This is a horrible place to do business with. The interest rates are insane but I understand you do what you need to do to get a car. But I am advising everyone to do their research and avoid this company at all costs. After paying my loan off in good faith in August 2021 the company decided they wanted to tarnish my credit by reporting to major credit bureaus that I missed a payment on 7/21/21. Keep in mind my payments were due on the 16th of each month and my payment for July was made on time. I experienced hardship in 2016 and missed payments but I was able to catch up and bring my account current since December 2016. Haven’t missed a payment since. After keeping my commitment to pay off this horrible, high interest loan the company decided they want to report my account delinquent to all major credit bureaus in 2021. This caused a huge drop in my credit score and I’m not having it. I’ve had to deal with rude account managers, unacceptable interest rates and now Prestige wants to ruin my credit when I finally pay off the loan in good faith. I believe this is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen because if this was done to me, I’m sure it’s happened to other consumers. After dealing with “Kathryn” who did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue, I’m still fighting this with Prestige and I will continue until they update my credit report to reflect the correct information. I did not miss a payment in July 2021 and they do not care about sending incorrect information to credit bureaus which can affect one’s livelihood. Stay away from this company and if you decide to do business with this company consider yourself warned.

I had a vehicle financed through this company, and I had the vehicle from 2016-2020, I still owed a substantial amount on this 2012 vehicle, but when the COVID Pandemic hit, I was unable to keep up with the payments and fell behind, so I tried to trade it in, but it was too much owed on it, so I voluntarily surrendered the vehicle. I received a notice about 3 months later that the vehicle had finally been sold and for a fraction of what was owed, so that still left a hefty balance. I have NOT heard anything from Prestige, but recently I started receiving advertising mail from local attorneys' that I was being sued by Prestige Financial Services, I was shocked, as I have never received any other notifications from them since they sold the vehicle! I would rather have been offered the option of settlement or payment options to pay what was owed, but not via wage garnishment! I recently called the number listed for Kathryn and have left several messages with no return call, this is very bad business, and I will be contacting the BBB and AG to file a complaint. Please stay away from this company, they are nice in the beginning but hell to deal with. No one knows what the other is doing, and so many representatives are over one account, never the same person. I still have yet to receive anything from them in regards to this account. Bad business practices!

They owe me over $430 after a payoff for a new car with a reputable Credit Union. It's been two months after they told me "we mailed it out this week". When you try to call the phone number it immediately hangs up on you. They are hard to deal with, have ZERO customer service skills, and can't seem to remember their promises. If you have a choice in lenders...RUN. Just called back and talked to "Steve" who told me that the person who promised to send it, "Whitney" was "no longer with the company"...right. He also said it takes up to 30 days to give the money back. When I reminded him we are within a few days of that, he asked if I wanted to talk to her supervisor...for someone that no longer works there? Just send the money back...it's not rocket science. What a horrible company.

Where do I begin. They have not reported my payment for the past two years to the credit reporting agencies two agencies have been reported the account is closed the other is reporting the vehicle is in repossession. As a result my husband and I was denied financing to purchase a home we were told if we could get a letter to from prestige to verify the vehicle was not in repossession they would proceed with financing. I called to request the letter and as for the reporting to be corrected with the agencies here we are two months letter and I was told that no one at the company can type a letter and the credit reporting department is working to fix the inaccurate reporting. My husband and I spoke with attorney today we have two more legal consultation set up for this week and next week. It’s shameful that something this small has to go this far. This but this has cost us our dream home and unlimited stress and anxiety

I have had prestige since 2018 I do understand at that time my credit was low and I am now stuck in this upside down car payment 🙃 this company has no sympathy for the customers and my account manager has left which seems to me very threatening messages!!!! It's honestly a disappointment and I will NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THEM AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I have been with prestige since November 2016. The car i was sold was a lemon. Fast forward to recently not only did I pay off my car, I receive a letter from prestige stating congratulations. Per their reps my account was not closed and still isnt showing closed as of January 4,2022. Then please explain to me why i received a letter stating it was. I am being told i have to wait 45+ days for it to show on my credit report. Yet they report all negative marks every 30 days or less ( even WITH a promise to pay) that is not allowed. This company does not care about their customers at all. Even after they get their money they are still quite rude and unprofessional

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am current on my payments and usually only need to move my payment date by a week. They constantly harass you and barely want to work with you even for a week. I see people talking about going months not making payments. I have not done this yet they are difficult to work with. I could see if a person wasn't going to pay them anything at all. I always communicate with them on everything. They are hard to deal with and are money hungry. I am looking into getting my 2nd truck that is paid off fixed and sending this truck back to them voluntarily. I work from home and only usually drive on the weekends when needed. I don't necessarily need it being that I can Uber myself to the places around me if I really need to go or I can order groceries via home delivery which I already do being that I work late. If I do send it back, I also plan on filing bankruptcy.

TERRIBLE!!!! Got my first car brand new in 2017 for 15,600. Still owed 13,700. Covid came and I had to postpone payments to where I could make a payment. Fast forward had my first child in 2020 and had to take non payment family leave from my job for 3 months. I was behind 4 months but made arrangements with them on catching up on those payments because I got a better paying job. They agreed but a week later they came a reprocessed my car. So today I called to see how much I had to pay to get it back...$3,000!!!!! Full amount I owed not including past due plus their expenses!! First off I was only $1100 behind which was easy to pay off but they wanted to add this ridiculous extra amount to it!!!! They can have that car! PLUS they are really rude and always tried to get in my personal business on why I couldn't make a payment. NEVER AGAIN!!

I’ve had the worst experience ever with this company. I’ve been paying them since 2015 and still owe a balance after paying for 72 months. Customer service is a joke and everyone you speak to is rude. The rate reduction with autopay is a scam, I’ve yet to see a rate reduction. Everything about this company is horrible from the interest rates to the dreaded account managers who hound you before the payment is even due. I wish someone would’ve warned me prior to setting up this ridiculous loan which has been the worst mistake of my life. I understand when you need a car and trying to rebuild your credit and this place may seem like your only option but please shop around and do your research. Consider yourself warned. I guess my next step is to write the CEO of the company to see what he can do about this bad situation I’m in. He probably won’t do anything because the speed of the leader is the speed of the team and if the team suck,,, oh well, just go somewhere else for a car loan!

I didn't have the best of credit. But my car was finance with prestige. I had auto draft so I would not be late. I received the rate reduction and I never had a problem. My payments post with no problem. It was the best experience. The only concern I have is when you pay your car off they close your account access online. I think they should at lease keep your account up until they report to the credit companies and until you get your paid in full letter. Other than that I had an awesome experience. You was not treated like you had bad credit.

I see a lot of people writing negative reviews, my experience has been nothing but positive with Prestige Financial. I even seen a review that the car that was purchased was a lemon, well that's between you and the dealer Prestige did not sell you the car the dealer did and Prestige loaned you the money and you signed the contract. I seen one about the high interest rate which you knew as well going into the contract we all did and most likely needed Prestige because no one else was going to lend us money. They did lower my interest rate just like the contract said they would as long as payments were made on time. In the 5 years of my loan I never received a harassing phone call from Prestige. But I was never late. They helped me rebuild my credit and I thank them for that. Just made my last payment today.

I receive my bill through the mail every month, and always mail off my payment the next day. Never missed a payment or been late but every month, the day after receiving my bill, I start receiving dunning messages once a day. I tried contacting the company to tell them my check has been sent but I get a call center in India, and the annoying messages continue. These people don't seem to understand that the mail takes a few days to travel from N.C. to Utah. Very annoying.

I have not had any issues until March when apparently my account manager changed. They started sending harassing text messages before the payment was even due and became very aggressive and unprofessional. I have NEVER been late and have paid on time, every time since the inception of the loan. Every time I make a payment, I take a screen shot that it has been made just in case as I do not trust Prestige, especially after my most recent experiences. Pretty sad really. After I told the “customer service “ rep to stop threatening me, all of a sudden my account has been marked as “too many delinquent payments for rate reduction.” What? I know they are being vindictive, especially since I was earning the rate reduction prior to this, and I have not done anything different from my first payment. I did attempt to email “customer service” and never received a response. Another complaint on the Consumer Affairs and yelp and the majority of the complaints on the BBB site is with billing/collections because of their aggressive tactics and not reporting correctly. If I was late, I could understand the aggressive communication, but not before the payment is even due. I am sure employees make false reviews here as it doesn’t match all the reviews everywhere else for Prestige. It is a shame because they really could serve a large population and do some good with a large number of customers, but I think many people do not accept the loan based on all of the reviews. Not all people that end up in a bankruptcy were trying to avoid paying their obligations. We personally signed for a business for a family that went bad and even though we weren’t the actual owner, we were the legal owner and the business owed money. We tried to pay those debts for 3 years despite the hit on our credit. It wasn’t until my husband was laid off and had a heart attack that we no longer could manage. I am grateful for the opportunity to have a car and I understand they are dealing with high risk individuals, but their behavior is still egregious and unprofessional- if it continues, they would be more like a loan shark than a loan company. I am pretty sure they already know and if it was a true concern for them, the would change the culture or do some education with their employees. I saw an email on an another negative review and tried that email but it won’t allow any communication if an email isn’t recognized. Such a shame as I tried to send it there rather than here first, since I couldn’t get a response from the customer service email. I would like this rectified please. I was shocked to know this is a local company in Draper, usually this type of behavior is frowned upon in our community.

I am Disgusted with this company. My husband is on disability and is unable to keep the vehicle he had purchased and this man Frankie continuously called and harassed us and after I was out from having surgery told us that if we can find someone to buy the vehicle he would help us get out from underneath it. So we found a Dealership to buy this vehicle and after having it in their possession for a month never heard back from Frankie and asked us to come get it and now Prestige is claiming they have no record of this deal. This man should be ashamed of his actions!

My experience with Prestige Financial has been by far the absolute best for financing a vehicle. The staffing is outstanding in customer service. Never, Not once did I experience a rude staff member. I was able to move a payment date if needed with no problems and were such a plessure to have has my financial source. This is the worst finance company around, they don't answer when you call.....when I finally got in contact, I asked for a payoff quote for my truck so I can refinance it, they sent a payoff quote with No Make/Model/Or Vin#, then went on to tell me that they don't add that to the payoff quote. Oh yeah, one last thing, my payoff was more than I initially paid for the truck...and I had it for two years!.....STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES!!!

Don't do it!! I would give them 0 if it was possible. I got a loan from them years ago, they changed my monthly car note due date without my knowledge and/or approval. They did multiple things against the law, that I've documented and have significant proof of.

WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER!!!! They will rip you off!!! If you see a positive review, trust me its one of their employees writing it. They should be shut down because they are a fraud. How do you get a car for $12,000 and 2 and 1/2 years later still owe $10,000 plus. They should be a shame of themselves ripping people off. They put you in a contact you will NEVER get out of.

Horrible company - I totaled my car and they pestered daily, sometimes multiples times a day to get insurance payments. My account manager, Amy, offered a three month deferment on my loan IN WRITING while the insurance processed my claim. My dashboard even shows payments deferred through March 2019. They reported November & December as $0 paid, on time - then they reported January as 30 days late. They received their insurance payments first week of January and went radio silent. No longer is anyone reaching out. I disputed the late payment with the credit bureau and I got an email from Prestige's "credit specialist" saying she investigated and found no error in reporting. How wonderful, you get to investigate yourself. Simply put: you don't report November or December late but somehow January is. It's inconsistent at best. Why not report all three months late? Or better yet, why not hold up your agreement and include January as $0 paid, never late. I dropped 50 points over this one missed payment - the only missed payment on my credit report now.

This has to be the worst financing experience I have ever had. Pushy customer service reps hounding you by text, email & phone even before the payment is due. They don't seem to understand or even care about how they are treating people. If i could i would give them 0 stars. In April of this year we came across some hard times and fell one payment behind. I am currently working toward paying off the complete balance of my loan. Unfortunately for me, thats going to take about 4 years to do. Hopefully i can refinance through someone else before then. I hope they are in a similar situation one day if their company were to close; lets see if they can pay the bills without a job. UPDATE: as of 10/19/21 the car I had financed with them has now been totaled. I still had 2 years to pay off the loan. The insurance payout & GAP was enough to cover the remaining balance of the loan but not before I got emails about making payments before the insurance check was received. That’s what insurance is for! I would not recommend this company to anybody unless you are in desperate need of a vehicle.

I am just 3 months into this loan and so far, the customer service has been great. All the questions I have had, have been answered completely and quickly. I love that my interest rate can and will be reduced as I continue to pay on the life of the loan. It's the best perk that I can think of. Thank you. ***update***Here it is a year into to the loan and still great customer service. They have proven to be communicative by keeping me informed on when my rates drop and have faithfully reported to the credit bureaus. I am still completely satisfied with this company.

Where do I begin! This is the most horrible RUDE, inconsiderate, and I can go on and on bunch of customer service lack of professionals there is. My account rep Daina was always rude. Wither it was through texts or over the phone. She would hardly ever let me finish a sentence and would get smart with me I was trying to explain something to her or questioned her just for my knowledge. They gave me excuses that she could not handle my account unless I was behind. It took me 4 day to contact her after leaving countless messages emails for her to call me back. They said they could not transfer me with their new system but yet find after several calls they could magically make it happen. I hope upper management reads this and takes it seriously that they need to be retrained on professionalism and edict and empathy. I finally found away to pay off my account just to be rid of them! If I could rate them a 0 stars I would!

Please do not use this company to finance are car! This is a payday lending agency pretending to be a Financial company to finance cars! They have so many bad reviews against them! They do not give a grace period if you are late! I was warned by a guy name Otis who worked at the dealership I got my used car from. He stated that Prestige is a scam! They threaten people! They come to your house! They are not BBB verified! People bought used cars for under 8,000. They paid the car off! Prestige told them they still owe 14,000 on a old car. They will lie to the credit bureaus and say they are included in your Bankruptcy! This is illegal to do, Prestige has done it. We are currently waiting for a court hearing with them . A class action suit was filed. Please do not Finance with them! Please read the reviews on Prestige Financial on google, Yelp etc.

Absolutely the worst finance company known to man! These people say they're helping you to get a car after a bankruptcy or repossession. False! They help you alright, with a 20+ percent interest rate on a 7 year loan for a car that only cost 15 grand. If you want to pay double for a car, this is the place. Horrible customer service! Never returns calls after numerous voicemails left! I tried to pay my car off early twice and was told no thanks both times. These people are crooks. I warn anyone that's fresh out of bankruptcy, to look around and don't fall for this company! You'll be worse off!

Going on 4 years with prestige & I've never been more pleased with a creditor. They understand that things happen and as long as you let them know what's up and that they will get their money they work with you. I've had multiple account managers and every single one of them listened. I had to go on a 6 month medical leave which messed up my income and was granted a 3 month deferral. I know that's extra interest paid but I'll take that over repossession any day. I could have refinanced for a lower interest rate but honestly after dealing with prestige i dont even want to go anywhere else. They compensate you in amazing customer service , I love them & am so grateful that there are companies that treat their consumers like human beings.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They threatened to hang up on my while I was trying to make a payment. They told me my card wouldn’t work without even trying it. The tone of voice when they speaks to you is condescending. They told me “I know exactly who you are” when I called. Really? Are you looking at my personal information? You want me to verify my address with someone who talks to me like that?? My favorite was when the guy told me that he didn’t have to be nice to me. I just had to pay. Really? That’s what I was trying to do for the past week. I wish I could give a negative star because I would. I like how one of the other reviews said “I wish I knew I was making a deal with the devil”. It’s exactly how I feel. They start sending text messages about payments before it’s due. When you have questions, they don’t respond for 24-48 hours. By that point your payment is past due, so they unleash Matt & Austin on you. They hound you relentlessly with no regard for you as person. They are rude and laugh at you for the situation your in. There are so many ways to work with people. No one that I have talked to in this company has any customer service skills. At all.

I have never experienced a finance company that will give a person like me such a great opportunity to better my self in the area of improving my credit, by lowering my interest rate just because I make my payments on time over a certain period consecutively. This has been a great testimonial for me. This company emailed me to get me to switch to them to get a lower interest rate on my loan, they said they can go lower than what Prestige had me at, I said how many times can you go lower, they said oh just the one time, I said no thanks my interest rate is lowered often with Prestige, as long as I keep my end of the bargain, by paying my bill on time and keeping insurance. By the way my credit score has changed drastically! Thank you Prestige for giving me a chance to better myself.

I have bought two cars through Prestige and each time every thing went smoothly, I love the rate reduction which I receive for making payments on time. Next vehicle purchase will be with Prestige, no doubt about. Customer service has always been there when I needed them and always extremely helpful. Overall, absolutely fantastic people to work with. I was SO upside down on a load for my truck and they were able to get me financed. My only complaint is that there is absolutely zero flexibility with the due date (no grace period). That being said, if you have an issue, give them a call, they'll get you sorted. I appreciate how they were able to assist me, and highly recommend working with them.

Stay away from this company at all cost, seriously run and take your money somewhere else. Any positive review is probably somebody that works for them or a fake account. They damn near put me my family and I on the brink of becoming homeless that’s how cruel and evil they are. Again I’d stay away as far as possible.

So far a horrible experience. I have been with them a while now. One thing is for certain, they will lose your insurance information many times and threaten you with default letters. The first year of the loan they lost my insurance information at least 3 times, same insurance company. They will constantly call and text you 5 days before the payment is due and "remind" you to make a payment all hours of the day, which is an inconvenience because I work 3rd shift. I honestly do not know how they have any positive reviews. Another thing, don't ever try to change your payment date without contacting them, which is an option on the website. I prefer all of my bills to come out within the first weeks of the month. I was enrolled in the program which lowered your interest rate by paying on time, they removed me from the program because I changed my payment date (which was an option on the website). I cannot wait until this my dealings with this company is over. For anyone thinking of getting a vehicle loan with this company, please read the 1 star reviews because those 1 star reviews is reality.

They are always willing to work w customers during difficult times. I have been battling cancer and they have been so understanding to me being behind on payments due to missing work during my illness. They have never given up in making sure that I get to keep my car instead of letting it escalate to a repossession . I was VERY pleased and surprised by the great introductory phone call and email I received from Prestige Financial Services when my car financing was approved. The representative explained my account to me, the options to lower my rate, and offered her direct phone number should I have any additional questions. It was better customer service than what I received when I financed my last vehicle through the actual dealership!

Be cautious! I was so excited to have a new pre owned car. The company financed me, I thought everything was done and great. THEN... three days in...I was asked to call their corporate office. They wanted me to send them a copy of the deed to my house to supposedly prove that i had no mortgage on my home. My credit report showed that it had been paid. They said there might be a bankruptcy that caused the 0 balance but a bankruptcy would show up on my credit report. I was told that if I didn't comply I would have to bring the car back. I have NEVER had to provide a copy of a deed to get a car. I went to another dealership and got a different car and let them have theirs back.... this was a horrible experience. I don't ever recommend dealing with thus company!

I bought a car and Prestige financed it, even with an 8% debt to income ratio they gave me a 14.99% and a 15 PER DIEM rate, which is like taking $15 per day and tossing it in the trash. 4 month after purchasing the car and making payments right before Christmas, the car was totaled. I called them and let them know it was totaled. I asked them if we can do a deferral for this month because I did not have the money to give them during the holiday season and the insurance would be paying on the loan. They explained only 4 months in there is nothing they will do and they want the payment or they will report it to my credit. I asked if I could make the payment in 2 weeks when I get paid again, and they said you can but we are still going to report it to your credit as late. So they were completely unwilling to work with me or do anything to help the situation. Simply put, even after advising them that I am willing to make a payment in 2 weeks, and the insurance would be paying on the loan anyways, they still were going to report it late on my credit, when they could have just setup a deferral and got their money anyways at the end of the loan period. Prestige has terrible service, they talk over top of you because they simply DO NOT CARE about their customers. Their customers are numbers and that is it. Their rates are ridiculous and they make a massive amount off their customers with huge PER DIEM rates, what a disgusting company.

Prestige Financial Services took a chance on me. Helped me buy a car when no one else would. I have only spoken with them a few times, because I have had no reason too. When I have spoken to them, they have been courteous, polite and professional. My interest rate goes down every 3 months (when you make your payments on time) you don't even have to call to remind them. They just do it. I needed a couple of extra days around the holidays to pay my bill and they were more than understanding and simply said "no problem!" No extra costs for pushing back the payment, not even a violation of my 3 month on time discount to lower my interest rate.

Prestige was open and upfront in the whole process. The interest rate reduction rate is a great tool for us as we rebuild our credit. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prestige was kind enough to finance my car loan when my credit was the absolute worst in my life! Because I am as faithful to them as they are to me, I have been receiving the 1/2% reduction and able to pay off my loan sooner than anticipated. While I don't love the high interest rate I'm being charged for an auto loan, I know that my credit isn't great and I think it is AWESOME that Prestige has a program to lower that rate over time. My Account Manager, Jessica, is wonderful and easy to work with. If you pay on time or keep Prestige advised if you're a couple days behind, you'll have not problems with them! Better than any other finance company I've used.

My husband and I were in the middle of a bankruptcy when the car we had planned on keeping suddenly had major issues. We were left with no choice but to surrender that car and get a new one. We were able to get a beautiful car with the loan that Prestige Financial gave us. As soon as I received the packet from Prestige with our new loan number, I created an online account and enrolled in automatic payments.The best part is that we qualify for an even bigger rate reduction by being on auto pay! I was in a bind when my car started having mechanical issues, so I needed to get a new car fast. I worked with the dealer and they found Prestige and after a short process over the phone was approved. Granted my APR was high, the fact that they give you a chance, and offer rate reduction for paying on time and keeping your insurance info updated, is awesome. My Credit score has jumped up tremendously in just a little over a year, to the point where I now qualify for some decent credit cards and other loans that are helping me boost my score even more. I also love the fact that they allow you to split your car payment into twice a month, which helps you overall in paying LESS interest since your first payment is early. I didn't know you could do this and was told by a customer service rep, so now I split my payments in half, pay half early and the other on the due date, and now my overall cost of interest is brought down! Prestige has been a blessing, and I'm very grateful for the chance they give so many people who may have otherwise not been given a loan. Happy Customer Here, and can't wait to see my rate drop even more in 2016.

This company took every advantage and added fees and extras wherever they could so i ended up paying so much more than my car is worth! This is my experience, if you had a better one then good for you. I have nothing good to say about this company at all. If you can avoid doing business with them i would, if you have to do business with them...good luck to you. I've never experienced a car finance company that has been as great as Prestige. I've some trouble in the past getting financed and if I did get financed the APR was extremely high and unreasonable. Customer service at Prestige is awesome and I love that they show their appreciation by lowering my APR when I make my payments on time. Way to go Prestige!

This is the most annoying unprofessional finance company I have ever heard of. They will ring your phone off the hook. They don’t verify your information til weeks after your purchase but they give you a monthly payment amount instantly. If you need financing avoid this company. I recommend Capital One, they are hassle-free and the process is completed in one day.

So for 4 years I have had a prestige loan I have never missed one payment. I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Because the person who rear ended me didn’t have insurance I have to pay my $1000 deductible which means I have left over on my car I have to pay for ok not their fault. Called to find out options the guy who answered sent me to underwriting to find out what dealerships I could use to get a new car. She was like I can’t help you with that you need to fill out an application online and we will send you the dealers in your area wellll I can’t apply online and I hate waiting for 15+ minutes for them not to have any answers for me. My only complaint for the first 4 years was the wait time to get to someone if I had a question. Now no one can answer any of my questions and every time I call I have to wait.

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I needed some assistance back in October, prestige was unwilling to work with me on ONE payment. I was told I had one deferment available from one agent, then a week later I was being harassed for payment by another. Decided to go with another company as I'd been with prestige for almost five years, and they were nothing but trouble. Unwilling to work with you until it suits their needs, and are forced to. I told them to come pick up the car, and it took over two months. I kept trying to schedule a pick up, and that was a total freaking mess. They ended up sneaking over at night when I wasn't home and picking it up. Will not be doing business with them again, ever.

I am so glad to be out of this car loan!!!! These people take advantage of people who suffer hardship. I made a car payment last month as I usually do online and they tried to draft two payments at one time out of my account when one caused me a overdraft fee. They wouldn’t refund me the fee because they said I made the mistake. It isn’t rocket science to use the website which I have been using for 3 years and this never happened. All I want to say is Customer service should always go along way and with them it doesn’t. I was a loyal customer for 3 years up until yesterday. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have to say that I have been very pleased with my loan through Prestige. I went through a really rough couple of years-- I mean really but they worked with me. I really was struggling and things were as bleak as they could possibly be but they hung in there with me and for that I am so grateful! Things are better now, I obtained a new job about a year ago where my pay is much better so I'm now able to make my payments plus a little extra each month. I greatly appreciate that Prestige approved loan when no one else would. I like that online or automatic payment is so easy and simple. They also lesson interest if you pay on time. I have prestige take out directly from me check on certain dates and they are really good and making sure to have it out during time i requested. I know you might be saying daaaa they want their money, but even if that is the case for companies I have had to deal with some that take out money later then requested or earlier therefore cause all kinds of head aches. I'm very happy with my services and should I need help my agent is awesome and contacting me right back.

I give two stars just because they are willing to work with you if you are unable to make a payment on time. However, they are very pushy about you answering their emails/texts and will send you one every day until you answer them. They will even call you multiple times. Also, they don't have just one person working on your account. They have several. So if the first person who reached out to you is off for the day, someone else reaches out to you requesting the same information that you already gave to the last person. I have had to tell 5 of their employees that I already talked to someone and made plans and then told them to leave me alone. They never write notes on the account so other employees know that you've already spoken to someone. I've also had times where I replied to their email, and then the next day I get an email from the same employee stating that they haven't had a reply from me and to reach out to them. I respond to that email stating that I did reply, and they say they have nothing showing in their system... so I sent them a screenshot of my email reply... If their email system isn't working properly, who knows what else isn't working right... Also, the car we had with them was totaled over 2 years ago. Prestige refuses to change our loan type from auto to unsecured/etc. so we don't show two auto loans on our credit. We have been unable to purchase a cheap 2nd car from anyone because of them. We even had a couple of dealers call them and talk to them, but they still refused to change the loan type.

This company is a joke. I understand that they work with people with poor credit and I think thats great but their customer service is atrocious. I authorized a one time payment on my brothers behalf last month on HIS account and I asked that my card not be kept on file. They assured me it would not be now fast forward to this month and they billed my for almost $500, their representative Diana admitted it was her mistake only the company is refusing to issue me a refund. After they told me they would and they needed my bank account number and routing so they could do it faster they called me back later that day to say they can’t refund me because it’s my brothers account. Now they had no issue taking my money without my permission and have given me the run around for 3 days and by this time I have spoken to some very rude people and get a completely different story every time I call. I have no account with this sad company but they did take my money without my knowledge and now want to refuse to issue a refund. If you plan to deal with them be careful they will screw you over without a second thought. I have never dealt with worse people or a more shady company. And it’s only one star because you can’t do ZERO.

WARNING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible customer service and falsely advertises rate reduction program. I went with this company after my divorce because my credit took a hit & thought it would be an bonus advantage to get a "rate reduction" of .5% every quarter with on time payments & insurance. The rate reduction, never changes your payment, but is supposed to be applied directly to your account on the 4th month, thus reducing your principal balance. I kept both for the time of the loan, yet I thought it was a little weird that I could never see how my payments were being posted or if the rate reduction was ever really happening. You never receive statements, nor can you see anything beyond basic account information with an online account access. I requested a detailed account statement, which to my surprise showed the rate reductions didn't always happen or if they did they happen were 5-6 months late which resulted in my principal balance being drastically more than it should have been, had the rate reductions been happening like they should have been, to the tune of about $700. I spoke to several departments and reps trying to get it rectified. Yet customer service or any rep refused to fix or adjust the rate reductions to what they should have been stating that it was an "incentive" not mandatory. So I decided to refinance, since the "advantage of a rate reduction" was really not the case, I made another large payment to bring my principal balance down. Called for payoff after the payment was supposedly posted, then was advised I couldn't get an updated payoff for the account until after 7-10 days!!! Really, so now, Prestige Financial gets to charge more daily interest until the account reflects an accurate balance & payoff! Total ripoff, they are super shady and if you don't ask, they certainly aren't going to tell you that they aren't being honest. Upset I wasted 2 years with them before I realized. Don't make the same mistake as me....chose another lender.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I paid my car off early and never missed a payment because I was set up for autopay from my checking account. They reported my account was closed due to "Affected by Natural Disaster ". I have my title and received 2 refund checks from them. How the heck is Paid in full a Natural Disaster??? There's nothing wrong with my car and if there was, I would report it to my insurance company. Complete and utter fraud reporting false information to the Credit Bureaus. I'm definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and disputing what they reported to the Credit Bureaus. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! I had my loan paid off in 2018!!! But they never informed the DMV that the lean was paid off. Well how do i find this out? I was in a car accident and my car is ruined. I can not get the insurance money to get a new car due to their lean. I called requesting a copy of the lean release and they REFUSED! They told me that i can call back next week and try again. I spoke to 3 reps, a supervisor and an account manager that wouldn't help me. I asked for someone that could send the information that they are seeing on my account. They told me they would get someone on the line and then send me over. i waited for 20 minutes to be transferred to a VOICEMAIL! A VOICEMAIL! So now i am paying $75 a day on a rental car. I could have gotten my new car tomorrow. However, since they are unwilling to send me MY account information showing that they do NOT have a lean on my car, I am going to have to wait and start the process with Prestige on Monday. The fact that i will be out ANOTHER $225 to keep renting the car until Monday. Now that is assuming they can get me the proof that they were paid off in 2018!! 2018. That has given them 4 YEARS to correct their error, but no. They cant even send me PROOF of being paid off. They are awful.

My experience has been the complete opposite of all the bad reviewers. When I first purchased my vehicle in 2019, I was grateful to have received financing as I was in a rough patch financially. I have since fully recovered and along the way made every single payment on time via auto-pay so hadn't really had the need for customer service. The interest reduction program was phenomenal and helped save a lot of money over time. Now that my vehicle has been paid off last week, I've been stalking the site for updates LOL I'd do business with Prestige again, if they'd have me 🤭

Multiple Prestige employees say they do it all the time. Rude is understatement! Interest Rates are extremely high. Making a payment today won’t post for days and than you will receive a late charge. One of the worst customer service that there is. I am Combat Veteran served two deployments in Iraq. Seems like they don't care about US Army Veterans that served this country. These Banks don't care about its Soldiers that protects Americans. So just got back from overseas had which jobs and the dumb bank send back my contract and had to bring back the vehicle to the dealer. So disappointed. I got the loan through them due to bad credit. They reported my payments for 2 years. They stopped reporting my payments when they promised me they would continue. When I questioned them they took everything off my credit report and refused to put it back. They hang up on my phone calls and ignore my emails. My monthly quote but no one in this company gives a solution and they never called me back is a lady that her name is Adriana she I thing is the customer service manager tried to talk over the phone and she replied telling me that she only answers by email , talk to a supervisor named Marcio , he didn’t help me as well the. The last person I talked her name is Ashley also no help . I would never recommend no one to get their services , I am stuck here cause I have to pay my loan but for sure they don’t accept their mistakes neither they treat customers right and of course I haven’t get my refund back i have send more than a dozen emails and they reply with rally non sense answers and of course no solutions to the issue of charging me twice in the same month as well . I have sent enough proofs of their side mistake and they blamed on my bank which shows that the employees do not care about their customer , I really don’t know if the ownership are in knowledge of the bad quality of at workers that they have specially the 3 names I gave before. I am hoping that this review will stop someone from making a mistake in choosing this company as a lender. Please do your research and find a more integral company to finance your vehicle. Unfortunately Prestige Financial is what's considered a "predatory lending company" this means they prey on consumers who have low credit and give them a loan with a high interest rate. They do this often times knowing consumers can't afford to keep up with the high car payments and pay the loan off. When I got my car, I wasn't aware of any of this. I went in blindly as I really needed a car to get back and forth. Had I known what I know now, I would've made a different decision. If you NEED a car but can't truly afford to pay off a loan with high interest, I would strongly consider getting a used vehicle that you can pay cash for while working on building or restoring your credit. I think that companies like Prestige should not be in business but unfortunately this is just the world we live in. Please do yourself a favor and take your time before doing business with this company. I can guarantee that unless you can really afford to keep up with payments (and even then, this company still isn't worth doing business with) you will end up in deep regret.

Like others have said— this company relies on people with low credit scores to use them so they can charge higher than normal interest rates and offer “rate reduction” of 0.5% every 6 months but only down to 14%. I made major strides to improve my credit and thought they would refinance my loan to a reasonable interest rate but I was told they do not offer any type of refinancing at all, only “rate reduction”. Disappointed after paying all that I’ve paid but was able to refinance my loan through a credit union instead. Don’t use this company!

Do not under any circumstances use Prestige financial. They are a morally corrupt company. My car was flooded during the Houston flood 3 years ago. My Insurance paid all but $1,300 of the remaining balance. My insurance company took possession of the car. After 45 days prestige place my account into close out status on my credit report. It has been 3 years and Prestige is adding interest to a close account. I never miss a payment or late on a payment prior to the flood. Most companies would not do this to there customers especially after thousands lost there cars,homes and lives after this flood. No passion for there customers. If you don’t believe my review. Do your research on this company and you’re see they have hundreds of complaints against them. I’m looking at ways to file a class lawsuit against prestige. I have never had any bad experiences with Prestige Financial services. These are good hardworking folks that are pleasant to work with. They approved me with my bad credit when no one else would. They gave me a chance at building my credit and I have been with them for the past 4 years now. They folks at Prestige are always willing to help you, if you cant pay the full amount they will always work hard to accommodate you and work around your pay schedule. I pay early every month. I have no problem with them and they have no problem with me. This account built my credit quickly. I knew the expense before I entered into a contract. They gave three months without a payment when I had an emergency expense.

They were the only one who would finance me and I needed a car to care for my parents. Of course their interest rates are high, they're financing people with bad credit. Quite honestly, I have had it with this company. They are extremely pushy, constantly emailing and previously calling until I told them to stop calling me. If I would've known that this company would've been so hard up for MONEY, I would've just kept my old car and said screw them. I have never felt so harassed in my life by these people and I'm very close on having them come and take the car I'm financing with them and buying one from my brother who is in the car business. These people will bug you every day until you can make a payment, regardless of any personal circumstances (I just had a baby a week ago) or financial set backs (do they not realize that COVID is a thing) that I'm experiencing. My family members and friends who have experienced similar, however not as severe, set backs have had great experiences with their finance companies and they've worked with them throughout the course of the year. I just really regret signing a loan with them and the car I got isn't the one I wanted but the one I settled for and now I'm reconsidering all of that. I'm probably going to have them come get the car in the end.

We have had a pretty good experience with Prestige - Yes they do call you if you are late on payments - but that is true for anywhere!!! Hubby lost his job and they deferred his payments a month or 2 and with COVID they have been good about late payments and very understanding - they have never been rude to us - they try to understand if you need to be a bit late.

The account management is rude! They don't actually do anything but be rude and hound you for payments! Oh and they don't give you correct information for in person payment centers! Then they blame you for their lack of communication with Western Union and MoneyGram which are what they're referring to when they say in person.payments

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a loan. I purchased my vehicle a week before the pandemic closed everything. I made my payments on time until I was laid off in June. My next payment was due June 20th. From that point to now I have spoken with several people and pleaded for them to understand that I am awaiting unemployment and a return date back to work. They are unwilling to work with people in these tough times. There is no deferment option like reputable lenders. They send threats daily through text messages and treat people like garbage. At this point I’m a few days past 30 days late and according to the last guy they will be coming to repossess my vehicle. Clearly they are a predatory lender. I would rate them zero stars if possible.

They are a great example of predatory lenders. They know you are struggling to get financed so they approved you with high interest rates. What do you do? You sign because you desperately need a vehicle. Then they have you and with no way out of it! They do not accommodate you when you have issues arise. If God helps me, I will never do business with them again. It's been since 2015 and I am still fighting them for a common sense solution.

I'm reposting as it seems my orginal review was taken down (perfect example of this company's shadiness). I've had a vehicle for six months and been trying to resolve issues for half that time. First off, their predatory lending practices are absurd. Second, when you realize that you're upside down in your vehicle after only having it for a short time - this company will lie through their teeth to avoid being held accountable for their unsavory practices. Third, the vehicle in question is a lemon with hole in oil pan and chassis malfunction. Prestige will claim they have your best interests in mind but they don't. Quite frankly there needs to be a class action lawsuit similar to one against Santander, it's the only feasible way to get predatory companies like this to be held accountable. I finally told them I wanted to do a voluntary repo and was told I'd get paperwork, still haven't received a thing. I emailed the ceo, I filed complaint with AG, filed complaint with BBB and a CGPD complaint. All Prestige does is lie. Stay away or, if you have the means, sue them.

Since my I have a repossession on my credit record, among other things, I’d given up hope of being able to finance a car when I absolutely needed to. I needn’t have worried, Prestige came through with flying colors and have been one hundred percent helpful when times are lean. I would never have been able to do so with anyone else. Jan 24, 2021 30 Days Past Due PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SVC has flagged your account as 30 Days Past Due. Jan 23, 2021payments on time! She also falsely reported to the credit bureau that I was over 30 days late on making my payments. Anyone who is your customer knows that prestige would NEVER let you go over 30 days without making a payment.

It's simple...pay your payment on time and it's no problems. I have never been called and harassed. After paying on time for a year I've earned a nice perk if I do pay late from now on I will not get a late fee charge. My interest rate has been slowly dropping and my credit score has went up over 150 points from positive reporting. Update::3/8/18 I still have my car and love this company. I had a problem 3 months ago and could not make my payment, first time is 2 yrs since I had my car. I was panicked and afraid I was going to lose my car or get a negative reporting if I couldn't make it happen. I called and guess what? Everything was fine, to help me since I was a great customer, they moved my due date out by 3 weeks and that took me to the next month. I was not reported negatively nor did I have any late fee or penalty. They worked with me and I'm thankful.

I have never had any issues dealing with Prestige. Customer service is always available in the form of a.i. and monthly statements are detailed and easy to read. The best thing about the service is that as you continue to make payments on time your interest rate declines a 1/4 point at a time. It's been great so far and I'm hoping that they will be available for me to use when I'm ready to buy a second car.

Update; Just paid off my loan to Prestige. Made all my payments on time and was awarded accordingly by lowering my interest rate as I went along. Online app was user friendly and they never harrassed me about anything. But then again, I made all my payments on time! Thank you Prestige for helping my family out when we were down and out!

I have had financing with this company for over 3 years, I have had to ask for reduced payments once in a while because I am a single mom and can have financial struggles however, I have always made my car payment. I was recently evacuated from my home due to wildfire and had to pay for a hotel, which left me struggling. I let this company know what had happened and that I was trying to figure things out and received a reply stating that must be scary however, we need you to make your august payment. I understand that I need to make my payment, I am very stressed and trying to figure out how I am going to do that which I have verbalized. The lack of empathy and daily text messages asking me when I am going to make my payment is not helpful at all.

This company has been a living nightmare. Nothing is reported to your credit. I've had my loan over a year and no way has it reduced my payout on my car. My car was deemed totaled after being rear ended by an insured motorist earlier last month and I've yet to have prestige call the insurance company back so that they could submit a Direct Deposit to my loan. The worst part is I'm unable to get financed until all loops are closed with prestige. I've tried working with multiple people and I get a different response every time. Today I was told i called 5x and nothing will get resolved if I keep calling!! I'm without a car and no help due to this finance company! They hound you to make a payment but don't go the extra mile to help you! I will never recommend this place on your last red nickel. Run away fast! PS. My husband and I had to file bankruptcy due to medical bills. When it was time for us to buy a new used car I was dreading trying to get a loan. Prestige was one of the only loan companies that would approve us. Our interest rate was A LOT lower then what I was expecting. After we signed our paperwork we received a packet in the mail from Prestige with tons of information on our loan and how to get our interest rate lowered. I haven't ever heard of that and was thrilled! They will lower your interest rate for making your payments on time!!! I couldn't believe it. We are so far extremely happy with them.

I'm really have a pleasant experience with this company. They keep their promises and even reduce interest for on-time payments, not to mention plenty of other perks like no late fees after paying on-time for the first 12 months, just to name one. Did I mention I had terrible credit before this loan? Highly recommended for people in the rebuilding stages of credit!

At 21 years old, I walked into a dealership with a beat up 12 year old car. I owed more money on that car than it was worth. Additionally, some financial issues and maturity issues had caused my credit score to be terrible. Prestige gave me a chance and they financed the new (to me) car for more than it's worth (to pay off the trade-in). The interest rate is extremely high but that's what happens when you have bad credit and a negative loan-to-value ratio. It has been going down with their rate reduction program which is great, 2% apr reduction annually is really nice. I've had the car for maybe 8 months. I've made every payment without issues and they've reported positive payment history to all 3 credit bureaus every month. They did contact me a couple times. At the beginning of the loan they called me repeatedly until I made a couple payments on time. Then one other month they contacted me via text because I had about a week until my payment was due. I've just been paying early in the month and no one contacts me. The people who are complaining need to understand that you have a bad history of not paying your loans and they want to get paid. It's really not a big deal. I've ignored every single text/call and just started paying earlier. Overall, I cannot complain about prestige. They gave me a chance when no one else would. I'll be refinancing out of their company pretty soon but that's entirely to reduce my APR.

It is way too early for me to give an honest review as I have only been with this company for 1 month. So far so good is all I can honestly say. I appreciate the fact that they work with people who are credit challenged and or going through bankruptcy, that is a blessing. I was disappointed to learn that the rate reduction only applies to people who get an interest rate over 12.99 %, I think there should be a rate reduction program for everyone; after all we are all paying a higher interest rate than we would if we had good credit. I also would like to see monthly statements. Currently there is not a way to view your account in a detailed fashion and this to me is disconcerting. Transparency build trust and this fosters skepticism among customers which is unnecessary and can easily be resolved by detailed statements. Also, I do not like the fact that you are charge upwards of $10 to have your payment automatically deducted from your checking account. That's $120 per year that could go towards the principal of my loan or in my gas tank. Otherwise so far so good. Check back in six months and ask me; way too soon now.

They financed me right after filing my Bk7 and I have made all my payments on time. I got a welcome call when I first got the car but not one phone call afterwards as I paid on time. People complain about this company because they were late or needed to be late. Pay on time simple. I was given a second chance and I am very thankful that Prestige financed me right after filing Bk. I now however have moved on from them but wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Prestige was awesome until I became 30 days late due to a death in the family. They are not great to work with if you have struggles in life, not compassionate or understanding at all. They send you to collections immediately after 30 days. Most places understand especially when it was an immediate family member. Will not be recommending prestige to anyone and upon further research they work with Larry H Millar and that company is a scam. I have dealt with them in the past and they will talk you into buying a car without telling you that the vehicle has been in a wreck previously. Luckily I was not too far into the contract before I could take it back. If life is perfect and you foresee no problems arising then prestige is right for you. But if you have any issues in life then they are not. Thanks prestige for not understanding that life happens. Apparently by reading the reviews I am not the only person you continue to harass. As for overcharging I will be looking into that matter as well since the vehicle is only worth 2500 dollar, and over the course of 4 years I still owe 14000.0 dollars. How does that work? Can't get refinanced because the vehicle is not worth the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST CHANCE! I AM SURE SOMETHING BETTER WILL COME ALONG. DO NOT GET WRAPPED UP IN THIS NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE.

I am really impressed with the customer service. Prestige Financial has treated me with nothing but respect from day one. The reps are courteous and helpful. I like the fact that they are not concerned with my past credit and are willing to help me repair it. I had two years of no employment that destroyed my credit. But with prestige I am getting a second chance.

This has been a different experience than any any other lender I've been with. They seem to take a more personal approach with your own personal representative. I like the payment plans offered and have availed myself of splitting the payment in two every two weeks. Just breaks it down in more manageable chunks. Just received our first rate reduction, so that's a plus. Never know a loan company to do that before!

I've had to pause autopay a few times, change billing dates, etc... and it has never been a difficult process. Support agents are helpful, respond quickly, and provide clear information. Definitely very different from some other companies I've dealt with in the same realm.

I just paid my first payment so it is still early days with this company. I appreciate that they are giving me a chance considering credit situation. I spoke with my Account Manager Alex after reading some of the negative reviews and was told how to avoid the phone calls and calls to your references... pay your bill on time every time. I also said that I didn't want reminders and he explained how to turn them off. I set up autopay and split my payment into two payments. I did the schedule so that the payment is in well before the due date. This will help with interest and insure the payment posts before the due date. I was told about the Rate Reduction program which is a great idea, but I was told my interest rate is one of the lowest already with their company and I won't see much reduction as they can't go below a certain percentage point. I'm still happy to have the chance to lower it every little bit counts. The one thing I'm waiting for is to see this loan post to my credit reports. Once that happens I will be totally satisfied.

Horrible experience. I called this month to defer a payment. I got questioned about why I couldn't make my payment and a lot of personal questions that were very inappropriate. I'll be glad when my car is paid off so I don't half to deal with this company. After talking with the so called manager she told me that I could have better planned for the stuff that came up for me. I feel like they just care about money. I've made my payments on time since I got the loan and even paid most months before my due date so for them not to be able to help me out just this one month was very wrong. Customer service sucks and wants to bounce you back and forth between people so you half to explain everything multiple times. They even text you and tell you there gonna debit your card for payments. Which I told them I did not authorize. I wouldn't do business with this company, all they care about is money and not willing to help the ones doing the right thing. They even tell you that they can't hand out anymore deferments cause they have met there quota for the month. Which has nothing to do with me. I feel it shouldn't be first come first serve they should be able to help the ones who have the decency to call them and ask for help. I'll be glad when my loan is paid off thru them cause I will never use them again.

The worst company too use for financing you will receive harassing email and text messages. I have a clean track record with payment to this company no missed payments, technically no late payments, and no extensions. I pay more than is actually due which allows my account to have a positive balance from over paying and still you received a numerous amount of texts and emails to confirm payment to be processed like stop this now! I have asked multiple of times. If this doesn't stop I will be getting a NEW car deal! MY LAST WARNING TO THESE PEOPLE........

Upon signing my life away; it's been a perilous fight to do keep the faith. I've been laid off from a good job, some of the reps do car of whats going on. but others are very rude and do care, like rep who called, saying to the astounding remarks your payment comes due on the 22nd. In short, I tried to covey to them that it wasn't that I ignored them, I simply did not get off from my temp job till 9;30 and 10 pm. they are nice when you are paying, but when you have hard times, they don't care. I have been busy with working two dang jobs. Trying to get on my feet! I have slept in the car. All they care about is the money. Prestige group is all about the money, you can fall Flat on your face. They don't care. You could pay extra, they will call you and call you. They won't stop.

UPDATE... I tried to call the number provided, it rang once and went to voicemail. I tried to email the address provided and was blocked from sending a message because I was not authorized to send anything to the email provided. I did take a screenshot, it is shown below. My ex-husband financed a car though this company in 2004, my name was listed next to his, not as a co-signer (I didn't have the credit or a job at the time). The car was repossessed due to his non payment. Fast forward 10+ years, he doesn't keep a job more than a month and they cannot collect any money from HIM, so they have come after me. Taking close to $500 a month. BONUS they just don't care how hard it is for anyone during the pandemic. The harder I work to put food on my table, the more they take from me. Several times I've called to try and make arrangements but it doesn't matter to them because they are getting their money by taking mine, when it wasn't even my car to begin with. Think twice before stooping this low to finance a car. They don't care about you, all they care about is getting their money and it doesn't matter where it comes from.

It has been a very smooth process working with Prestige Financial, much smoother than most of my other experiences with a finance company for a car. So far, so good, but as one who works in digital marketing, its scary when there is such a push to get reviews. I understand how Google Reviews work, so seeing that you all are really trying to get the negative reviews off of the first page, particularly with a canned response, is unnerving. At the moment, everything is OK other than the fact that I want to be able to get a detailed statement of my account and there is not an option to do so. That feature should be added immediately because in all honestly, it allows you all to report late payments, charge extra interest, and be totally dishonest about the rate reductions. It is the customers who should be able to hold you all accountable to what you say you offer and provide, and honestly what sets you apart from the competition. If there is nothing to hide, this shouldn't be a problem. I don't think I've ever seen a finance company not allow customers to look at their ledgers...that is truly scary. Transparency builds trust and based on what I've read and seen in my own online account, I'm concerned. We'll see how it goes, but I will update at a later time. IMO, if you TRULY care about people's opinions, send the Google Review link at the 6 month mark...then people have a really good picture of who you are and what you are truly about. But, when you want the quick response, before you mess someone over, you send at the beginning while they're still happy with you.

I am big on customer service and I like working with Prestige Financial for this reason. I have been with them almost a year and a half now. I do my part and they always do theirs. They've even helped during a rough transition to make sure I continue to stay on the right track. It sure is neat to see my interest rate go down, just like they promised...

I have been with Prestige for 2 years and all I can say is they have been wonderful. Great credit rebuilding and the staff is always pleasant. Most second chance companies are rude and never pleasant, but Prestige is definitely a different breed of company. Kudos to the owner but percentage rates are CRAZY. You cant have it all.

Everyone so far through the company that I have talked to has been super great. My only complaint is that I got multiple calls for things that had already been completed right after I got my loan and people were just not looking in the right area or maybe not documenting in the correct area that it had already been reviewed with me. Though even after this I received sincere apologies and always asked me if I needed anything which made me feel good. So far I feel very satisfied with choosing this bank to hold my car loan.

I've been dealing with prestige for over a year now. I used to get the greatest service. I loved everything about the company. Ever since my account manager went on maternity leave everything has gone downhill. My new account manager is beyond horrible!!!! I'm in the process of looking to refinance my loan just to get away. It's so bad that I'm even willing to do anything to get away.

Prestige has always done our family well. We have less than desirable credit and Prestige financed us and since we have always made our payments on time they have lowered my high interest rates as a reward. Also, we had a very large unexpected expense and Prestige worked with us that month, deferring my payment completely. I'm a VERY happy prestige customer!!

In 2016, Prestige Financial Services gave me a chance and I have had nothing but great customer service and experience with them until this month. I have my car note automatically withdrawn from my bank each month because I participate in the rate reduction program and so far in the 3 years I've been with them, my interest rate has come down and my credit score has gone up and I thank them for the program and for giving me a chance. I've never been delinquent, so I just don't understand how I got turned down this month when I tried to trade me car for an SUV. My daughter has Cerebral palsy and is starting to have a hard time getting out of my small car (Kia Rio) so I need to trade it for a used SUV. I'm currently paying for a car but still have to borrow family members SUV's in order for my daughter to be able to get out without strain or pain. Other than that, I would continue to recommend Prestige Financial Services.

I was approved for a loan with Prestige in 2016. I didn't have the best credit score nor history at the time. They are ALWAYS WILLING to work with me on payment arrangements etc. Back in the summer of 2017 my kids and I were in a very bad accident where our car was totaled by a driver that ran a red light. With this - I was out of work for a long time, behind on all bills. I had to get a new car and just didn't have the funds to keep paying the balance owed to Prestige. Easton R, made a lot of attempts to contact me and try to work out and arrangement. Though, at the time I was beyond frustrated with his daily calls, texts and emails I knew this was just his job! Just like it wasn't my fault the car was totaled, it surely wasn't theres! As of today I am back working and was able to work out a very low monthly bill to pay back the small amount I owe Prestige now. I did have GAP but while Prestige waited for the payment from GAP and the other Insurance company the interest still grew along with the monthly payments. So once Gap came in I still owed a couple thousand. Again, I really do appreciate Prestige helping me. Not sure why so many people say they don't report to your credit, because I see it on mine monthly!

I am very dissatisfied with Prestige, I thought you were suppose to help people with credits issues, Our Bankruptcy is discharged and you still not helping me . I have drove away in a car for the second time with a approval and you come back with every excuse not to complete our loan, The Dealership had us sign this contract as if we were approved and now you want to take my car, you approved the loan with my husband the main borrower and me the co-signer so if he cant pay then i'm responsible he had a job at a staffing company when you approved the loan and now his assignment ended at that company but he is at another company and that still has not stopped me from paying my car payment better yet you didn't even give me a chance to pay the first payment before you back out me as the cosigner can pay the note with or without my husbands income , if you give second chances why back out the loan before you even give us a chance to make the first payment, this is the second time you have done this to me, I have not defaulted on my contract but you have TWICE!!!!!!!!. you came highly recommended both time but you have let me down both times. I can pay for my car , I am trying to improve my credit and that was my reason for going to this dealership to use Prestige, my bankruptcy attorney also recommended Prestige, I will have my attorney contact the dealer and you guys because I feel badly treated again.

Since having this car loan my credit scored has increased greatly. to everyone complaining... make your monthly payments on time and they will report on time payments. This company is for people with no credit/bad credit so the rates are very high, all for good reason. I had horrible credit when I signed and only after a year of on time payments, my credit is already improving. They also let me make a half payment last December when money was tight due to holidays and my kids birthday. That was such a kind act, a true blessing for me during a hard time.

Exceptional customer service. My father passed away very unexpectedly and I had to use my car payment money to pay the airfare. The customer rep I spoke with was amazing. Through my tears she comforted me and made sure my car payment date was taken car of so it was one less thing I had to worry about.
