I was not satisfied with how Alex and Blake handled my accounts. I was not informed of all possible outcomes when paying to pursue a collection. Now I am out an additional $2,300 paying LAB on top of the money lost on the collection. If all outcomes would have been disclosed in full I would have not pursued and held onto the $2,300.
