I have never shopped at a pawn shop before. I went to buy gold for my husband for his birthday. Ruth stopped me as I was leaving and she helped me pick out something he would like. The manager Juan even assisted as a “model” for me so that I could see what the chain and medallion would look like on. I highly recommend La Familia Pawn! They have great deals and the staff is amazing! Thank you guys for a great experience!

Just like their name, the people who work here really treat you like their family. Very Professional, very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I always feel comfortable whenever I visit. Especially, Shaquille he is very friendly and well mannered.

I would buy & sell here all the time when will was working there sold everything from jewlery to household items but the place has gone to hell went in to sell 2 brand new in the box firearms proof of date of purchase with owner manuals never fired offered 250$ less for one and 300$ less for another But then again my same firearm was on there wall for sale used same caliber same model hundreds or thousands of rounds through it no proof of how many owners no box used 369$ guys please go to any other liscense firearm dealer do not buy or take your firearms to sell here not worth the drive they know nothing about firearms at all if you take a $1000 rifle new in the box they will offer $450 you will always lose with La Familia pawn Shop

Came in and was taken care of by Johnny😊 Super great service, prices are unbeatable (I skipped a few pawn shops before selling and buying here) and it was very fast and simple. They couldn't give me the amount I wanted but came to me with a reasonable offer. With that I was able to get some headphones I've been looking for, but everywhere else were around $50 and $80, I GOT THEM HERE AT $20🥰 For sure they will be recommended and now they have a customer.

We walked into the store and were immediately greeted by the gentleman who helped us throughout our visit. I don’t remember his name but I have his associate number 1957 from our receipt. He showed us several things through the store. We ended up purchasing a game system we had been eyeing for a while.

I always get the best deals from tech items to fire arms when I made that they’re amazing they are and to top it off when I had to pay my payments with layaway through the app so it’s a good place if you. Half one far away from home they got you covered

Ok I went in the other day with a friend and we did not get greeted and I was trying to get there attention but nothing. I even stood on line mind you there was nobody else there and still waited. Three employees were talking amount themselves. Thankfully I was able to get help and place my layaway. I really wanted to leave. Some people get treated unfairly by people who make assumptions about them. But I had a great experience earlier with a short haired lady there so I stayed. In my opinion the customer is the most valuable asset to your business not employee gossip.
