Tori is an impeccable loan officer. She was very easy to reach via call, text message or email. She helped me get the ball rolling on fixing a massive issue with my credit that I previously didn't know I had! She also worked to get all my ducks in a row for pre-approval, so that when we found the house we wanted, it was a STRESS FREE process to put in an offer and get approved for real. In the months since buying our home -- our first home -- I've had questions pop up and my first point of contact has still been Tori. She's been helpful ever since, solving little hiccups with my home insurance or any other small question I've had, almost always with like a 1 hour turn around. Tori and her WHOLE TEAM are miracle workers and I'd recommend anyone use them for peace of mind and a completely satisfactory customer experience.

If only everything in life was as easy as buying a first home with Tori, Natalie and Kelsey! From the day I made an offer on the house to the closing day it all took around two weeks.
