We had the best experience refinancing our mortgage. My husband and I wanted to refinance to pay off debt but we were not sure how it would work or if we could even qualify to do it. We got in touch with Elizabeth and she was very thorough with answering our questions, explained the process and what we needed to provide to get started. She got things moving really quickly and her team was super friendly and nice. They were quick to respond to questions and to help us understand what we needed to make the process easy. They communicated with us and kept us informed of the status of documents and what we needed to provide. The ability to e-sign documents was awesome. I looked at going through a different mortgage broker that was more national but the fees they were charging were extremely high. I ended up shopping around a little bit and decided to use Integrality lending. Their fees were cheap which helped keep the APR down. I would defiantly use them in the future.

There is a lot of hype about what a great lending company such-and-such is, but I can tell you from my recent personal experience that Integrity First Lending refinanced my home within in 10 days with no hassle. And I mean NO HASSLE. The individuals working for this organization are both professional and, if I may add personally, the nicest people I have ever worked with. Calli helped my husband and I close on our very first home, and we couldn't be happier. Both my husband and I are very inexperienced and hand no help from our parents when it came to buying a home, but calli made the whole process very easy to understand and she was very flexible with my graveyard shift schedule. Integrity First Lending is the very best. Other lenders might put up a good show and are likely decent, but these guys are quite literally the best. They helped me transition from renting to owning a home. I have complete confidence in David Allen to help anyone navigate the processes for securing a home loan. David Allen, Courtnee Rosevear, Cathy Cornelius, and everyone else that I interacted with at Integrity Lending were so patient and helpful, even with my countless questions. If google would give you a once in a lifetime chance to give 6 stars instead of just 5, then I’d give 6 stars here. To anyone trying to decide which lender to use: You could burn another hour reading reviews for other lenders, or just do yourself a solid and give Integrity Lending a call.

The whole process with Integrity first was amazing. I talked to 5 different people in the process from the door knocker guy who was super respectful and low-pressure, then Kelly who gave me some great options and locked me into a great rate, then Amy, then Bianca, then Braden who took me to the close. The transition from one person to the next was easy and each person was great to work with. Honestly, the process was super smooth and I'm self employed so that is saying a lot! I have nothing but good things to say about Integrity first!
