Store manager Jeff is amazing!!!!! He helped me with an issue with a cell phone that didn’t even originate at his store. He was pleasant, patient and extremely understanding of my situation. BEST customer service ever from him and Jeremiah. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

I love this store. Every time I come here, I find great prices! And customer Service is pretty awesome. Ms.Tracy goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend this place!

Sold me a pair of air pods but they didn't work after the 3rd day. The return policy is within one day if you want store credit. I'd rather have money back.

Got a used a/c apparently they don't test things very well it works but no cold air i am out 75 bucks buyers beware

I’ve been going to this store for a long time. There is always a friendly hello and how are you today when you enter the store. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite staff member is Tracy. Always has a smile on her face. Good job to all of you. Most all people who walk into the store are needing a little help to get through some hard times. I’ve not one time heard any staff member belittle anyone because of there situation. Great job guys. Mike hayes.

I have been doing business at the Blanding Blvd location for a few months after being disappointed by other shops in the city. I am very pleased at the customer service and atmosphere that Jonathan Lorenti has provided and I will absolutely continue doing business there. Jonathan was accommodating and courteous and helped me out when times were hard for me and my family. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good shop with compassionate and professional staff.

For over 12 years I've shopped a Value Pawn. Weekly to semi weekly visits to see what is available I generally don't have a item in mind since stock is constantly rotating. People are always friendly and fast. I've haven't pawned anything but I do see a fair processing and mutually agreed pricing. So stop by and shop.a layaway and extended warranty are available most items. My store of choice is 683 Blanding in Orange Park Fl. Tell them the "Old guy sent me"

If I could give it zero stars I would .Got a 600$ loan on an AR 9, had to pay 750.00 back. Went in to pay and get item back , was told I owed 900.00 I asked why and was told I was 6 days late .They tried to charge me 150.00$ over 6 days , kid working the counter called the manager .Manager told him if it was 1 or 2 days he could understand. LOL the place has zero foot traffic told him to keep it and good luck selling it(which I doubt will happen) .Avoid this place if you want to deal with rational, fair or honest people .

love this place talked to Tracy she knows everything about everything jewelry Electronics gaming musical equipment tools guns you name it see her she is absolutely awesome! Edit 2/6/20 Winning was warmly welcomed as always. Lots of new stuff out lots of great prices lots of people there to help Used to be there was always kind of a line. Not anymore. There's a new manager there. I'm not sure how long he's been there. So by me saying new I'm sorry if he's not that new. But his name is Jeff. And he's awesome. Next to Tracy I talked to Jeff. They are both amazing!

The employee in the store are rude. We went Saturday only to be treated like the employee didn’t have time to help you and you were bothering them. My husband went in 2 times before that . He was never even acknowledged when he went in . I would not buy anything from them. Not to mention the pawn prices are set to almost the retail price on there items.

This place is great for helping out. I hate getting a loan on my jewelry but it helps when I'm in a bind. When you grab a good track record with them too they really work with you!! Highly recommend!

Tracy and Annie are amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful. If you go into the store ask for them you won’t be disappointed! I will never work with anyone else

Yay! Annie was amazing!!!! she was on point i got a blower a trimmer and a drill which i did not “need” but after walking around the store and her pointing out different things that i would need for my new home i ended up with bunch of good deals! I love it!!! Thank you Annie you made our day!!!!
