I had a billing issue with my account and the rep I talked to was not helpful at all. I requested to get a call back from a supervisor. I received a call back from Brenda this morning to talk to me about my issue. She was wonderful. I explained to her my situation and why I was so frustrated. She took the time to listen to me and explained the process to me so I have a full understanding of things now. After speaking with her, I now feel better with doing business with this company. She went above and beyond my expectations!

Kornerstone was a very good company that I used. The people was friendly and understanding. Sometimes things in your life changes and your circumstances changes. But Kornerstone was able to help every step of the way to make your transition process easier and better to be able to afford your plan and pay it off. I appreciate that about them.

There application was easy, fast, and quick approval return. They do 90 days same as cash, no early payoff penalties. Payments work with your schedules and have helpful payment situations during lease available.

Customer service was great thanks to Erica, she help me figure out my balance and then I paid my account with two different credit cards. She made it so simple thank you Erica for a great job 👍

Kornerstone credits app doesn't work. Refused to acknowledge my email address I have had for nearly 20 years. Pretty sure they are completely about someone's credit score because that is the very first thing they ask for.

The 90 day payoff is tricky because if you miss it then you must pay the lease fee which is an extra thousand bucks. Glad I paid this off because paying a fee from every check is no bueno.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. My original payment method failed on Friday so I IMMEDIATELY went online, updated my payment method and made a payment. Got a late fee notification even though the payment wasn't late. Spoke with rep tuesday, he explained that the payment I made went to my next payment instead of the one due and he said he applied it to the correct bill. Next thing I know I get ANOTHER charge on my card after getting off the phone with him...didn't think anything of it just thought maybe they took the payment early...nope now it's FRIDAY and they took ANOTHER payment. I have been current on all of my payments now somehow I get charged 3 times within 7 days.

They are very thorough and easy to work with if you need to get a loan . I'm just getting started and my experience has been very pleasant. The reps are very nice, detailed and helpful which goes a long way in customer service. Plus, it's very refreshing !!! My rep today was Erica ext 203 she handled me with so much care and answered all my questions.

Kornerstone has been one of most easiest leasing company with purchasing new furniture for my new home. Customer service has been excellent with speaking with representative Bruce today at extension 217. So professional and even went above and beyond to explain Protection Plan to better assist customer. Great job Bruce and Kornerstone definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give this no stars I would. It was easy to get financing but as far as them taking out payments they seem to have a clerical or system issue. They take the money then put it back into the account when the account has sufficient funds then they hit you with a an extra return fee for them taking it out of the account when the account was positive! I’m seriously just going to return the table and file with the BBB. I don’t recommend this company whatsoever.

They seem nice in the beginning and it turns sour quick. They don’t work with you at all. I was told to pay $50 for a 10 extension. Then I see on the website a certain amount to pay off. I save up to that by the due date. Log back in and see the price went up $200. Interest wouldn’t be that high so I’m confused on what tf is going on. This company is a loan shark. RUN when you see their advertisement. I would recommend progressive leasing. They work with you in most situations. I just hope I can get from under kornerstone with my credit intact.

Just got approved for the loan payment program was fast an simple. The owner is EXTREMELY!!!! nice. I came in with a list of things I needed gave him a specific budget to work with and I was able to purchase all the items I needed to complete three teenagers bedroom. I would recommend all locals to shop here customer service has that small town kind personality that knows how to keep you coming back.

I got Kornerstone before the pandemic started. And the first 5-6 months my payments were on time and then as the pandemic went on, my money became a little spares. And through this time they have worked for me, and they have always tried to accommodate me when I could not pay on that day and had to carry my payment over. I have not had one bad customer service call and the last one I had Alexis he did his thing he made sure that I was able to stay within my agreement and yet help me out to my next payday. Customer service for Kornerstone has been five star 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 across board for the last year that I've been with them. I called in to get credit reporting and early pay off information. The agent was professional and knowledgeable on both. He even shared other resourceful information due to the pandemic. This company is HORRIBLE AND A SCAM it’s so sad I went in purchased a bedroom set for 2775 I had to put 40 down 256 every 2 weeks and told them I would pick it up myself the paperwork I signed off on in the store said 2775 the clerk said to call Kornerstone AFTER I picked up the bedroom and wondering why do I have to call them afterward she said to let them know I picked it up I went home tried to log into Kornerstone and could not log in for some reason I tried several times fast forward I go pick up the bedroom set I called Kornerstone let them know I picked it up the clerk confirmed my name and address and that’s afterwards something tells me to try to log into Kornerstone I log in finally and now it’s showing a INTEREST of 4,000 dollars totaling 6,000 and something and have my signature on a document that I never signed on Nobody never discussed the interest fee had they told me it would be 4,000 I would’ve cancelled the whole order but that’s how they get u I’m definitely reporting this company PLEASE DONT PURCHASE from this company I’m pretty sure any good review on here came from a family member or employees they are liars and fraud and will take your money without telling u anything or discussing anything I called them and nobody is helpful but they will harass you for their money I didn’t see this much energy from them to me about this 4,000 interest rate it’s just sad

I was refereed to this store by a friend. At first I was kinda weary because there were several salespeople sitting at a table chatting away among themselves and no one acknowledged I was even there. Finally, a very professional nice gentleman approached me and showed me a few items I was interested in. I was immediately impressed at the selections of merchandise that was on display. I was contacted by a Kornerstone Credit representative reference to my account being past due, now my past experience with creditors calling you whenever you've become delinquent on an account or whatever and it hasn't always been a pleasant encounter but I'm telling you Mrs Sarah for Kornerstone was TOTALLY OPPOSITE from any I've ever experienced she was very professional and actually understanding of my current situation, and just when I thought it couldn't have been a better conversation she actually went above and beyond in making sure that I was aware if all the option that was available to me that l apparently wasn't aware of. 2019 i had a couch and love seat financed through this company although I thought my experience was fairly good, it ended up messes up. After I paid the balance in full. later I see this account on my credit report from them! For 2500 like I never paid this off its just annoying now nobody knows anything. Gotta lawyer up. Sad tho im a had working single mom and would not take advantage of anyone/ anything. #setitright

Congratulations, CEO , Eliot Kang, Joseph Nam, Tim Mangeruga, John Sadler and others managers this is my experience TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY We work with many finance credit companies, this is the first time I have encountered such a disgraceful company. They don't make their payments on time, their customer service is terrible, the only thing that matters to them is money. It is not a customer oriented company. I emailed the CEO and senior managers to solve my problems, but they closed my account for doing this and gave a mocking reply. They used to take 4% commission from me, then they reduced it to 2%, I advise companies to stay away from this company, they cause problems, they do not solve problems.

Never again! GLORIA swore she updated our new payment method. They then went on and charged us $70 twice on our new payment method card (our payments are 40 originally) we called and they denied any of that happened, after showing them screenshots of bank statements they still denied and said we owed money. We then spoke to ANNALI and she kept saying our screenshots were fake and didn't prove anything.

Had to give a lot of information more than normal, but if you want to get credit monthly, you have to wait till the merchandise is delivered before you can change to a different monthly rate.

This is a truly awful company, they are so disorganized and have the worst customer service reps I’ve ever worked with. One did not update my payment method and a payment was then returned and I was charged a fee. The other did not setup my biweekly payments and then charged 2 payments to the incorrect account just to be returned and then charge additional fees. They stated that they tried to withdrawal from the new account, I sent screenshots proving that false. Then when I decided to pay off my account in full, the final CS rep I worked with did not listen to me whatsoever and continued to talk over me and repeat the same thing over and over. This company is a scam similar to rent-a-center, literally do not give them your money.

I would definitely not use to this company. They are super unethical through their sales departments or store fronts and will do practically anything on their behalf to prolong your weekly payments. Which are suppose to be every week but they will manipulate withdraw duration time just to wait a whole week to withdraw from your bank account in order to charge you twice in one week. I was also sold by the salesman several buying tactics which he told me would help my credit and so forth but was then charged additionally with extra taxes and fees and totally opposite than expected once going through the process. I just paid my account in full without missing any payment's and am still very unhappy to hear that they don't even report account to credit bureaus. Again please do not use this company unless you have all money in the bank to pay for it at once.

This was a simple, friendly option for achieving my home furnishing goal. I have spoken with customer service agents on at lest three occasions while in repayment and have always been treated with courtesy. I enjoy the level of appreciation of my patronage. The agents are knowledgeable and informative.

RUN RUN!! This company just wants your money. My contract date for my 90 day payment was set on a Sunday which the business is not open for business on a Sunday. So I call them during the business hours that Tuesday and they refused to honor my 90 day. Why would you set a contract date on a none business day that your business is closed. I’ve never been late and that would have been my last payment. Now they want to charge my double for what the original cost is. I was planning on using this company again but now I realized they are after getting people money and getting them stuck in these long contacts. I will be reporting them to the Better business bureau.

This company served it’s purpose of giving me credit to buy a box spring and metal frame, much appreciated. If you’re like me and don’t read all the fine print, you could end up paying double the original cost. Luckily I planned to pay it off since I had some funds in my saving’s. Was thankful I had called about an issue I had with the billing and found out about the pitfall. I payed them off before the deadline and all is good!

Quickly approved, everyone I encountered or spoke with was extremely helpful and made the process fast and easy. Erica was very knowledgeable about Kornerstones warranty and app and made my phone call extremely simple. Very thankful this was not a stressful situation.

Buyer beware! This is the worst financing company ever! You're better off saving money and purchasing your items in cash on places like Facebook market place. My husband and I purchased furniture from them and only financed for 1 month before we paid it off in full. They still continue to charge our account each week. The customer service is horrible!!!! They place you on hold for minutes that turns into hours then hang up in your face. When you finally get someone on the phone they have the worst attitude and no knowledge of your account information. When ask for a supervisor they will place you on hold then hang up in your face after you've held on for a long period of time. This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating people this way just because they have less than perfect credit and have to choose financing to purchase items. BUYER BEWARE! RUN!

Great service and easy to work with love my mattress

I have used them twice to buy furniture. Each time I chose the option to pay off in 12 payments rather than the minimum. By choosing to pay this way it ensured I didn't go past the 90 day mark, an option they gave me, rather than make the minimum payment. I paid no interest either time. Thank you. I like this much better than 6 years of payments now being advertised in traditional furniture stores.

This was my first time using Kornerstone and I didn’t have any issue with the process which was great. When I called customer service and gave all of my information I was transferred with out knowledge after being put on hold the representative who I was transferred to Angel was rude and asked for the same information and said I’m not sure why you were transferred to me and I am not apart of customer service. I asked him could I tell him why I’m calling so I can be transferred to the correct dept he cut me off and said no I don’t deal with any of that and I will transfer you know. I said even if you cant help could you at least listen to what I need to ensure I am transferred to the correct dept this time and he replied no need I don’t deal with customer service. I just wanted to say all dept need to be trained on their customer service and maybe have patience as it is not my fault I was transferred to the incorrect dept.

The WORST credit company , more a loan shark… BEWARE … do not get yourself in this shark tank ! We purchased furniture due to credit challenges and they start pleasant until the hook is in!!! They will leave rude messages , text , multiple calls and price gauge way above the cost of the furniture! Our account was set up to deduct payments from my husbands account and WITHOUT my AUTHORIZATION they took money out of my bank account ! If I could give this horrible company -1000 stars I would ! I truly regret ever purchasing furniture from these loan sharks !

Fast delivery, Great customer service, delivery guy was quick on his feet bringing the furniture inside my home, he was by himself and did an Amazingly Awesome job he was in and out, very polite. I definitely will be purchasing again in the future because great service is hard to find but this was definitely a very satisfying experience 🤩🤩🤩🤩🥰
