We had an amazing stay at Baywatch. Each day of our vacation we looked forward to the most beautiful sunsets every night relaxing out on the deck. And we were lucky enough to get to see the Festival of Lights Boat Parade right from the comfort of the deck!! The house is fully stocked with all the comforts from home. A very clean and comfortable house for sure. So glad we found this gem!! Our Frenchie had a blast too!! Thanks Victory Beach Vacations for helping our vacation to be hassle free and for being super kind and helpful from beginning to end.

Loved the condo as well as the check in process. Felt like being at home away from home. My kids enjoyed the board games provided and the Smart TVs were great to have as well. Quiet and relaxing area with super close beach access was great. Close distance to other activities as well. Already missing the beach!

We loved this property. It was very clean, the views were wonderful. Wish we would have brought our two chi chis because this place was super set up for it.  It was quiet and the people who lived in the units were super friendly.  If the breakers had 2 beds and 2 bath units I would definitely buy here.  Loved this place.  Kudos to the owners, thank you for making this a wonderful place to stay. Rented Sailfish 406. Excellent property. Spacious. Arrival and departure were easy with good information about procedures. We contacted them twice during our stay and they were quick to respond to address our questions. Property is well maintained fully stocked with items needed for comfort and daily needs. All appliances worked well and were very clean. Very little sound between units. Beds were softer than we would have liked but very comfortable. Plenty of parking and easy beach access. Well lit areas maintained very well. Close to boardwalk and all activities and restaurants and shops. Would have been nice if pool was open but we did not miss it.

Kure View 341 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhome. It is a wonderful place to stay !! This was our second vacation here. The beach is only a short walk across the street. The boardwalk to the pier also starts at the beach access. The townhome is very nicely decorated and clean. There is a pool in the courtyard behind the townhome and accessible directly from the lower level bedroom. The townhome is also pet friendly which is important to us. We will continue to come back every year. Kure beach is a quiet residential area that is perfect for our family. Time well spent for rest and family fun. Close enough to Wilmington for shopping and restaurants as well.

Victory Beach Vacations in Carolina Beach rises above and beyond other establishments. The accommodations are comfortable and notably clean. Above standards and expectations. We had everything we needed and could easily walk to the beach or restaurants. Staff is filled with good hearts who try their best to make any vacation a positive experience. All are pleasant and go out of the way to help with your vacation needs. Truly a home away from home and sadness sets in when it's time to leave. We stay loyal to Victory Beach due to the consistent service and hospitality they provide.

It surely was a pleasure to stay at this property. We loved the second floor layout and deck. We spent many many hours on it throughout the week. The kitchen was very spacious and had what we needed to prepare our foods and the refrigerator was the perfect size for our group. Bedrooms were also terrific. We hope we will be able to rent it again in 2023!!

This is one of the best rentals we’ve had in our 29 years at Kure Beach. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped and the outdoor seating is the best of any property we’ve rented. In addition, the expanded deck and the walkway to the beach were outstanding. Renting our beach house through Victory Beach, we were very pleased with the customer service we received during our stay in Carolina Beach. They were responsive and gracious not to mention patient. It is a very well-maintained property and the services are exceptional. And when we made special requests they accommodated as best they could and exceeded our expectations. Oh and yes, the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Any kitchen tool we needed was magically there. The location. From our unit we could see the sunrise over the ocean from the main balcony and the sunset over the lake from the bedroom deck. We were very close to the boardwalk shopping and restaurants and a local, fresh fish market. Great place to stay. We will be back.

Victory Beach Vacations made it so easy for us to find and rent an awesome oceanfront condo at Carolina Beach. We didn't have to stay a whole week or pay overpriced booking fees. The condo was amazing, with the perfect bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean!

Victory Beach Vacation Rentals was a great rental company. Everyone I spoke with were extremely helpful and nice. The condo we rented was beautiful and in a great location! The check in/out process was super easy! I would definitely recommend them.

The location and condo was amazing! It was located close by all the local attractions which was wonderful for us to walk to everything. The parking at the condo was very frustrating and inconvenient which was not what you wanted to deal with while being on vacation. The office staff was very helpful in offering us a parking pass to the overflow lot which was a couple blocks from the condo. That was useful but again frustrating if you needed something from the car. With having 2 small children (1 with special needs) you never know if there is going to be an emergency in which you may need to get somewhere quickly so with having to call someone to move their car so you can get out or having to walk a few blocks to get to your car it was a stressor that unfortunately affected our vacation. We would definitely book with Victory again but just be more selective with our choice as the parking situation was not clearly explained ahead of time!

Our first time in Carolina Beach and not the last! Victory was great to work with and was hassle free. We had no issues with our stay at Carolina Lake Beach Villas 2A. It was very clean and maintained well. We will definitely use Victory Beach Vacations for our next booking.

Had a roomy home on the beach, for 2 families. Pet friendly, very clean. Victory Beach corresponded with us very clearly. We had no trouble at all. Great company!

The team at Victory was extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Kure or Carolina Beach! Our rental, Agua Azul, was even better than we expected. The sun rose right in front of the house, and even our dog loved the beach! We will definitely be back!

The sunrise from the master bedroom is phenomenal. That in itself was worth my stay. Very nice property, well maintained and everything worked. Communication for check-in and check-out was clear and stress free for me. Will definitely book the property again.

This is one of the nicest rental properties I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at many beaches throughout NC and SC). The property was extremely neat, clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated and super comfortable. The bed was amazing and probably the most comfortable bed of any rental property I’ve stayed at EVER!! I like a quieter, picturesque beach with minimal crowds and this fit the bill perfectly. The location is within walking distance of Fort Fisher, and we had an amazing time there. Bars, restaurants, and shopping are a quick 10 to 15 minute drive away. There was also a great yoga studio, Salty Dog Yoga and Surf, that is a 15 minute drive away. I had never been to Kure Beach before but I really want to come back again this summer! Every time I called the rental company, they were super nice and very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this property and Victory Beach Vacations!!!

We stayed in the Victory Penthouse and it was a wonderful vacation. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and clean, the furniture was attractive and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home, and finally, the staff in the office was helpful and accommodating both prior to, and during our stay… All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely use Victory Beach Vacations again.

I highly recommend Victory Beach Vacation Rentals. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their pricing was reasonable. I went to Carolina Beach on the spur of the moment and they were extremely helpful in accommodating me and my pet. I stayed at the Sunskipper, Sun Therapy rental, an oceanfront condo. It was spotless and nicely decorated. I called after hours with a question and didn’t leave a message, however, they called me back first thing the next morning to check to see if I needed anything. I will book with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

We had a fabulous time in the condo we rented. It had everything we needed in the kitchen (minus a shot glass). It wasn't too much of a problem to bring our own soaps, trash bags, etc., as that is to be expected. The place was clean and orderly, and it was nice that there was a collection of paperback books in case you want to read on the beach. There was even a Nintendo Wii that my son enjoyed playing with. Plenty of seating space in side and out for dining or just relaxing. And the bunk beds in the hallway were a good use of space. The only recommendation I would make is maybe providing a dresser of some sort in the main living area for those that aren't staying in the bedroom. Aside from that, our stay was perfect and we definitely plan on returning.

My family made the decision to reserve our beach vacation with Victory Beach vacations instead of airBNB and am so glad we did. It was such an awesome and easy experience. The employees were so nice and forth coming with possible issues with the stay due to beach nourishment (which we did not have to experience). The condo was perfect for what we needed and the location was convenient for our needs and fun activities. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in a cozy home that has been thoughtfully updated. Loved the porch/deck with its comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable, slept great! Treated to a show with the beach nourishment action, but it was okay and actually pretty interesting (the dredging company workers are as accommodating as possible in working around beach goers). Parking was great, minimal steps made loading/unloading easy. Great central location for restaurants. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for allowing us to include our dog in the fun! The rental staff is super easy to work with, highly recommend renting through VBV!

Everyone at victory beach was so pleasant and accommodating. They always returned calls and did their best to help me. I appreciated that, as a long term rental, they all learned my name and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them and plan on coming back next winter!! 🙂

Feedback: We can not say enough about how much we loved this property! Everything about it was up to standard. Actually, Kure's Pearl was above and beyond our expectations. At first, it seemed a little pricey, after the stay it was most definitely worth it. The view was spectacular. Words can't even describe how wonderful it was to wake up and be able to watch the waves from the bed of the Master King Suite. I didn't have much interest in foosball before we arrived, however, after seeing how well maintained the foosball table was, and after playing a few rounds with the kiddos, I really enjoy it now. Bottom line, we will absolutely be coming back. We have decided to make it a yearly thing.

The location is excellent with a large selection of food/ restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The unit we rented was nice and clean, well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, there were two TV'S, DVD players, DVD movies, books for adults and kids, cards, and board games. The outside street noise was very minimal and did not create any issues for us. The internet was just ok as we had a few issues streaming a movie on Netflix and YouTube. The speed test confirmed speed was very low. Overall we had a great experience and a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends, and we look forward to returning next September. Only negative is that I wish we would have rented a unit on a lower level.

Thank you, this property management company exceeds expectations. I had to leave quite quickly and forgot several items that would have cost $1,000 to replace. I called them and spoke to Haley who was very kind and assisted me with the steps to have my items returned to me. Her kindness and professionalism is to be acknowledged. We stayed at the Breakers A7 which was quaint and just what we needed for a rest. I enjoyed the location and ease of getting to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Very good. The team members were helpful with booking information. We had a minor issue upon arrival. We arrived after hours. A team member called us back within minutes and quickly resolved the issue. We will use Victory Vacations again.

We had Beach Bliss off season and it was wonderful. Several days hit 70s or close. The unit is decorated with a fun ocean animal theme and was super clean. We slept so good on the mattresses we had to look at the brand to purchase. Victory employees were helpful and courteous. Plan to be back often because a family member moved to Wilmington and Carolina Beach is a wonderful place to visit with access to town, many shops, restaurants.

We loved our stay, the condo was clean, fully equipped,and furnished lovely. It has a great beach view and next to public beach access for our wheelchair needs

Everyone was very helpful and check in and check out was very simple. Communication was excellent! The condo was very comfortable and I loved swimming laps in the pool and walking around the lake. My condo was also beautiful and updated and I felt at home there.

Our condo was amazing, we wish we could have stayed forever! It was clean upon arrival and stocked with just about anything you could think of. I wish towels and linens would have been included without an extra cost, but that was only a mild inconvenience. The spectacular view more than made up for it! Because of covid, we never dealt with the staff in person, but they were polite, friendly, and responsive over the phone and via text and email. When can we go back?!

Staying at sands 4 the place is great cant ask for no better. BUT the parking is a joke i have two parking passes for the condo but have to park down the street half a mile because they don't have enough parking. Theirs a van from ny that doesn't have a parking pass just there name written on a piece of paper wich clerley they dont have a pass. Like i said the condo is great but i was told i have two parking spaces i dont have one.

A Kosmic Mermaid. A Great Place! Walkable to the boardwalk! And plenty of room. Probably too much room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children.

Our condo was wonderful in every way! To literally be steps away from the ocean was amazing - you could hit it with a stone from the balcony at high tide. The updated bathrooms and porch furniture made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have our own washer and dryer. Victory Beach Vacations communicated with us promptly and clearly regarding checkin and checkout, and their staff was friendly and helpful every time we were in contact. We have rented this unit twice and will definitely return!

Heaven Can Wait was absolutely wonderful. It was very conveniently laid out and handicapped accessible.
