Carolina & Kure Beach Rentals by Carolina Retreats Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach

We stayed at Sea Colony. Was perfect location. 1 mile walk to Carolina Beach Boardwalk. 1 1/2 mile walk to Kure Pier. Tiki bar and Grill less than 1/4 miles i we walked to it for dinner. Peach Cobbler Factory was within walking distance as well as Mr Custard. Perfect location. Beautiful Beach!!!

Excellent condo for one. Well furnished. Right on oceanfront. Have stayed here a few times in the past and hope to in future. Only one drawback to this particular unit and not controllable be agent … the resident (owner) of unit above 12A is the most heavy footed person I’ve ever experienced. She repeatedly STOMPS from one end of unit to other. I have used Carolina Retreats (previously Blue Water) for years and hope to in the future. They are super client oriented and they will bend over backwards to assure your stay is most memorable.

First time visiting Kure beach, had the best time. Stayed at the Riggings, condo was very clean and ready when promised. Will definitely be back, love the whole area.

Carolina retreats staff were excellent. Having access to garage this year was an added bonus. The use of family room TV could have been better to access Live tv. One thing we missed from our last vacation at Two Salty Dogs was the outside table and chairs to eat on the deck.

This is the second time we have stayed at Seaship and my little family loves it so much! The outside deck is amazing and the house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the new furnishings are very nice. We will be back to this little gem!

Great experience all around! Warm professional reception from the staff in the office! Me and my two teenage daughters had a clean comfortable 2bd 2bth 3rd floor unit. Which was a well maintained decent place. Beds were comfortable my girls slept well in their room that had 2 twin beds. Mine had Queen. Great kitchen and dinning living and patio deck space. You can certainly have 6ppl comfortable staying here. Place was perfectly stocked with everything you need, seems like Carolina Retreats thought of everything! Thanks !!! Dr B

Great customer service! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and everything was ready for our check in! Our rental was clean and had a great location! We will definitely use this rental company again!

Another great stat through Carolina Retreats. Place was exactly how it was advertised, even made upgrades since the last time we stayed that were great! Only compliant is the spotty wifi Carolina Retreat provided. Unable to connect any device to the internet through slow processing. But would book again with them regardless!

Carolina Beach is awesome. Pelican Watch is appropriately named since sitting on your balcony you are only 10 feet away from the Pelicans when they fly by. Highly recommend the stay.

Carolina Retreats were wonderful to work with. I spoke with Lindsey on several occasions, she was super nice and addressed my questions. The house was nice, loved the pool and the extra storage room underneath. Definitely will be using them again

Have stayed with many different rental companies at NC beaches over the years and Carolina Retreats is one of the best. Their personalized rental portal website while slightly outdated had tons of information that helped throughout our stay. Pictures of our rental were exactly what we arrived to. Very easy check in and check out process and most importantly the unit was spotlessly clean

Although we had some issues in the beginning, Carolina Retreats resolved them in a timely manner thanks to Madelyn and Kelly. (I can’t say the same for VRBO. I will always use a realtor from now on.) Carolina Retreats saved the day and our trip was wonderful! Great memories made with our grandchildren!

We were hesitant to stray from the other vacation rental companies we had used in the past….but man am I glad we did! Carolina Retreats we’re quick to answer any and all questions we had at any time! They made us feel like our comfort during our stay was a priority instead of “just another out of towner”. We will definitely check with this company before booking our next vaca! I really don't want to give a review. I don't want others to know about my hidden gem, lol. I vacation in Kure every year. This has been our 12th year. I typically rent a different condo each time we go just to get variety in a change. This year I needed a condo that had three bedrooms since so many of us were going. I'm also kind of picky, if I'm going to go on vacation and stay in a condo, it's a mandatory for me that I find one that is on the top floor and the end unit of the building. I chose this one basically because it met my requirements and it had three bedrooms. This is one of the first times that I have been pleasantly surprised when I walked in! Typically, the condos aren't nearly as clean as I would like or expect. Or there's broken things or other issues. This kind of had it all, it was just perfect! It was first and foremost the cleanest condo I have ever rented down there! I always have something I have to clean when we check into a new vacation rental, it never fails. You won't be disappointed with this one because vacation is meant for relaxing not having to clean immediately so that you can relax. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything that you could want or need! A lot of the time the condos have the very bare minimum, but this one is perfect. Like I said, I don't want to give out my new secret but I'm not that selfish, lol. The only word I can really come up with is perfect to describe this one. I am definitely going to be a returning renter of this unit. I rented this gem through Carolina Retreats in Carolina Beach. Hats off to their cleaners, amazing job! The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. Every staff member I talked to were great, such nice people to do business with! You can't go wrong with 306 Ocean Dunes! Just try to leave a week open for me!

House was great for our family of 4. Views were awesome. The only negative would be the bed in the master bedroom. When someone moved to turn, it made a loud noise and woke up the other person. We would stay there again.

Great location right on the beach with private walkway, and outdoor shower. Nothing fancy, but good digs for family. Grandparents on vacation with 3, 7 and 9 yr old grandsons. Eateries and treat shops short walks away. Management folks very friendly and helpful.
