I was already nervous because of the things I was bringing in but my nervous all washed away with how helpful Shalimar, Iveliz, and Amy were. The conversation had while they carefully sorted everything just put me at easy. Customer service here is unmatched.❤️

The worker Iveniz was nice enough to let me know if any issues of an item also let me test 2 sound bars, greeted all customers as they walked in and even was nice to all customers she spoke with. Good customer service makes better business.

Wow, never have I ever had the customer service I was given, and let alone at a neighborhood pawn shop. I arrived 30 minutes before closing only to see the power was out and the system was down, most other stores would have dismissed me promptly and closed up shop. So when I saw that I was already getting ready to leave and apologize; no, Amy and Iveliz were more than happy to help get me sorted even through the struggle of having no power and system running. They went out of their way to call up associates to help track the pricing of the items, stayed a little longer to allow me to attempt to reset my laptop, and on top of they didn’t rush me or the other customer who also had a laptop to sell. These ladies need a raise after the tremendous help they were for me and that he other customer that’s for sure. Thanks again Amy and Iveliz!

They are very professional, friendly,attentive and knowledgeable about their products and job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

Be careful with these people. Because sometimes when you get a loan, these people don't want to give you your stuff back after you paid them for it. they already have 6-8 of My PS4 Games that they're refusing to return to me. and I don't know what to do there, I paid them and they still won't give me my stuff back. I hate to say they are stealing stuff but I wouldn't be wrong to say that.
