The experience was horrible, I went with a new 4K tv. Still in the box not even open. The guy asked me what I was looking to get. The tv was bought for $500. He offered me $150 and was not willing to cooperate with me on getting a little higher. They obviously do not care about the customers need. I felt very offended that he would try to low blow me. Please be aware they do not care about customers needs.

Hi those that want a honest review. I just stopped in today after finding them online. Staff Agent who assisted me was very helpful he assisted me in bringing my items into the store and I'm a guy and did not ask for help! He opened the door and locked it open for us. The place is super clean and they take pride in the things they sell you as well as great care of everything! Everything is super organized neat and sectioned. And the jewelery section is top quality over any pawn shop hands down. You wan real jewelery not cheap light weight gold; come here you won't be sorry! Great prices on tools also! Im a union carpenter and I found a tool for sale for $29 dollars here that is on line used for $79 ! And brand new $150to 200!! Beat that!! And to top it off as I waited they offered me a drink as I waited water bottle Sir or soda??? Yes thanks! Here you go diet or regular.... At the end I asked for $500 and got a loan for $350. Great customer service can't say enough! Thanks guys

Great location & Staff, their prices are always fair. They are always nice and I never had any issues with any items I bought from them . Even when I pawn my items with them and I have a personal situation they will always work with me to give me more time so I can be able to take my items out. They always work and understand their costumer that's why this is one of my best location to visit.

I have been dealing with Queen of Pawns for a few years now. They have always treated me fairly and I feel like they actually care that I am satisfied as a customer. I have got some really good buys there and on the same note when I have needed quick cash to tie me over, I have been happy with the service and would give a 4 out of 5 stars for value to loan ratio. However for a 5 out of 5 star rating, is the 1/3 cost of interest from competing stores and more importantly is that sometimes I can be forgetful which has made me late to pay in more than one occasion and yet my stuff was safe to pay on instead of immediately going up for sale. Definitely would recommend to others. Again, you really just can't beat a 10 percent loan rate versus nearly every other pawn shop at 28 or certainly a pay day or title loans ( rapid auto loan, major crooks, big mistake stay far away from those cons). All in all I would rate this company a strong 8.5 to 8.75 out of 10. Most importantly is, they are fair whether you are in a tight spot and need a loan or are looking to spend money and pick up a few useful things. When I do purchase, I usually buy in bulk, and they always are willing to adjust the total price some in consideration of purchasing more than one item. Anyways, I guess I am spending the time to mention all this because it really is hard to find a good honest pawn shop that wants to earn your business and I feel like I should let others know that these guys are actually legit. David the store manager and Papp the sales representative are beyond great people they value the customers to an extent that is unbelievable I have 2 yrs plus coming to this pawn shop .prices are great and they willing to help no matter what can’t get any better services at any other pawn shop in town I give my word .

I usually go here at least once a month, either to buy something or to get a loan in something (pawn). They don't really seem to hire many new people, so you're usually dealing with the same person you normally deal with, so they know you and know how well you pay in your loans, therefore allowing you think get better prices on your loans because they know how often you're in there and how well you pay on your loans. Long story short: you are create a rapport with these pawn brokers allowing them to give you better prices on your loans and the things you buy. You don't have to like "start over" like you have to do when you start dealing with a new lawn-broker. Another thing I really like about this place is that they give you an unheard of 10% interest rate on your loan (pawn). There's this ad I hear on the radio saying that their the ONLY pawn shop that offers a 10% fixed rate on your loan, but that's just a straight out LIE. Queen of Pawns offers this 10% fixed interest rate in all their loans and I know this for a fact because it's the MAIN reason I decided to start going to Queen of Pawns because I was tired of paying the super high interest rates on my loans at other pawn shops. Anyway, that's all I wanted to share, LOL. I like this place and I think everyone should check it out.
