We've been with them for over 15 years for our personal and business taxes and their fees are pretty reasonable cuz their customer service is always the best. I would drown in 1099 forms and end up making silly mistakes if it wasn't for them. God Bless.

I was tired of doing my own accounting and taxes for my s corp and wanted to relieve myself of the headaches I'd experience as the tax deadline approached. I would give Freedom Tax and Robert Acevedo, who assisted me, the highest commendation possible! I sold a property in 2018 and Robert was the most informative and helpful with my FIRPTA and tax filings. Me and my family recently sold a property in Florida. We live abroad and could not travel to US due to covid situation. Found them online after looking for an accounting firm for planillas florida . I'm straight out of PR and needed my planillas (taxes) done so I'm happy I found them. They know everything about how to save money and tax planning so you can save. Will never go back to Turbo Tax and free filing, I wasted so much money out of ignorance!!

They were assisting me with the accouting .. they i had to stop working for a family emergency so i called and cancel our thing so they dont take money out .. everything was good for like 2-3 weeks . And then i saw my back account in negative doe to them taking my money out . And overdraw my accound two times . Now it been over a month and am still contacting them every day for my money and still waiting on a respond . Bad bad .

When you canceled our service 3 weeks ago we immediately canceled all auto debits from Freedomtax Accounting...the automatic charge mistake was done by your Payroll service provider. When we saw this we immediately called your Payroll service provider to let them know about the situation but they are taking longer than usual, and we have to wait until they fix this issue in their system as well. We have been in constant contact with them to follow up so they can provide you a refund plus any overdraft charges to your account. Sorry it has taken long, but we are doing everything we can to get you your refund from your Payroll service provider. God bless you and thank you for allowing us to serve you.
