We recently refinanced our home with John Gonzales at South Towne Mortgage. I've worked with many loan officers over the years, but this was the best experience we've ever had with loans. They were fast, friendly, super knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to get enough money back to pay off our recently finished basement, and have money to update the upstairs as well.
