jennifer King, who assisted with a financial transaction, working diligently on her part to ensure that my requests were met.     I work durning banking hours and needed Vystar to complete a few things for me. I had an hour long lunch to complete all the tasks I needed to accomplish as that was the most convenient time to do so. When I say Bryan See and Jennifer went ABOVE and beyond to help me achieve all I needed done in that time frame. They could have done the bare minimum and I felt like their top priority. If I could give 10 stars I would.

    !!!Nothing but smiles!!! Rehia Rountree was of upmost help in the process of switching banks, consolidating my debt, and better helping me understand how my credit and interest works. Unfortunately I was one of the victim’s of getting a credit card with a high interest rate through another business and she did everything in her power to get me the lowest rate on a new card saving me thousands of dollars!! Who doesn’t like extra money?? All and all a very polite and respectful woman. Thanks again Rehia, you’re the wonder woman of banking!!
