I’m glad I got my loan I’m glad I got my loan. Thank you.. but the employees there are not very friendly. It was my second time there. And I waited in line for a half hour. I didn’t know the rules. People kept skipping me. They didn’t say next. Or acknowledge me. People skills would be great for this location. A friendly hi or we will be with you shortly.. or even a next would have been much Appreciated

Amscot does not do cashier checks as advertised under services

If you've read some poor reviews from other customers, they were probably rude to the cashiers. I been using Amscot for three years and never had a bad experience. This store particularly is a high volume location and not all cashiers have time to ask you how you are and have a lengthy conversation. Their not there to reassess your life and give you advice, find a physiatrist. Maintain your patience and make your transaction. Don't hold up the line, get your money and leave. I'm not a employee and I was not paid money to create this review. I'm in no way shape or form a paid agitated agitator. Have a great day!

I recently moved to the area. I have never seen a 24 hour check cashing place, I love this idea. I was able to cash my out of state check within minutes and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

This place was so unprofessional worst experience I felt so uncomfortable just to make a simple money order. No type of professionalism please hire new personal or train them.

Was asked for proof of income when I received a small raise to see if I can get my amount raised for the loan. Was told without it, they weren't able to do anything. It was only 2 dollar raise. My friend goes in and told me he got approved just by saying he gets 500 more biweekly than before and was never asked for proof of income. Every time I go there, each employee says different things. They all need to get trained properly in order to be on the same page to avoid situations like these.

Very disappointed with the women and guy who worked on 08/04 @ 630pm both had no name tag. I went I to the store and I follow the floor that says 6 feet distance from the person in front of me. Other people came after me and they went straight to the glass window and they were served 1st. I told them I was there before but they didnt care they served other 3 people and I asked where is the sign they said there is none.

Bad customer service. I've been here so many times but my last two visits they have given me a terrible attitude. I arrived when there were 4 customers, I was right in front of the employee's face (a lady named Yashira). They assisted 3 customers who walked in AFTER I did and I even had to call them out. Her answer was " Sorry I'm taking care of everyone as fast as I can" with such a bad attitude

Closed with the OPEN sign lights on? Really? Dumb.
