Will, and David made buying a car fun. They helped my daughter buy her first car, answering our many questions, explaining information we wouldn’t have known about. They were so friendly and personable. We then met Jr. and learned what a great deal he had for us within the financial area. Highly recommend talking to Mo. I don’t know a lot about all the different makes and models of cars so I didn’t have a specific car in mind just a general idea. After seeing a few on the lot and not finding just the right car Mo made notes of the key features I wanted and didn’t want in a car and then searched for it. He found me a great car that checked all of the boxes on my list! Above and beyond service! Will definitely recommend.

Once we were approaching the building we were greeted. Josh was the one who first helped us and he showed the car that we wanted to look at. Told us everything and I mean everything about the car! Willard came up and took over for Josh cause it was the end of the shift. Anyways Willard was super nice and super amazing at telling details of the car. This company is horrible. I would recommend to anyone not to go here. I was honest from the get go of where I was credit wise and down-payment wise. If you ask questions don't go here they will go unanswered. They lie, I have physical proof of the lies. They promise big and service low. After this place I was ready to say f it I don't want a car, what a horrible experience. Worst of the worst of the lying used car sales men. Hope anyone who does go here has better experience than me. You feel really bad, you say. Yet when i told you i was no longer interested in doing business because you did not have a vehicle we wanted, you proceeded to run our credit and try and find us a car when we specifically said we were not interested. You have continued to "find carsfor us" even after 4 phone calls to you asking you to stop immediately. You are frauds and i feel bad for anyone like me who chances by you dealership

We bought our car about a year ago. Since then I’ve gone in twice for separate issues that should be covered under the warranty. Both times they have said it’s either a non issue or they are unable to see/experience the issue. Needless to say I’m grateful we didn’t pay the extra money for the extended warranty. This review is on the dealership itself, as we actually quite like our car.

Pace was our salesperson and he was a really good and nice guy. He helped us step by step. And helped me get a really nice car. He is very energetic and really loves his job.

Okay I’m not going to lie- I had never been to this dealership and it’s in such a weird location and looks so rickety that I never intended to, but we saw a car on KSL and came to check it out. FYI this was our 7th dealership of the day, it was like 7:30 pm, I was massively pregnant and so irritated with sales people at this point. Willard was the ONLY sales guy that came out to greet us (it was a snowy day), he was super nice and showed me a bunch of cars (the car I came for was just sold). End of story we bought a car that was better than what we were looking for, best value, and best experience. Also 2 of the tires were a little worn, not bad, but they called me a couple of weeks later letting me know they complimentary ordered tires to match the better front two. Wow, above and beyond! So freaking grateful KSL led me here because to be honest I probably would’ve kept passing it every time I drove on State St! Thank you Willard and sales manager (bald guy lol) and younger finance guy (I can’t remember their names!)

Jesse made me getting my first car amazing. He was funny, kind, and helped me understand what I was doing. I was disappointed in how it felt that upper management was trying to get away by hiding fees- but once rectified it was very nice.

So first off I went in to Mitsubishi to look at a mustang, and worked with Pace he is super cool to work with. Then I changed my mind to a truck and he was super patient and cool about it. This guy waiting on hold with the bank for over 4 hours just to get verification of my approval even though the bank was not being easy definitely would recommend Pace to anybody looking for a vehicle. He also had a lot of knowledge on the inventory.

4/5 stars because there was a vibration in the front end of the vehicle when I test drove it. The staff was amazing. Mo - the salesman, David - the GM and Junior the Finance guy gave you a sense of honesty. I drove down from Twin Falls, ID because they had the EXACT used car I wanted. I have a car guy in Twin Falls I trust. Now I have car guys in Utah I trust in these 3. David was reassuring if they don’t fix the vibration, then the deal is void and I owe nothing and he’ll return my down payment. We had the conversation, shook hands, BUT then he put it in writing without me asking and earned my respect. Junior was engaging to talk with, so much so I had to remind him I had a 3 1/2 hour ride back and needed to be quicker with signing paperwork…lol. Mo was there to help me with whatever I needed. We had a thorough test drive and good conversation throughout the process. I had a great experience and would buy other vehicles from here.

I had a really positive experience here. We looked at a used vehicle. The car and store were immaculate, salesmen (Will, nicest guy you'd ever meet) not pushy and really helped us with all our questions. All the staff were happy to help us, and we drove the car off the lot that day. Would 100% shop from them again. Did the dance with pricing but after we agreed on a price the finance team went above and beyond for best rate, all done quickly and efficiently.

Great people. I was looking for a car for my mom and they put me in a newer nicer one then we wanted but its was the payments I wanted and no pressure mom is happy with a very nice car. We got home and the battery died so I called they said i could go buy one and they would repay me or come in on Monday they would put one in. They even texted me a few times letting me know when to come in beacuse of the Holliday. It was a quick experience as far as car buying goes and pleasant.

I'd be extra careful buying a used vehicle from here. Don't get me wrong, the salesmen all seemed very nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately it didn't seem like they were honest about the condition of the car though. We went in to test drive a used vehicle with high miles (GMC Yukon) and were told that it had a minor accident that caused bumper damage, and that the suspension notification was on just because they hadn't turned it off after fixing it from the accident. We wanted to have a mechanic check it out during our test drive so we drove it over to the shop but they unfortunately were already closing. So we went to turn the car back on and it wouldn't start. We turned the key several times and nothing happened until finally we turned the key and the engine started. Then the light on the dash wouldn't indicate what gear you were in half the time so you couldn't know if you were in drive or reverse or whatever. After finally getting it started we drove it back and all the electrical started going haywire. Blinking lights, locking doors, etc. Also sometimes pushing the gas would do next to nothing. All in under a mile drive back to the dealership. They had told us that a couple of their guys had driven it earlier that day, so I highly doubt they weren't aware of these major issues. Their explanation when we got back was that it was a car from auction and that they don't do repairs on those. It honestly felt like they were trying to cheat us, which is pretty low considering they know we're a young couple with two babies. I'd just really recommend inspecting the car thoroughly and having a mechanic check it out beforehand if you're going to get a used car from here.

I found the perfect car here, and I was SO excited. I was under in my previous vehicle and ended up having to put $10k down, which I didn’t love but decided it was worth it for the car because it had everything I was looking for. Two weeks after purchasing I got an indicator that my brakes were bad. I tried contacting the dealership to no avail. I left messages and emailed them and never had return contact. After searching high and low for the parts I finally found somewhere to replace the front brakes for $1200. This was frustrating to have to do so soon after buying the car and already putting so much cash into it. My boyfriend was upset that they went through inspection and I wasn’t warned or anything so he called to speak with the manager, they told him they’d call back. Two more weeks passed and still we hadn’t heard anything so he called again and was told there was nothing they could have done cause we should have inspected the car ourselves. Annoying. So by now it’s been a month and a half since I got the car but still no plates or warranty paperwork have been sent to me. I called again and was told that my boyfriend was told about my plates and they are waiting for me. Again, annoying. It’s my car, call me. Everything after the initial sale has been a nightmare . I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Bought used truck from here a little over a month ago had issues with it almost right a way. Decided I would give them a call to see if the would be willing to buy it back if I bought something new and they offered me half of what they sold it to me. Harrison Mitsubishi is a great place to buy a car. The staff is friendly and good at their jobs; they are well connected which allows them to effectively help a variety of people. Pace, the salesman who helped me out, was very patient. I come from a careful family, and he was more than accommodating with that attitude as we went through the car buying process.

John was more relatable and down to earth than any other dealer I’ve ever encountered. We just purchased a brand new 2022 Outlander from Harrison Mitsubishi-Southtowne. Pace Collester made our expierence one to never forget. He was exceptional with communication, thoroughness, and was very personable with never being forceful or invasive. We had a phenomenal expierence.

I had a vehicle that needed a simple key programmed to start my far. So I visited Harrison Mitsubishi to have the key programmed. To my dismay I found out how I incompetent their technicians are. Not only can they not program Mitsubishi keys, but they are incapable of properly running a diagnostic on a Mitsubishi vehicle. After 2 days I finally got upset 😡 to the point I had the vehicle towwed to Salt Lake Mitsubishi where they programmed the keys within 10 minutes and I was able to drive off. Needless to say, I saved alot of money by taking my car as far away from Harrison as possible. PLEASE go to Salt Lake Mitsubishi instead.

At Harrison Mitsubishi Willard and Junior were both extremely nice, no hard sell, no pressure, no fast talking to steamroller you into signing. And the same with Dave in charge of financing, all were very nice and polite. The best of all was that they LISTENED to me and DISCUSSED everything with me and ASKED me what would work for ME. Nothing at all of what you usually get at car dealerships which is what works best for THEM with their commission in mind to upsell you to death. I know the car will last for many years and if/when I need something else, I will go straight back to them.

Not too impressed overall with this place. I traded in an 07 Silverado for an 06 Ram which they had only had for a few hours. First the good, the buying process was fairly painless after i decided to pull the trigger and they gave me a good deal on my trade. Since the truck i bought had only been on the lot a few hours, it hadn't been safety inspected yet. It was the end of the day on labor day so their mechanics weren't there and they delivered the truck to my house 2 days later when it was ready. Now the bad. The 06 Ram had 196,000 miles on it and generally they need new ball joints, steering linkage, etc about every 50,000 miles so i figured it was probably due, and the steering was a little wobbly which confirmed that suspicion. So i walked into this knowing mostly what i was getting into. The rest of the truck was in great shape and i didn't have a problem putting some work into it. What i did have a problem with was the sales guy telling me everything was good when it wasn't. As I pulled the cover off the air filter he said it was good without really even being able to see it and a few other similar things. In addition to trying to gloss over things he was so anxious to make the sale he made promises he couldn't keep. He promised me that the service department would have it inspected and ready by 6 the next day and i could come and pick it up. It was labor day and they had a backlog of cars to get out the door. So i made the hour drive the next day to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They made up for that by delivering the truck to me the next day. I don't fault the service department for that. I do fault them for passing the truck on the safety inspection when it should have failed. When i got my mechanic to replace the steering linkage he told me steering arm (tie rod) going to the right wheel could have failed at any time. In other words it could have completely come off leaving me with a tire on one side that could point whichever direction it wanted to and if in traffic would have insured a multi car crash since the truck would have been largely uncontrollable. The more i think about that the more it bothers me. A full size truck going out of control doing 80 on the freeway could easily kill someone. I drove the truck about 600 miles before i grounded it until i could fix it because the steering was so bad and it was chewing up the front tires. My mechanic told me it takes years to do that kind of damage to a tie rod end not the less than 3 months I'd had the truck, half of which it hadn't been driven. I rarely write reviews, only if the service is really exceptional, either good or bad. I'd rather write about the good. The buying experience was about middle of the road, hey what do you expect from salesmen? They generally don't know mechanical issues like mechanics so i don't fault them for the safety issue, I love the truck especially now that the front end has had all the work done on it. But the idea that i came close to having a serious accident either because someone in the service department was careless or flat out ignored it to save money really bothers me.
