We enjoyed our rental from Carolina beach reality. The rental was clean and very nice. We locked the door the first day to the elevator not realizing what we did and they came and unlocked for us. The only complaint I had about this rental was it needed curtains in the bathroom.

I have rented with Carolina Beach reality for many years now. It’s always been a great experience. The homes have been perfect for my family and friends to get together. Many wonderful memories have been made!

We had an amazing family vacation. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Sunrise on the beach, grandkids splashing in the ocean. We cooked some, did carry-out for the rest. We had one minor maintenance issue which Carolina Beach Realty promptly, courteously and unobtrusively fixed. They were terrific! I can't stop recommending them to friends. We'll definitely be back!

This has been the best vacation experience we've had yet. The house was exceptionally clean and easy access to beach. So wonderful we didn't want to leave.

The staff at Carolina Beach Realty was so responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to operate the elevator. The maintenance person was pleasant on Friday and again on Saturday when the smoke detector beeped needing a new battery. Both people really made me feel they were glad to help me. And the lady in the office was equally pleasant and wanted me to let them know if they could do anything to enhance our stay. The large oceanfront deck was perfect for outside gathering, making for wonderful family memories.

I rented a cottage for a week at Kure Beach. It had no air, the house sat at 86 degrees the whole time we were there, but one day. They sent an air guy out the second day we were there. He showed us how it was spraying Freon and the lines were covered in ice. Then he said it wouldn’t hold Freon and had to be replaced. The next day (Monday) the temp got down in the 70’s. Then that following day (Tuesday) it went right back up to 86. I couldn’t cook because it made it go to 90’s. We couldn’t open the windows because there were no screens. I kept in contact with them regarding this problem and still got nothing. My daughters and I tried to get ready with makeup dresses and all and couldn’t because we were pouring sweat and would try to redo our makeup or hair and it wasn’t worth it. We arrived on June 4th. June 9th (Thursday) I sent an email at 1:00 am because my husband, kids, and I were all in the living room hardwood floor trying to stay cool under the ceiling fan. That Friday they put us in a new home, which was nice, but we were leaving Sunday at 10:00 am. So I arrived on the 4th set in a hot house the whole week. Spent more money trying to keep my kids out of that house because it was so miserable. On top of all this I have asthma and had an asthma attack every morning because of it being so hot. Also, I let them know and nothing from them. We were there from Saturday evening until Friday at 1:00 pm. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but the fact they would send an air guys out then not even call to ask me anything or let me know anything really bothered me. The fact we sat there all week with no air, miserable. I haven’t heard from them since I left and they haven’t even offered to refund me any money back not even half. I don’t expect much but being that we were there all week and they didn’t even offer anything really bothers me. I paid good money for that rental and it was awful. I just don’t think they communicated well or even cared about what we were going through.

Amazing stay- Easy to work with and had absolutely no issue with the unit we rented. Pictures represented the unit accurately and amenities were as described. Can’t wait to book again!

The house was fantastic and spotlessly clean. The communication from Carolina Beach Realty was top notch. They were responsive when we had questions, and the rental portal showed all the pertinent information for the house and check-in and check-out procedures. A great experience from start to finish.

We had a wonderful weekend at our beautiful beach house celebrating our daughter’s college graduation! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Dining options were delicious numerous - just be aware there is very little free parking before 5pm in KB and before 8pm at CB. Thanks for providing a great place for such a special weekend!

Excellent - with one exception: the sofas in the living room need up dating. Not even the teenagers could extricate themselves from them. The details on line were perfect; nothing to complain about. All 10 of us had a wonderful thanksgiving. Thanks.

Southpark by the Sea was a terrific little get-away. The unit was very clean and spacious. So close to the beach, too. Amenities were great and the unit was in walking distance to everything! Never needed to get back into the car until leaving! Great place and would definitely go back! Thanks!

The rental was very nice for our family. The dishwasher was scheduled to have service which did not happen. The HVAC vents and ceiling fans were dirty. They did give us a small refund for the inconvenience. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff is great. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the properties. The home we rented was spacious, clean, and well maintained. It was equipped with everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation!

We rented the "Big Bird" for our family reunion in July. With an ideal number of bedrooms with king-sized beds, we thought it was a perfect house for us and our four adult children and their spouses. We cannot give five stars because of the parking issue. Despite the fact it is a large house with seven bedrooms, there was only parking for four vehicles. Since there were five couples coming from five different directions, we had five cars to deal with for the week. The realty staff was little help as we struggled with this issue - trying to identify a place to safely park the fifth car. Enforced paid street parking made parking the car on a nearby street untenable. WE ended up getting permission from the local Publix to leave the vehicle in their lot and shuttle back and forth as needed.

We have worked with Carolina reality for several years now and they are wonderful! Makes our vacation so easy when you do have to worry about a thing! Kelsey is always so nice and makes the booking process great!

We have been using Carolina Beach Realty for a few years now. We always have a smooth check in, check out. We have never had any complaints with any rentals!

The staff at Carolina Beach Realty was very helpful and informative. The house we stayed in was great, clean and had many comforts from home. Kure Beach was undergoing beach nourishment so we only had 2 of the 6 days available for direct beach access from our beach house. We were informed a few days before our arrival date that our direct beach access maybe reduced for 24-48 hours, but was very disappointed that it was entirely closed for the remainder of our stay. Awaiting response from home owner. Planning on booking annual return trips to the same beach house in the future.

Very disappointed with the hospitality given by CBR at the 514 B Seahorse unit at Kure Beach. When we arrived, floor was dirty as if it had not been cleaned or swept and trash cans (all 4) were full. We arrived on Sunday and the power went out on 3rd floor. We found that the breaker had tripped so my husband found the panel and flipped it back on. Also called the next day b/c ice maker was not working, one of the burners on the stove was not working and the clothes dryer was taking several cycles just to dry clothes. We had 4 bathrooms with 11 people staying including 3 children and CBR only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 set (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) of towels per person. With the dryer not drying properly we did not have a change of clean towels. The maintenance person came and charged the filter in the refrigerator but it did not fix the problem with the ice maker. The maintenance person said the dryer and the stove burner required a technician. The power had gone out again on the 3rd floor and the maintenance person thought it was an electrical problem. He removed the ceiling fan in the children’s room as the culprit for tripping the breaker. He brought a box fan but we did not want it in the children’s room for safety reasons. Since the ice maker was still not working we told him and of course he deferred that to a technician also. I called again about the ice maker and the young lady I spoke with had to get approval to get 2 more ice trays to us. It was denied since we already had 2. They knew the ice maker was not working or there would be no need for ice trays. Reminder, this unit sleeps 14 with no working ice maker and only 2 ice trays. CBR clearly does not want their vacationers to be comfortable. I will NEVER stay with this realty again. Furniture and carpet soiled and bedding torn. I was told that there was sand in the sheet in the downstairs bedroom that also has the torn mattress pad. Terrible experience. See pictures. Also lawn not maintained for this unit as other units on each side were landscaped nicely. DO NOT stay at this unit until a lot of repairs are done. They should not rent this unit until all repairs and updates have been completed. I could go on and on. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The home was amazing! Very large and plenty of space that was “spread out” for our large family. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms were large and most had balconies with an ocean view. The heated pool was great. It could have been a little bigger but it was adequate. The only down side was the cleaning. The pool was sandy and the patio was covered in weeds. The home was not very clean and you can always use more towels. The few things would not necessarily keep me from staying here again. The house really is amazing. We had one maintenance issue and CBR sent someone over very quickly. Very responsive

This was an excellent vacation rental. We were fortunate enough to book this for NYE 2021 and what a great way to ring in 2022. Location to the beach, cleanliness of home, available parking for more than 4 cars is easily doable using the garages; game room kept us occupied for quite a while and not to mention the hot tub and pool were a welcome touch. However we did find some things lacking regarding hospitality - not enough towels, cleaning supplies and unable to control thermostat leading us to some UNCOMFORTABLE nights. Overall. Still an amazing property

We had an excellent vacation experience using this company. This house was well maintained and clean. The view of the area from the top floor was the perfect way to wake up and have my morning coffee.

The communication from Carolina Beach Realty staff was helpful and quick. However, for the price we paid for the rental, the towels provided were of the quality of a motel 6. Very cheap and thin. I would suggest bringing your own. Additionally, the furniture and walls in the home had several scuffs and stains.

Beautiful home and amenities. The harbor sunsets were amazing. Cool and windy to start off the week, but the fish were biting so it was worth it.

I have used this company for a few years now when renting out a place to stay at the beach. I’ve done it all online and it was super easy and if I had any problem or questions the people that work at the company are super great about answering any worries I had! I love the guest portal that they send to you with so much information to help you out on your stay. All of our rentals have been super clean, great locations and accommodated us all for every event. (We eloped the last time we stayed!) I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to rent anything for your beach vacations!! 😊

The check in and check out was very good. Our stay was enjoyable, the house is well furnished. some interesting notes though, there is one 4 inch drawer in the kitchen, so much of what would be in a drawer is on the counter. bathrooms and all floors have been updated, I would update the kitchen next. dishwasher may leak on the floor. washer and dryer worked great. no drawer space in the bedrooms. one chest of drawers in the master so my stuff was all in the closet. Windows are very hard to open. none of the floors are level, a little disorienting at first but we got used to it. the recliner doesn't recline, the sofa in the LR is old, dirty and very uncomfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, ice maker worked great. the cleaning team needs to clean UNDER the furniture, and cushions on chairs and sofa. we found toys, dirt and dead bugs under the furniture and under the cushions was crumbs from at least several renters. if there was a vacuum i would have cleaned it. beds were made and ready, master mattress might be on it's last leg. plenty of clean towels wrapped and ready, bathrooms were very clean. parking can be difficult especially during busy season or if everyone brings two vehicles. very tight maneuvering for a large truck or SUV. short private walk to the beach and shower off location helped keep sand out. address was 1411 not 1009. it was Salty Hammocks

Rented from Carolina Beach Realty for a staff retreat. It was a great experience even though COVID was still causing issues and our entire group could not attend. House was beautiful and very clean! We do plan to try to rent from this company again for future trips.

The house we rented, Castle by the Sea, in Kure Beach was very well stocked with baby items (packnplay, high chair, etc.) as well as additional pull out couches and air mattresses that were not included in the overall description of the house (may want to consider adding). The kitchen was well stocked as well, the house was very clean. The only negative is that there was a pool being installed in the backyard, which we knew nothing about until shortly before our stay. Luckily, the big deck on the front sufficed as we had a big group for my daughter's college graduation. I would have given the realty company a 5 as they were very good about working with me on the pool issue, but several times they stated they would call me back with answers and no one ever called me back. I had to keep after them and the issue was not resolved until the day we left for the beach. However, I would use Carolina Realty again.

We used VRBO but were pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and quality of the experience of our rental thanks to Carolina Beach Realty. From questions about billing to putting in a service request, they were incredibly helpful. Besides that, the unit was fantastic. We will likely start with CBR when planning our next visit to the area.

Every time I have booked thru Carolina Beach Realty has been a positive experience. Any maintenance issues have been handled in a timely fashion and in a positive manner. The properties are wonderful and always as the description says. Rate them 10 out of 10.

PermaGrin on Kure Beach cannot be topped! And Carolina Realty made it easy and stress free to reserve this property even before the schedule and fees had been posted for this year. Multiple helpful texts and emails for check in/out. They even delivered a bicycle pump to us on Memorial Day so we could ride the bikes. This is our 5th year renting a beach house on Carolina/Kure Beach and this house is by far above and beyond the best house ever and worth every penny!! Gorgeous, spacious house. Quality and tasteful finishings. Clean and welcoming. Everything worked like a charm - A/C, internet, kitchen appliances, furniture, laundry. Pool and beach chairs/umbrella/toys made the day. And bikes and hot tub were the icing on the cake. Oh, and the fire tables and garage parking and location and the list goes on and on. What a house! We had 10 people in the house and it still felt spacious. Can’t wait to return!!

So far... not a good experience. Drove 8 hours to get here, traffic was light so we arrived early. House is vacant and ready but they told us the can not let us in until 2. We thought we would park in the drive and walk to the beach but they told us we can't do that either. Exhausted! My bladder is busting and my baby is screaming. 2 pm came and we still could not get in. Husband called back and they told us even our 4pm checkin is not guaranteed. WHAT??? Never again!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME IN????

Beautiful vacation home with an elevator with capability to be handicap accessible. A short walk to the beach also the roof top balcony view is simply amazing.The staff was great. I accidentally locked myself out and they came to the rescue.

We celebrated my wife's 50th Birthday at "A View Of The Sea" with family and friends and had an awesome time at Carolina Beach. We currently reside in Florida but our decision to spend the week in North Carolina was the perfect choice. The property and ammenties were on point and everyone had a great time. It was an experience of a lifetime. A big thanks to the staff and the recommendations.

Averette Cottage - Quaint sums it up.. We had 10 or so adult friends in for a 4-day get-away; some of us this was our 4th time staying here. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had no serious complaints about the cottage. Yes, it is dated, but comfortable. I agree with another poster that the sofas are losing their firmness. Also suggest running a water supply pipe out to the far deck so folks can rinse off after they come in from the beach. The shower under the house is kinda impractical. Overall, you can't beat the location, and its beach front.
