First time at a Pawn Shop and could not be a better experience. Gessenia made my day by making feel at home with great customer service and a great personality. I recommend her and Value Pawn Jewelry to anyone that need a little help or just wants a great deal on high end watches or everything else!

The employee gesenia was the best I've had in my life she is very respectful very nice and I will return over and over because of her. I've been going to the store 3 years and she's been helping me out those 3 years she is the best in the whole wide world.

Angie provides wonderful customer service, assisted me with answering questions which I had and was very pleasant and welcoming. She is very personable, professional, sweet and patient. I will definitely be returning!!!

Went here to see if they buy silver, was told they pay $1 an ounce. If you're going to be disrespectful atleast look at the person when you tell them or just say No, we don't purchase silver. 10 minute drive and got spot price.

Drove 45 minutes with a real gucci bag and the lady looked at it for 2 minutes and said she will pass on it when it was in brand new condition. Had the card in it the bag holder and everything. Terrible business didn’t even look me in the eyes when saying she would pass on my bag.

Update They are rude, it feels like everything you want to sell you only get 1 dollar for it, but a guy off the street with a bike to sell will get more. Why do you have yo blast music so loud. It smells in that place no good ac in the place. Not a good company any more you want to sell you pop stuff good kick they sell it for $16 but give you $1 for each bs. The employees don't wash thier hands when they cough or sneeze into thier hands yuck. One star how about zero. Why because I want to sell my blue ray and DVDs but dvds .25 each and blue ray $1 come on. I feel ripped off at this place. Nothing value about it. Someone sold thier huge star wars Lego but they told me a piece might be missing no thanks. Also .05 cents for pins what. They need pave the parking area, traffic lights on 192 are terrible just terrible.

Honest opinion, if you're here to shop it's not bad price wise from what I saw, however if you're trying to sell I would just go elsewhere. I literally had a diamond Tiffany & Co ring that I wanted to get an estimate for, guy takes one look and says 1$... Like what. Anyways, now I know lol.

I have to say experience was 50/50. Reasons being that the store was good some employees were such as Vanessa such a sweet heart and Angie such a professional, however miss Jessie ooommgg she is so ratchet and disrespectful how she spoke to her manager in front customers got so violent. That’s what questions me to come back to the stores again. This is what you representing your company Value pawn. I’ll go to another store but please safe your good employees because an bad apple can ruin the good fruits and they don’t deserve that.

This place treats their guests amazing and go out of their way to help their customers who want to sell or buy things from them. Ms. Gesenia treated me really well when I sold my things I did not want anymore. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy or sell anything they don't want or can only find in a pawn shop!

Though, I didn't get what I was expecting to get of a mere $45 dollar 💵 loan (turn down their offer because my items I try to pawn for a loan wasn't worth what they offered me, $6 dollars in total). One chubby Latina / Spanish representative who I could comprehend her attitude, look like she miss out of eating seven Big Macs' 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔, five large fries 🍟🍟🍟🍟🍟, four large drinks🥤🥤🥤🥤, three slices of pie 🥧🍰🥧 and two large sundaes 🍧🍨 😱😞😖😣😩😫😵🤢🤮🤒🤧🤕. She rolled her eyes 🙄 at me while I was standing in line. Thank God 🙏 she wasn't the one to service me. On the other hand, the sale representative, Angie is super nice, friendly and cool. She was helping me when a female manager 😒 (I assume), walk by, look 👀 at my items, refuse one item (fireproof battery storage case), offered $1 for my universal battery charger (worth around up to $20 or $30 dollars retail), she then quietly speak 🗣️ to Angie in Spanish and then went to the backroom and let Angie continue figuring out what she will give me on my last item (digital caliper). At the end, I had mixed feelings. Angie provided friendly service and hospitality 🙂👍 but the manager 😒 was a whole different story, (one freaking dollar 😳 for a universal battery charger worth around up to $20 or $30 bucks retail, in my mind, my thoughts were, "are you kidding me?" 🤨). Anyhow, I will never come back there, but I do wish Angie the best and hope her a better job, career, success and good endeavors.

Store is pretty big and workers seem cool. The girl who helped me was Angie she was super dope I went in for a tv and ended up getting a tv and laptop her customer service was A1, on point. Totally Love the customer service I received. I went in last week looking for a ring to buy and this nice person by the name of Gesenia Romero greeted me and helped me find the perfect ring. She was so kind and friendly and explained to me everything I needed to know. She made me feel really confident about my purchase. She's amazing and so professional! Let me first start off by saying that I travel to alot of pawnshops through the country buying various items. Sometimes my experience are GREAT and other times they are HORRENDOUS. I assure that going to this location will be a PLEASURE everytime. The Manager Suhey and her fantastic staff (Vanessa, Moises) always greet me like I'm family when I walk through the door. Even on days wehn they don't have what I'm looking for I find myself just staying in the store to just chat with them. 💯 This sort of environment has definitely compelled me to write this review because not everywhere you'll get this sort of friendly treatment. Been coming to this pawn shop for years. The employees here treat you with dignity and respect, even the managers. They never look down on you and always have a smile waiting. They work with you,so that you will be able to repurchase your pawns and they also have a very good layaway program. I love this store.
