We are so grateful to have had his help and expertise with our refinance! And he found additional ways to save us money by taking a more detailed look at our mortgage! Dave was very helpful and got things Done efficiently. He went to bat for me when the VA wanted to deny me the loan because of some payments missed that were the legal responsibility of my ex-wife. He helped me with getting the right kind of documentation they needed to accept and approve my loan. There were some issues getting the paperwork in a timely manner for signing, but that was other in Dave's company, Not Dave. When I let Dave know we were waiting on them he was able to get it resolved quickly so we could close on time. He was a pleasure to work with.

A friend recommended Intercap Lending because we had a terrible experience with another mortgage company. That company said that they couldn't get our refinance application completed because they were overwhelmed with applications during the Pandemic. Because of that experience my expectations were low. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. Dave Johnson was amazingly responsive and also patient. His entire team seemed to be on top of things at all times, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. My first contact with Dave was on July 13 and we closed on August 15.
