Since COVID the waiting time is more more long, no able to schedule an appointment until next month. The staff is very nice but I believe that Bank of America suppose to continue supporting the customer without waiting time.

The worst Bank of America. Itâs sad that this location is the only one in Kissimmee Fl. You will have to stand outside for 20 minutes then stand inside an additional 20-25 minutes just to deposit a check with the teller. God forbid if you need a temporary card. One day I went to get a replacement card because I was going out of town and I had to wait over 90 minutes. This is just insane please go to another Bank of America preferably near Hunters Creek

It is the worst Bank of America, I do not understand how such an important bank and the attention is of the worst quality, they waste one's time, and I see that they all have bad reviews but the bank does not solve anything.

Hello & Good Morning Or Afternoon Or Evening Everyone , Today Visiting Bank Of America & I Finally Found Some Pokemon In This Area So Cool Just Visiting A Friend That's Works There Always Very , Very Busy But , I Always Feel Safe Going There With Security Around & Very Nice & Very Clean Wonderful Staff Members Always There To Help Out Or Just Asking Questions About Auto Loans & Insurance Company , Having Problems To Log Into Your Account & Very Friendly & If You Need Some Questions About Opening An Account Always Feel Free To Asked Questions To One Of The Staff Members !!đâđ

Horrible wait time outside in the sun. 1 or 2 tellers processing 15-20 customers waiting in line for over an hour every time I go there. Customer service staff walking around doing nothing instead of jumping in behind the counter and taking care of customers who are waiting for a teller. They need to hire more tellers. Management needs to re-evalute the way they handle business and customers.

Has been a long wait. Just 1 person for the whole line...mor than 30 min to take some cash from the cashier. And the past other people first..so bad experience

This location is very poor customer services. Anytime we get there a long wait lines take 45 minutes to get to cashiers checks. Every day busy but only 2 peoples on duty . This is so bad location sad đą

When I arrived the line was out the door and it literally took over an hour to deposit a check, that I had to do thru the teller. The manager was unapologetic when I told her about the wait.

20+ people in-line and your business team thinks itâs a good idea to engage people at the teller window while all these people wait! (Very Smart) Only having 2 tellers working on a busy day prior to a holiday (Very Smart) SO SLOW! 45 minutes in line for a teller!! Unbelievableb WHOS RUNNING THIS BANK? What a joke!

Terrible service and slow. I literally didnât even get greeting, no attempt at any sort of conversation. Even worse was that I waited in like for 20 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. Got a vague response about my check availability, which of course turned out to be another issue the day of itâs supposed availability. The customer service line is a whole other level of disappointment as well, seriously considering banking somewhere else. Typically I have a lot of patience and believe customer service can make a world of difference with long wait times and it severely lacks with every visit unfortunately.
