Have been a resident for a while now and no bad things to say. Office staff great! Grounds always kept! Maintenance on point! I’ve had the pleasure of maintenance guy Shalemar that has completed a couple of work orders and he’s very professional, friendly and have been able to fix my issues in a timely manner.

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs especially Roda. She took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this.

I move in a while back just for few months , but thanks to Stella who took care of my application since the beginning , her professional and warm touch in showing the property and helping me with the application , has make me renew twice my lease . I have rented before , but the property management now is quite more positive different that before Congratulations to the management and all the staff . This place is clean , safe , and excellent service. The office staff is amazing, it’s really rare to see people genuinely smiling and enjoying their job. Stella customer service is one of a kind, she is always smiling and she really cares. When you go to the office ask for Stella ! Tell her I sent you. I knew I made a great choice when I decided to make Lake Tivoli apartments my home. Customer service A+++++

This place is not good. They dint take care of anything here yet the rent went up a lot. Theres an internal ant issue in the building. Roaches will start being your new friend. Theres always shooting happening so close the the complex and sometimes even in the complex its scary. This place is so selfish. The appliances here are old messed up and outdated. The flooring here is lifting . Theres cracks everywhere in the walls near the toilet this place is falling apart and they raised the rent. If they wanna raise the rent then they should start upgrading appliances and taking care of the building. Dont move here its not worth your money. This place is nasty cant wait to move out

I will be calling Lake Tivoli Apartments my new place of residence in a little less than 2 weeks from now. The leasing process has been super smooth from day 1 thanks to Stella, who has has shown exemplary customer service and communication. I really appreciate it! On my few visits so far, the grounds are always clean and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are many amenities in and near the apartments. I cannot wait to move in!

I’ve been calling for Weeks. Nobody been Answering the phone. It’s so hard to get in touch with them . I’ve spoke with Stela She’s Very nice and respectful. But I’ve been calling after we spoke and not haven’t got an answer

I would give this place a 5/5 stars but unfortunately it’s a 4/5 for me still not bad . But I have one bad incident that I think should have handle differently which was handled on a childishly/ patty way. I understand due to the covid and the whole exposure and everyone needs to protect themselves is very understandable. Communication is the key but only through emails back and forth, can cause a lot of misunderstanding , with that been said, things should have handled more on a adult base to prevent misinterpretations. I do want to thank Stella for being there for my family since I signed my lease. She is awesome everyone , she is a great person, great communication skills, I can see she loves what she is doing. Thanks Stella for all you did for us. With communicating and try to help us with whatever issue we had. Two wrongs don’t make a right! And you are not that person. The maintenance staff was great also. Lake Tivoli apartment needs more Stella’s in the office and It would be a great place apart from a little pricey but it worthwhile.

Great upgrades apartments . I was so blessed to stay here & enjoy all the amenities the complex had to offer . Staff was really nice and appreciative . Anything I needed they would help me write away , or most likely the next day. Overall great experience as I lived here the past 5 years. One thing I have to point out is the amazing courtesy officer on scene. He is very respectful and caring for the community and the residents here. I will see him patrolling every night and making sure everything is secured or nothing suspicious is going on. I am grateful the complex was able to find someone like him. I just want to say thank you to the Courtesy officer for keeping us safe and watching over these community

I was searching for an apartment for my mom and came across Lake Tivoli. Stacey was great in giving me all the information I needed. She went over the various floor plans that were available and answered the many many questions that I had for her. When my mom is completely ready to move, I will be calling Stacey at Lake Tivoli.

What a great complex. I came to look despite it being a little father out than I hoped. The customer service was EXCELLENT! Stacey was so great and honestly if all customer service was this wonderful, the world would be a better place!

When I first came across this apartment complex, Stella helped me from the beginning to the end to make sure everything went smoothly when I got the apartment with all the questions I had. She is always smiling when you see her and waving when she acknowledges you. The maintenance staff and the rest of the front office staff are awesome.

I move in to the apartments in 3 months, but I can definitely the application process was the most easiest process ever! The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming! I can’t wait to call Lake Tivoli my home soon :)

I love the community specially the maintenance team, Alfy is so knowledge and very humble. Very diligent and work fast and accurate. Greta to know I can count with professional people.

I don’t normally post reviews much but anytime I’ve encountered someone who provides exceptional service deserves to be I recognize. I implore you, if you are looking for a new apartment around Kissimmee, you must first stop by Tivoli Apartments and say hello to Stella C.! She has been fantastic on the phone and more so in person! She’s so helpful and has a cheerful spirit. I was looking for a 2 bd/2 bth and unfortunately none are available at this time besides 1 bd/1 bth in November but the space was surprisingly stunning. It didn’t work out but I hope to work with Stella sometime in the future. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

We sent in an issue and the staff responded very quickly. The first gentlemen came to assess the problem, within a couple hours another gentlemen came and fixed the issue. Very respectful & professional. Proud resident, my family and I thank you

This place is horrible. Roaches will be ur new friend the building has an ant problem its horrible. Also i heard they like to go into ppls homes with out notifying us. They raised the rent here 200$ when when theres a roach and ant problem, everything is old and falling apart theres always gun shots happening here its not a safe place. They never fixed my ice machine and heater. The stove is uneven ive tried to fix it so Everytime i cook things go more to one side cooking it unevenly. The flooring here is bad its lifting everywhere they did a horrible paint job. When i moved in they didnt clean anything like the bugs near the inside of my door like they said they would. Do not move here it is so bad.

I am a resident at the property and I was going to throw out my dining table set so when going to dispose of it, I was having trouble on where to put it. Luckily I spoke to one of the maintenance employees Alberto, he was very nice and he took the time to help me take the table set and where to bring it to throw it out. It was very nice for him to take his time to help and guide me. I appreciate the help from him. Very polite and friendly.

Roaches will become your new neighbors if you decide to move here, Me and my wife lived here for a year and turned out to be the worst place in Kissimmee Management loves to come inside your home when your gone , it’s disgusting, Cops drive in and out garbage became apart of the streets Please don’t be fooled

Absolutely love my apartment. The staff is super friendly. They keep the grounds spotless it’s absolutely beautiful as I thought I was at a very high end resort. We moved from Indianapolis to Florida and we used a pod. The staff made sure our pod had a place close to our apartment. We got there early couldn’t get our apartment till 3pm but they busted their butts to get it done. Everything you would want they have to a beautiful pool a full court basketball court and a soccer field. The work our room is amazing everything looks new so if you want to live in a nice area and want a amazing apartment look no further. They also so reserved parking which I took advantage of. They have more then what I listed give them a call Stella is absolutely amazing she gets right back with you with an answer to any question you may have.

I lived in Lake Tivoli for over 19 years and during this time I have been through different owners/management and I can say that Bridge Management has been the absolute BEST! Stacey and the entire staff are amazing. Stacey is so thoughtful and caring and I am going to miss her so much. Thank You for many great years

Stella has been amazing! She’s been super responsive and helpful throughout my move. She even stayed later for me on MLK day to give me a tour since my work hours are unpredictable. Also the apartments are beautiful and everything I need is a short drive away.

The office staff is AMAZING. You can clearly see that they have a passion for people and community. Stacey's genuine care and concern for the property and the residents is refreshing to see. She answered all of my questions and I left feeling very informed about the location and property. Ask for Stacey, her knowledge and professionalism is impressive.

I was visiting Lake tivoli and my car completely shut down, I was stuck however 2 maintenance guys Alberto and Alfy assisted me. I called the towing company and they both waited until the tow truck came. Very grateful to have had their help, amazing workers!!
