I wanted to wait until I had had a couple transactions with Jenn and Vanguard Title. That has now happened and they are excellent! They are on top of things throughout the transaction. Great communication with me and my clients. Great turnaround time on getting the PR/Title Report. I especially have a lot of fun at the closings with Jenn. She makes my clients feel so special and comfortable, we laugh a lot and my clients leave elated about the transaction that has been completed! Also they have a marketing team that reaches out regularly that has helped me with business ideas and motivation etc. (Thank you Liz Keith!) Thank you Jenn & Vanguard Title you guys Rock!

I work with Jenn on a regular basis. She is by far my go to! One of the many reason I choose to work with Jenn is because she takes the time to make sure my clients know and understand what they are signing! She goes above and beyond what I've seen from other companies which I really appreciate. Hands down the best service in town. Jenn and her team make signing docs at the closing table fun! Believe me I've been to a lot of closings and borrowers are bored and cant wait to get out! Jenn Mersch is passionate about what she does. She’s detailed oriented, follows through, professional, accountable, and is a problem solver. Her fun personality lightens up the mood and makes my clients feel less stressed during our closings. Jenn truly cares about clients and there best interest. On my last sale and purchase transactions, an issue occurred after all documents were signed that were outside of our control, causing delays in recording and funding. Once the lender finally gave approval to fund on a Friday morning, she couldn’t record because the recorders office for electronic funding was down and had a 2 day queue to record. She and Dave were quick to come up with a solution to physically record at the recorders office. They collected the deeds from the 2 other title companies and waited for 2 hours at recorders office to have the transactions recorded. Jenn and Dave literally saved the day! My clients were able to get keys and move in that weekend. Without the care and concern, my clients would have recorded/gotten keys on Monday or Tuesday. My clients were so happy! Don’t ever stop caring about clients! We/I appreciate all that you do!

Jenn did an awesome job at the signing and she explained the process. We believe she showed all four values. It is hard to pick just one! Her paperwork was ready and she explained each piece. She communicated well with us and Oscar. We recommend that if you are looking to refinance or finance a home loan, this is the place to use a long with Oscar. You will be happy you did!!!

Let's face it, most buyers and sellers do not understand the process of title. Jenn takes it to the next level and personally goes out of her way to get to know the client and explain title in a way that they fully understand and know what is going on behind the scenes of their transaction!
