Great customer service, very fast replies. The rental house was beautiful, clean, with only a few minor issues (TVs had limited functionality, couch was uncomfortable, no trash bags). They have a good variety of rental options, including pet friendly houses (extra $200/pet per week). We'll definitely be using Bryant for our next trip to the shore. Thank you!

FANTASTIC place. New almost everything and Clean.... Clean...Clean! The house was freshly painted and most everything was new - except for bathrooms and refrigerator. Pots/Pans, blender... all brand new - some with the tags on it.... I understand they ordered a refrigerator, but it has not come in yet. What the details don't tell you is you need to bring beach items, since there is no access to the garage or to store beach items. The house was well stocked with everything but some kitchen items like foil, most major spices and plastic baggies. There was plenty of dishwashing and clothing detergent. We were a family of 4 with a doodle and we had a great time. The neighbors on each side of the duplex were nice and great resources. They loved our dog and we got along wonderfully. Some minor issues with one of the bathrooms, but Bryant RE company was there to assist us. Fixed problem in 5 minutes. Not much to complain about at all. The house is a few blocks from the beach and just a block from the back trails.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Best location- you can walk to everything!!! We parked our car for a long weekend and never needed it. We rented bikes and cruised down to the ocean bar and grill on the peer. Great food! Beads were so comfortable! I definitely recommend staying here! We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Excellent communication from the moment we made the booking for the house. Sailor’s Lodge met our expectations and was as described on the listing. Very clean and cosy. On minor complaint. We asked Bryant Real Estate for a 30 minute extension for checkout but we were told we could extend by 2 hours for 50$…… Understandable in high season but that was far from being the case.

Horrible experience. Atlantis rental needs updates and paint. Steps handrail came off in my hand. Almost fell backwards down the steps. Beach access across the street was good if we were able to use it. BRYANT realty did not mention this to us before hand. They should keep up with these things and let their guests know. The air conditioner went out and we were without it for 24 ours and then they brought a window unit and a fan! Rent from someone else, they didn't offer us any money back and we left early.

Bryant real estate was the property management team for our recent vacation to Carolina Beach. They were super professional and extremely helpful through the entire process. They answered every question in a timely manner even the ones they had already given me the answers to in previous communication. They are as involved as you like form them to be and communicate via whatever medium you feel most comfortable. Definite reccomend them and we will reuse when possible.

We rented the Bianchi, Unit 403 from April 2 -9, 2022. The property was perfect except for some “unknown” individual entering the unit when we were gone. The management company was unable to identify the individual because so many people have access. There was a complaint from the downstairs neighbor of a water leak coming from our rented unit. While we were gone, some unknown person or persons entered the premises and left the front door wide open. The assumption by the management company was the owner, the HOA maintenance or unsub entered the unit without my permission to check the shower and accidently left the door open. They had no idea who entered the unit. The management company did not send anybody. My conjecture is the downstairs neighbor also has assess and went in once we left. The rest of the stay was unpleasant as we were worried about security. Every time we left, we have to take all of our valuables with us, an unnecessary irritation. Although the property is outstanding, great views, well founded kitchen, nice TV/DVD, etc. The entire absence of security is bothersome. The management company as nice as they are, has no idea who has access to the unit. Therefore, a five star property becomes a three star, still a great stay if you can live with the lack of security issue.

Great experience all around. Couple of items on the property looked to be weather damage related. These were shared with the company via the online tool and were fixed within 24-36h. All in all a great trip.

This is our second year and second time staying at 717 S Fort Fisher Blvd. My wife is a school teacher at a private school and they have a two week Spring break. We come to Kure Beach from Pennsylvania to get away from the winter cold and to RELAX. Kure Beach and 717 SFFB is the PERFECT place for a couple to RELAX and enjoy the deck and the waves crashing in the sunshine. The only thing the deck was missing was a table with umbrella to have meals on. We remedied that, and now there is a table, four chairs and umbrella for all to enjoy. The house is always clean and has all the cooking gadgets needed to dine in, which is what we did most days. If you are looking to get away and RELAX without any hustle and bustle, Kure Beach and 717 SFFB is the place to be.

Beautiful house with stunning ocean views. Very spacious for our extended family, including our furry members! Great location!

Loved this condo. Completely updated. Right on the water.perfect for two families. All the kitchen supplies you could want to cook a full meal. Indoor pool and playground within walking distance was a nice bonus. The views are amazing and I was lulled to sleep each night to the sound of the waves. Beach theme decorations throughout the condo. You can tell they really take care of this property. Amazing trip. I can’t wait to come back.

Bryant wash Was super helpful throughout the entire booking process. Check in and out was quick and efficient. We cannot say enough great things about our condo. Incredibly clean and had everything we needed! Thank you!

It was very nicely equipped and beautiful! The master bedroom had a very comfy bed, but the other beds were very hard. The view was gorgeous and the only difficulty was the convince of actually getting on the beach! It would have been better if it had private access to the beach. We also rented a golf cart and struggled to find an outlet outside to charge it, so take note of that if you rent one. I would give 5 stars if the beds were softer, but we will definitely be back!

Horrible Experience with Bryant Real Estate. Enjoyed a nice week at the beach in a nice house. The problems started after we departed. I received an email stating that we had "broken into a secure area of the house and used the bathroom" and I was being charged an additional cleaning fee. We absolutely did no such thing, but when I called and talked to Chris, the Property Manager, was told that the charges had already been charged and that they take the word of their cleaning company. I was told there was no pictures or any proof, just the word of the cleaning company. Maybe the cleaning company is getting an extra cleaning fee by saying this happened? When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told that the owner was unavailable and that he did not normally take calls from customers. I am a business owner traveling with my family and we absolutely treated the house better than we would have treated our own. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help me resolve the issue. Save yourself the hassle and rent from one of the other rental companies in Carolina Beach. Edit after Response: I did not tell you that we entered the room, I told you that upon arrival we were unaware that one room was locked and my 4 and 5 year old tried to open the door to find it locked. I am fairly certain that neither of them have the power to "break into a deadbolted door". I also asked you for proof that we broke into the room and used the bathroom, but you were unable to provide me with any type of proof. I am happy to let my credit card company work it out with your owner that is unwilling to speak with a customer.

The condo was fabulous. Clean and everything the pictures showed. All of the neighbors, that are permanent residents, were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. From the beach access to the pool to the views from the balcony, we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We will definitely be back.

Very nice experience staying at the place on Carolina beach! Nice views from looking out the sliding door, and then even better on the nice size balcony. Clean and roomy with all you need to feel comfortable and cozy:-) It was nice to be close to everything you need and a short walk over a little walk over bridge. You can't get any closer to the beach! Was Perfect...We had nice walks on the beach every morning, coffee on the balcony in the morning as well. All good channel selections and Netflix. We drove down to the Kure Beach area and it was just ok, this area is far much nicer and cleaner of a beach! My only suggestion is that they change the twin bed in the second bedroom to a full size bed. This would have been nice since we were two couples. Even with that being the case, we would still definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for making our Carolina trip wonderful and unforgettable!

Perfect location! Wonderful clean condo with everything we needed. Rental company was clear and concise on all instructions and only a phone call away. We will be back. Thank you for a great getaway!

Worst company ever to deal with. Rent somewhere else and save yourself time, stress, and money. Place I rented was poorly maintained and dirty. Saw a dead roach in the corner when I moved in. Tried to charge me $150 for a "missing" parking pass that I returned to the office. $150 for a piece of laminated paper. Complete price gouging. For the cost of what I was paying, I'd expect much better maintenance. Broken shelves. Handle on sliding glass door was loose and eventually fell off altogether. Knob on one of the cupboard shelves fell off. Side-shelf in refrigerator was completely broken off. One of the bathroom sinks had no filter on it either. Said they'd have a maintenance guy come by but never did.

Bryant was a great company to use to book our vacation in Carolina Beach because they were very professional, friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable.

A lovely townhouse, newly renovated. More spacious than expected and so clean and well stocked. Bryant made it easy to book and check in/out.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Salted Paloma! The weather was great, the location was perfect, and Bryant was great to work with!

I have now used this agency twice for Carolina Beach. Both times were good experiences. The townhouse we stayed was very nice and clean. Linens were included and very comfortable. You do have to check in at the real estate agency which I know some don't like but its literally on the way into the downtown Carolina Beach area so it didn't bother me at all. There was an elevator issue the first visit that was solved the first day, but other than that no problems at all and two very enjoyable vacations. I think the pricing was very good compared to other similar houses in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. The ocean front view was breathtaking. We lived Kure Beach it was our first time at the part of the coast line. Wonderful people besides us in our rental. I will recommend your agency to my friends and other family members. Thank You Terry Wright

Just recently came back from our vacation and did not want to leave. So relaxing and the rooms were great. For two years in a row we have used these condos and we’re not disappointed at all. Beautiful and well furnished. Even this year our place had games and the kids loved it. Thank you Bryant Reality. See you next year
