Brooke Martin of the Orange Park Branch reached out to me about refinancing 3 vehicles I have with high interest rates, with two different lenders. I'm pleased to say once I applied, I got a same day approval. She was able to lower my interest rates significantly. One of my vehicles Brooke was able to lower the interest rate by over 10%. I'm truly grateful to the VyStar organization for hiring caring, and professional employee's, who look out for the financial well good of their members! If you love your vehicle or vehicles, but not your interest rates, I truly recommend you give them a call to see what they can do for you!

Cody has helped me tremendously in this craziness that’s going on with VyStar online banking he was so patient and understanding. If everyone was as kind and understanding like he was. Life would be great. I honestly thought about closing my accounts but he stepped in without even knowing that’s what I was thinking. I’m going to be patient and pray VyStar get this together please. It’s employees like Cody that makes me want to stay. His customer service is immaculate. He needs to be a trainer.

Stephanie is a really great employee at VyStar. I was so happy when she called me up to the teller line cause she’s just a very gorgeous human entirely. It’s very impressive when’s young girl like her is getting this kind of banking experience. Keep being the hard worker you are, we need more like you!

I’ve had issues with VyStar previously. Even thought about switching institutions but Teller 7628, Mrs.Stephanie Morelus can be a very convincing young lady. She’s very professional about everything and everyone around her. If you go to Orange Park ask for Mrs. Stephanie. I just remember walking in the branch ready to explode and just forgetting why I came in on my way out. Great personality. Thanks VyStar.

First off, 5 stars to Brooke - she is awesome! I cashed some of my savings bonds the other day, and I will try my best to tell you why you are gonna want to deal with Brooke on the teller line. I'm usually an online or ATM banker, but occasionally I need the help of a bank employee. The line isn't usually long, but because online banking was down that day (technical issues, it's normal, it happens, and it was taken care of diligently) the line had a few more people in it than usual. My first time in the line, my teller was a bit rude and standoffish. I used to be a bank teller, so I know the drill, but I had a few questions that would make both our lives easier. I was quickly sent away. Second time around I ended up at Brooke's teller station, and it was a breath of fresh air! She was so kind, and friendly, she was efficient, polite, her outfit was adorable...I could tell she was a real people person and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was taken care of. That is exactly what you want in a bank, someone who cares about you as a person, not just your money. Brooke, thank you so much! You really made my whole day! :) Second, I love this credit union. I moved to FL from out of state and my previous bank has no convenient locations in the area, so I needed something local. Best decision I've made. For me, the free checking/savings accounts are ideal for my current situation, and I only hope to grow my relationship with VyStar in the future. Also, their ATMs are everywhere, and it is so convenient! If you don't already have an account, I suggest you open one today! You won't regret it. I know this is a long review, but I just have so much good to say about this bank, this branch and Brooke!

I visited the VyStar office in Orange Park today and had the BEST customer service from Hunter Wagner. I was not sure exactly the steps I needed to modify a loan, obtain a cash advance, and learn more about mortgages. Hunter was able to handle all my questions quickly, professionally, and with a great sense of humor. I really appreciate the positive and personal care given by Hunter and VyStar. This is why I have been a member for over 10 years!

I walked in to the branch location and I was greatly welcomed and was informed it would be a 15 min wait time to speak to a Relationship Specialist and it did not take not even 5 minutes. Location is very cleaned and sanitized. Very professional location everyone friendly. Senior Relationship Specialist Shawn Zacker explained every detail since I was interested in opening a new account and took the time to explain the difference of each account and what Vystar has to offer for its customers and her expertise and professionalism made me open two new accounts since my experience was awesome. I was very pleased with the location and the customer service. Would definitely recommend and continue my future business with them. Thanks again

Ms. Haleigh Mickler IS THE BEST!!! I’ve been with VyStar for 15+ years and she was the very first specialist to actually take her time and help me when I was in great need. She’s the best and I’ll be forever grateful for her. She even gives excellent tips for paying certain things in a timely and credit affective way!!

Do you want to get screwed over by a financial institution? Then come over to VyStar Credit Union where you are denied access to your online bank account while they are performing system maintenance and updates. The normal everyday people who work for VyStar are fantastic people and very professional who are dedicated to customer service and helping their members as best they can all the while having to deal with leadership that seems to have the brain power of building a house from the roof down.

Opened a business account with Ms. SHAWN ZACKER's assistance and she was fabulous! Sweet, kind, professional & very diligent in her performance. She really wowed me today. I went in with a rainy attitude and left with a smile. I wish I could work with her everyday. What a day I am having now.

They keep up updating online services when there is no need for it. This is the second time they have done this. They aren't working fast enough to fix it especially when the CEO is on vacation during this difficult time of ther screw up. I had a problem pryor they said they would me fix the problem then they turned table and said you are at fault and deal with it but you have so many days to pay or we will send it to collections and that's it. I have banked with them before they even were called vystar. I have been a loyal customer and they decided now the heck with me. That is a bank I wouldn't recommend to anyone anymore.
