Value Pawn & Jewelry W Vine St, Kissimmee

I decided to pawn a few items at this location and although the amount I received for the items was considerably less than the retail value, that is to be expected at a pawn store. What I didn’t expect is to go back the next day to buy back one of the items and be told I need to wait 30 days for it to be resold at their new price. The claim was that I sold the items rather than pawning them. I don’t ever go to pawn shops but I know for an absolute fact, that I was not asked whether I’d like to “sell” or “pawn” the items. Lilly, the manager refused to help me and had one of the worst attitudes I’d ever seen. If you have to go to a pawn store, there are two across the street that are much better options imo

Miss Christina was absolutely amazing and super helpful with my purchase of a refurbished cell phone. I went in expecting to only purchase a phone and decided to go back a few days later and do some more shopping for a hello Kitty watch and toddlers toy. The manager was super patient and kind with/to my 19month old son. They even offered a cool glass of water when he became a bit fussy. I will definitely be returning. They have so many good items and it was priced reasonably. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Alex has worked at other Value Pawn locations around central Florida and just recently started working at this location. He is kind, helpful, and respectful towards customers and great at making sales. He is very knowledgeable with the items in store, especially when it comes to jewelry. I highly recommend going up to him if you ever need help or more information about certain items. He is very great at what he does.

Value pawn is the best pawnshop in my area, And this location is my favorite, they always have good deals and the staff is great. The worst customer service ever. I don’t even know why I go into value pawn. There’s a lady that works here that has a grudge against me. Makes the whole experience unpleasant. I’ll never do business with this company.

This store is great! I went in and Vanessa helped me very quick and made sure that i was happy with my purchase, I have already been to her old store and her customer service is amazing!! If you ever go to this store, ask for Vanessa, She’s great and will make sure you’re happy!

Went in with a power powerful PC gaming tower to sell one time . I left the monitor home because I didn't want to sell the monitor. They said they would consider buying it if it came with the monitor, or at the very least they could see it was working ( And they wouldn't let me hook up to one of their monitors In the store to show that it worked just fine ). So, I go through the trouble of going home, getting my own monitor, bring it back, hooking it up, and showing them that it works, and then they have the gall to offer me $15 for the tower and the monitor. These people are rude, condescending, and another parasitevof a store that aims to cause an inconvenience for you and waste your time. If they weren't interested in buying it, they should have told me from the beginning.

Today visit went extremely well. I was in desperate need of a loan to get diapers and wipes for my babies and Christina made it happen. Alex and Caesar were pleasant with their hellos and how could they assist me as well. This store never leaves me anything but satisfied.

I was looking around multiple pawn shops for new jewelry with my boyfriend and a beautiful necklace caught our eye. Cristina was helping another guest and thanked us for being patient and was so personable!!! She was nice enough to let me try on a few things and was patient with us. She was so professional and sweet! She told us about the layaway program and everything. We were hesitant to buy because we were going to stop at another store to check out their merch but honestly we couldn't part so we purchased it. We still went to the other shops and ended up finding nothing else we liked so decided that necklace was the one! I hope you had a good rest of your day Cristina! You were awesome.
